The idea that schools should offer assistance to pupils who have suffered from trauma and adversity has gained acceptance globally. Yet, opinions on what constitutes a trauma-informed school remain contested. This study investigates educators' attitudes, knowledge, and practices regarding trauma-informed education to equip them with the skills and information they need to serve children in school who have experienced trauma effectively. The emotional, behavioural, and cognitive difficulties that trauma survivors frequently suffer adversely affect their general well-being and academic achievement. However, existing research indicates that many educators are unsure of how best to assist children affected by traumatic stressors. The main research topics are teacher self-efficiency, opportunities for professional development, and behavioural integration to help traumatised pupils gain resilience and emotional control. The study uses a data-driven methodology to investigate how focused interventions and positive learning environments can be produced through inclusive educational approaches. This quantitative study utilised the Attitude related to trauma-informed care (ARTIC 10 SCALE) to evaluate their prior understanding and attitude toward trauma-informed practices and investigate their viewpoints, difficulties, and life experiences about the use of trauma-sensitive teaching methods in the classroom, with a focus on the school context in Kerala. The researcher collected data from 100 teachers in both urban and rural schools in and around Kothamangalam Municipality, Ernakulam District, Kerala. The quantitative analysis's findings show that the mean score was 4.31 (SD=0.49), ranging from 3.00 to 5.30. According to this distribution, most teachers scored somewhat around the average, indicating that the sample group was moderately aware of trauma-informed treatment. However, it was observed that administrative resistance and inadequate training were significant obstacles to the practical consequences. The ratings indicate that there is potential for progress in reaching higher levels of trauma-informed understanding, which emphasises the requirement for more training to improve educators' ability to effectively handle the difficulties presented by children who have experienced trauma.

Bharatanatyam, a classical Indian dance form, relies heavily on rhythm, melody, and expression. For hearing-impaired women, the absence of auditory perception poses significant challenges in mastering these elements. However, through innovative training methodologies, sensory adaptation techniques, and structured preparation, they successfully perform on stage with precision and confidence. This study explores the rigorous pre-concert training process, including the use of vibrations to sense music, leadership-based coordination, numerical counting techniques, spatial awareness training, and expressive storytelling. It also examines their performance strategies, such as pre-show warm-ups, synchronized cues, and audience engagement through sign language applause. The findings highlight the resilience and adaptability of hearing-impaired dancers, emphasizing the role of inclusive teaching methods in classical dance. By documenting their journey, this research underscores the importance of accessibility in the arts and demonstrates how Bharatanatyam can be a powerful medium for self-expression and empowerment for individuals with hearing impairments.

The Indian stock market plays a crucial role in capital formation, with Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) serving as a key mechanism for companies to raise funds and investors to access new opportunities. This study examines the performance of IPOs listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) from 2021 to 2024, focusing on short-term and long-term returns, pricing strategies, and market conditions. By analyzing ten of the largest IPOs based on issue size, this research identifies trends in underpricing and overpricing, evaluates post-listing performance, and assesses the impact of company age, issue size, and pricing on investor returns. The findings reveal that while underpriced IPOs tend to generate positive initial returns, sustaining long-term growth remains a challenge. The study provides valuable insights for investors, companies, and policymakers, emphasizing the importance of strategic pricing, market sentiment, and regulatory oversight in enhancing IPO success in the Indian financial market.

The last decade saw rapid advancements in different fields, and with the advancements of deep learning technol- ogy, remarkable progress has been made. That said, obstacles still remain with regards to Sign Language(SL) recognition, SL translation, and SL generation. Models that are used to assist people with hearing impairments and SL users are still not accurate or visually appealing. In this study, we present creative strategies that will establish the essential elements of a complete system to encode, decode and instantaneously interpret SL. As a way of dealing with a two-dimensional plane rotation for better recognition accuracy and continuous gesture recognition, we utilize the MediaPipe library with a hybrid model driven by convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and bi-directional long short term memory (Bi-LSTM) for pose extraction and text synthesis. In addition, multilingual translations are made possible by including Google Translate API in the system.

This project tackles the problem of traffic congestion at crossroads and problems faced by traffic congestion at crossroads. Our idea is to create system which will count the number of vehicles in each lane of crossroads and by analyzing the count green light time and red-light time will be adjusted. i.e., the lane containing less vehicles will get less green time than usual and time reduced form such lanes will be added to the green light time of lanes containing maximum number of vehicles Existing system uses costly density sensors but we are going to use cameras installed on cross roads which will give inputs to our YOLO5 algorithm for counting vehicles and then input will be analyzed by machine learning model to adjust the timings of signal. The movement of cars through the intersection of numerous roads is monitored and managed by traffic signal control systems. Their goal is to make cars move smoothly in the routes for transportation. But because there are so many variables to consider, coordinating several traffic signal systems at nearby crossings is a challenging task. Approaching junctions with changing flows are not handled by conventional methods. Furthermore, the current traffic system does not account for accidents, emergency vehicle passing, pedestrian crossings, conflicting traffic light systems, and differences in vehicle flow over time. This results in congestion and traffic jams.

Finance is the Life blood of each and every Economic Activity. Without finance our dreams remain as dreams. We cannot convert our dreams and projects into reality without finance. The economic activities are subdivided into primary, secondary and tertiary sectors. Primary sector includes Agriculture, Forestry, Logging and Fishing, Secondary sector includes Mining and Quarrying, registered and unregistered manufacturing units , Electricity, Gas, water supply and construction. Tertiary services includes Trade, Hotels and Restaurants, Transport, storage, communication, Financing, Insurance, Real Estate, Business services, Public administration, Defence and other services. Agriculture comes under primary sector. The development of a country depends on this sector. In previous years more than 70% of the total population was depending on agriculture. Now it is 50% to 60%. So it has to be developed well for the economic development of the country. Before nationalization of commercial banks, banking services were exclusively meant for creamy layer category of the Indian society. As Mahatma Gandhi said, "India lives in villages, real India is rural India''. Majority of Indians live in villages. There are about 5.8 lakh villages where nearly 70% of Indian population lives. They depend upon Agriculture. So I concentrate my research on this sector.
