 Abstract

Traditional library services are being revolutionized by artificial intelligence (AI), which presents chances for efficient and high-quality service delivery through AI-powered platforms. Many library operations and services might be automated by artificial intelligence, giving patrons round-the-clock help in fulfilling their information needs. As a result, libraries frequently incorporate artificial intelligence into their daily operations and services. Examining the present level of knowledge about libraries and artificial intelligence can help to confirm this further. Consequently, the study's goals were to ascertain the state of knowledge at the moment on the use of AI for library services and to look into any study gaps in this area. According to the evaluation, a great deal of research was done to identify the library services and activities where artificial intelligence (AI) may be used to improve the efficacy and efficiency of service delivery. It also identified the difficulties libraries encounter when implementing AI technologies. The study also identified the gaps.

 Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Is Rapidly Transforming Human Resource Management (HRM), Making Processes Like Hiring, Performance Evaluations, And Employee Engagement More Efficient. However, While AI Brings Speed And Precision, It Also Raises Serious Moral And Ethical Concerns. This Paper Explores The Key Dilemmas That Arise When AI Takes On Human-Centric HR Tasks, Including Bias In Hiring, Employee Privacy Risks, Job Displacement, And The Question Of Accountability When AI Makes Decisions. AI-Powered Recruitment Tools, Despite Their Efficiency, Often Inherit Biases From The Data They Learn From, Leading To Unfair Hiring Practices. AI-Driven Surveillance And Data Analytics, While Intended To Enhance Productivity, Can Feel Intrusive And Raise Concerns About Employee Privacy And Consent. Furthermore, Automation Threatens Traditional Jobs, Making It Crucial For Organizations To Invest In Reskilling And Upskilling Their Workforce. Another Major Challenge Is The Lack Of Clear Accountability--When AI Makes A Flawed Decision, Who Takes Responsibility? To Create A Fair And Ethical Workplace, Organizations Must Ensure AI Systems Are Transparent, Unbiased, And Respectful Of Employee Rights. AI Should Support HR Professionals, Not Replace The Human Touch That Is Essential In People Management. By Striking A Balance Between Technological Advancements And Moral Responsibility, Businesses Can Harness AI's Potential While Maintaining Trust, Fairness, And Integrity In The Workplace.

 Abstract

An Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (Igcc) Is A Technology That Turns Coal Into Gas Synthesis Gas (Syngas). It Then Removes Impurities From The Coal Gas Before It Is Combusted And Attempts To Turn Any Pollutants Into Re-Usable Byproducts. This Results In Lower Emissions Of Sulfur Dioxide, Particulates, And Mercury. Excess Heat From The Primary Combustion And Generation Is Then Passed To A Steam Cycle, Similarly To A Combined Cycle Gas Turbine. This Then Also Results In Improved Efficiency Compared To Conventional Pulverized Coal. It Is The Most Environmentally Friendly Coal Fired Power Generation Technology. This Paper Presents The Advances In Gasification Technology To Generate Power With Zero Green House Gas Emission.
