Hingula (Cinnabar; Mercuric Sulphide - HgS) is one of the most significant mineral drugs described in Rasashastra, the pharmaceutico-therapeutic branch of Ayurveda. It has been widely utilized both as a primary ingredient and as a source for extraction of Parada (Mercury). Classical Ayurvedic texts describe elaborate pharmaceutical procedures such as Shodhana (purification), Marana (incineration), and Hingulotha Parad (mercury extraction) to enhance therapeutic efficacy and minimize toxicity. Despite its historical importance, concerns regarding mercury toxicity necessitate scientific validation of traditional practices. The present review compiles classical textual references, pharmaceutical processing methods, therapeutic indications, modern pharmacological findings, toxicity considerations, and analytical quality-control parameters of Hingula. Available evidence indicates that proper processing significantly alters physicochemical properties and may reduce bioavailability of toxic mercury forms, while retaining therapeutic potential in minute doses. However, the need for standardization, safety monitoring and robust clinical trials remains crucial. This review aims to bridge classical Ayurvedic knowledge with contemporary scientific perspectives to promote safe and rational utilization of Hingula in integrative medicine.

The global private security industry has undergone a "quiet revolution," becoming a dominant force in managing mass private property where guards now significantly outnumber public police forces. This study identifies a central paradox of "organized informality": while recruitment and training are institutionalized and state-subsidized, the resulting workforce exists as a "precariat" burdened by systemic insecurity, grueling 12-hour shifts, and a pervasive "culture of servility". The research problem is twofold: first, the sociological erosion of workplace dignity, where the uniform often serves as a "symbol of shame" signaling functional failure to the public; and second, the imminent threat of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which, via a "predator-prey" dynamic, targets the routine cognitive and mental tasks that define modern security work. Notably, while statutory frameworks like India's PSAR Act establish minimum wage caps, the study highlights a critical gap between legal theory and the lived reality of non-compliance, where wages remain insufficient for "social reproduction" and workers are frequently forced into debt traps or "moonlighting" to survive. Drawing on multidisciplinary analysis, this paper argues that industry efforts toward "professionalization" often function as a "disciplinary logic from above" intended to align worker identities with corporate interests rather than genuinely upgrading labour standards. In response to these pressures, workers exercise individual agency through "doing dignity work"--visible performances of "smartness" and alertness used to reclaim self-worth--and the "pragmatic chameleon" strategy, where guards exploit site-specific knowledge to force retention by new agencies when contracts change. The study concludes by proposing a proactive policy posture: the implementation of Unconditional Universal Basic Income (UBI) and a "robot tax" to decouple human survival from the volatility of the labour market, alongside aggressive digital re-skilling to transition the human guard into a "pilot" role capable of managing automated systems during unstructured crises.

In every organisation, there are two realities which cannot be ignore. (1) Performance today does not guarantee success in a tougher role tomorrow. (2) Traditional promotions based on manager gut feel lead to costly missteps. The missing link is a rigorous, evidence-based evaluation of actual leadership capability rather than assumptions. The leadership potential assessment may address this gap by providing structured insights into an individual's readiness to lead, influence, and think strategically, thereby strengthening leadership pipelines. For instance, a high-performing employee may excel in technical delivery yet struggle with team leadership or long-term planning when promoted, revealing the difference between past performance and future potential. Identifying and nurturing future leaders therefore requires systematic approaches that uncover vision, influence, resilience, and the ability to guide teams through challenges -qualities that inspire people to follow and enable organizations to build sustainable leadership capacity. Prior to 1991, public sector organizations in India largely operated within a protected environment, with limited competitive pressures. Performance appraisal systems were often designed to avoid confrontation between the reporting officer and the employee, resulting in uniformly high ratings that does not distinctions between high and low performers. This lack of differentiation created challenges in identifying suitable successors for leadership roles, with seniority frequently becoming the dominant criterion in succession planning rather than demonstrated capability or potential leadership. This paper highlights the performance plateau effect in evaluation have distinct and clear differentiate in the leadership potential assessment between the same cohort. The paper also suggested of ensuring continuity of expertise and leadership, while retaining and developing intellectual capital in key positions to mitigate market risks and support individual advancement within the public sector - where institutional knowledge, consistency, adaptability, and long-term commitment are vital. The study advocates for a more inclusive and context-sensitive approach to leadership identification that moves beyond plateaued performance ratings and seniority-based progression. It further contributes to the sociology of development and inequality by illustrating how organizational assessment systems can convert formal equality in performance evaluation into substantive inequality in leadership opportunity and recognition.

