This paper examines the symbolic, affective, and therapeutic functions of food in Amulya Malladi's Serving Crazy with Curry, foregrounding culinary practice as a medium of emotional recovery and identity reconstruction within the diasporic experience. Situating the novel within the emerging discourse of food studies and feminist literary criticism, the study argues that cooking operates as an alternative language through which the protagonist, Devi, negotiates trauma, silence, and fractured selfhood following personal loss. The analysis demonstrates how food becomes a form of embodied expression, enabling Devi to articulate emotions that remain inaccessible through verbal communication. Furthermore, the kitchen traditionally conceptualised as a feminised domestic space is reconfigured as a site of agency, creativity, and relational repair, particularly in the context of the mother-daughter relationship. By tracing Devi's gradual return to speech, culinary creativity, and cultural belonging, the paper highlights the role of everyday food practices in mediating memory, healing, and self-reclamation. The study ultimately positions Malladi's narrative as a significant contribution to contemporary diasporic women's writing, expanding the critical possibilities of reading food as a transformative and restorative cultural practice.

In the modern digital era, social media has revolutionized the way individuals seek and secure employment. Platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp have become major avenues for job searches, networking, and professional branding. This study examines the role of social media in enhancing employment opportunities in the Malappuram district of Kerala. Using a descriptive research design and a sample of 100 respondents, data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using statistical tools, including the Chi-square test. The findings reveal that while social media plays a vital role in awareness and access to job information, there is no significant relationship between the amount of time spent on social media and the actual employment opportunities received. The study concludes that digital literacy and professional engagement on these platforms are key to maximizing their employment benefits.

This research will attempt to combine the Indian Knowledge Systems and modern day management sciences by suggesting a unique conceptual framework that will reconcile ethical philosophy with the present day Human Resource and Accounting processes. Based on the principles of ancient Indian governance idea, the study is made to come up with the MA-SHE (Manusmriti Arthashastra to Sustainable Human Effectiveness) model which conceptually, connects values like duty, truth, ethical wealth creation, and service with current-day corporate governance, auditing, human capital development, merit-based recruitment, financial control, and leadership succession. The methodology used in the research is conceptual synthesis and bibliometric analysis in a dual manner. The conceptual part relates scriptural wisdom in occupational ethics, labor equity, hierarchy, financial discipline and corruption control to modern organizational systems in a systematic manner to emphasize their applicability to ethical and strategic proficiency. A bibliometric analysis of the development of the scholarly work in this field is given to support the theoretical integration and covers 589 publications and 437 sources of 1992- 2025. In the analysis, the results indicate that there is steady research output growth over the years, collaborative authorship patterns are very high, and the level of internationalisation is high as the research output is represented by both developed and developing economies. According to the findings, the indigenous knowledge-based frameworks are gaining momentum and are becoming well-established in the world academic and organizational discourse, and the academic impact is present in terms of citation impact and front-line publication houses. This paper finds that the combination of ethical HR practices, with responsible financial systems with Indic wisdom can be used to enhance the sustainability of the organizations, the quality of governance and the effectiveness of human performance in the long term. The research can help in transforming the concept of management thinking by offering a framework based on empirical information and philosophically informed argumentation and also have practical implications on corporate governance, working on policies and future studies such as the creation of value-based performance system and comparisons with the Western models of management.

This article analyses the progression of coalition politics in the Indian state of Bihar from 1990 to 2020. Over three decades, Bihar's political environment evolved from the supremacy of caste-based parties led by Lalu Prasad Yadav to a more dynamic period characterized by fluctuating coalitions, governance discourses, and the increasing influence of national political figures. This study assesses the intersection of theoretical frameworks and actual realities in Bihar via the lens of coalition theory, using Riker's minimal winning coalition logic (1962), Leiserson's bargaining proposition (1966), and De Swaan's minimal-range theory (1973). It underscores the ascendance of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in the 1990s, the pivotal JD(U)-BJP coalition of 2005, the Mahagathbandhan initiative of 2015, and the resurgence of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in 2020. The analysis delineates four evolving features of Bihar's coalition politics: caste aggregation influenced by governance narratives, leader-centric instability, nationalization of state politics, and the influence of minor parties. The results enhance discussions regarding democratic accountability, coalition stability, and governance results in fragmented federations.

This empirical research examines the impact of digital payment adoption on consumer spending behavior among 36 Indian teenagers (ages 15-18). Using a cross-sectional survey design, we investigate spending pattern changes, impulsive purchasing tendencies, and financial awareness following digital payment adoption. Results reveal that 69.4% of surveyed teenagers use digital payments (predominantly UPI), with 64% reporting increased spending after adoption. Notably, 88% report that digital payments facilitate impulsive purchasing, while 84% acknowledge that physical cash feels more consequential. Our findings validate pain of payment theory and psychological distancing frameworks, demonstrating that transaction friction reduction drives behavioral changes independent of financial literacy. The study contributes to behavioral economics understanding and has implications for financial education, fintech design, and regulatory policy targeting teenager digital payment use.

Terminalia arjuna (Roxb. ex DC.) Wight & Arn. (family Combretaceae), commonly known as Arjuna, has been described as a premier cardiac tonic in Ayurvedic medicine for over three millennia. The bark of this tree has been used extensively in classical texts such as Charaka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridaya for the management of hridroga (cardiac ailments), prameha (metabolic disorders), and vrana (wounds). In recent decades, an expanding body of scientific research has attempted to validate and extend this traditional knowledge through systematic phytochemical, pharmacological, and clinical investigations.