This research presents an integrated AI framework addressing two critical challenges in Indian agriculture: (1) crop price forecasting for 2026 and (2) data-driven crop recommendation based on soil mineral composition. Using 16 years of historical price data (2010-2025) for 16 major Indian crops, we implement LSTM neural networks and compare with traditional SARIMA models, demonstrating LSTM superiority with 15-25% higher accuracy (R2 = 0.88 vs 0.82 for SARIMA, RMSE reduction of 18.7%, MAPE improvement of 29.3%). The LSTM model generates month-by-month 2026 price predictions with trend analysis (UP/DOWN/FLAT), capturing complex non-linear market dynamics. Simultaneously, we introduce a novel Soil Mineral-Based Crop Recommendation System using Random Forest classification that analyzes soil nutrients (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, pH, Organic Carbon) and environmental conditions to recommend optimal crops for specific soil profiles, achieving 96.8% classification accuracy. This dual-pipeline system enables farmers to: (a) identify suitable crops based on soil properties through machine learning, and (b) optimize selling timing through AI-driven price forecasts. Together, these two components form a comprehensive decision-support system enabling farmers to transition from reactive, experience-based agriculture to proactive, data-driven decision-making, ultimately supporting income stabilization and food security objectives across India's agricultural landscape.

The current study focused on general educators attitude towards inclusion and support, knowledge and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their misconception and beliefs about the condition. The result highlighted that although a few myths and partial misunderstanding still exists, teachers showed a moderate to high level of awareness of ASD and generally positive attitude towards inclusive education. Teachers showed an excellent conceptual comprehension of ASD as a neurodevelopmental condition marked by social and verbal challenges in the knowledge and understanding domain. The majority of the respondents admitted that ASD is a spectrum disorder and disagreed with the view that each person experiences it in the same way. However, there was noticeable misunderstanding especially between ASD and associated conditions like ADHD, as seen by middling scoers on hyperactivity, intellectual functioning and lifelong support needs. These results demonstrated that although fundamental knowledge is solid, specific professional training is necessary for a deeper clinical and functional understanding. In the context of knowledge and comprehension educators showed a solid conceptual understanding of ASD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by social and interaction challenges. The majority of respondents agreed that ASD is a spectrum disorder and opposed with the notion that it shows up uniformly in all people. Moderate scores on lifelong support needs, intellectual functioning and hyperactivity however suggested some misunderstanding especially when it come to ASD and related disorders like ADHD. While the foundational knowledge is strong, these findings demonstrated that particular professional training exists for a deeper clinical and functional understanding. Addressing attitudes toward support and inclusion, educators expressed positive views. A majority of respondents believed that children with ASD could learn well in regular classroom, gain from child centred approaches and improve social skills through planned interventions. Negative academic prejudices were regularly disregarded which was encouraged. All things looked at, findings highlights the significance of methodical, research-based professional development in building up the remaining knowledge gaps, breaking myths and strengthening inclusive methods for instructions. Improving teachers preparation will encourage the more successful, understanding and long-lasting integration of children with ASD in mainstream education settings.

The roots of mysticism are to be found in the Orient and the first evidence of it are to be found in the Upanishadas. However, it has been turned to a system by the Western mystics. Because of its diffused nature, mysticism is not easy to be defined in a crisp definition. But as a whole, it signifies an inward journey towards an intuitive awareness of the existence and the all-pervading role of the Supreme Being. Although mysticism has a very close link with religion and philosophy, it also constitutes an intrinsic feature of poetry. From the poetic works of the Vedic, Bhakti saints to the Sufi and Romantic poets to the Modern poets, the element of mysticism is unmistakably present.

The present study examines the relationship between political identity and cultural presentation among tribal communities of Arunachal Pradesh. The state is characterized by diverse tribal groups with distinct cultural practices and linguistic traditions, where identity is closely associated with culture and community belonging. In recent years, processes of modernization, political participation and increasing use of common languages such as Hindi and English have influenced the ways in which identity is expressed and negotiated. The study adopts a qualitative research design based on field-based data collected through semi-structured interviews, informal discussions and participant observation. Respondents include community elders, youth, students and local opinion leaders from different tribal communities. The findings suggest that political identity in Arunachal Pradesh is not static but continuously shaped through cultural symbols, social interaction and contemporary political processes. Cultural practices function both as markers of tradition and as instruments of political representation. The study concludes that identity formation in the region reflects a process of negotiation between tradition and modernity.
