 Abstract

This paper explores the intricate relationship between science and culture, examining how culture sometimes functions as a component of epistemology and, at other times, remains distinct from it. The first objective is to analyze how scientific ideas are shaped by cultural influences and, conversely, how they contribute to cultural transformations. The second aim is to investigate how scientific thought draws nourishment from the imaginative realm, shaping and expanding the boundaries of knowledge. The third focus is on the notion of objectivity, particularly in relation to cultural factors that shape the way we construct knowledge about the world. This inquiry also considers the possibility of contrastive sciences, highlighting the extent to which scientific developments are contingent on the socio-cultural contexts that influence them.

 Abstract

The Indian stock market plays a crucial role in the nation's economic development, with the banking sector serving as a key component of financial stability and growth. This study conducts a comprehensive risk-return analysis of banking stocks listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) over a 10-year period, from January 2014 to December 2024. The primary objective is to assess the volatility and performance of top-performing banking stocks, providing investors with valuable insights into market behavior and investment decision-making.The research employs financial metrics such as beta, standard deviation, correlation, and covariance to evaluate stock price fluctuations and risk levels. It also compares the NSE and BSE in terms of market liquidity, trading volumes, and investment opportunities. Additionally, the study highlights the regulatory influence of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in ensuring market transparency and investor protection.Through this analysis, investors can gain a deeper understanding of the risk-return trade-off associated with banking stocks, enabling them to optimize their portfolios and make well-informed financial decisions. The findings will serve as a guide for policymakers, financial analysts, and investors in navigating the complexities of the Indian stock market, particularly within the banking sector.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT In addition to being nutrient-dense, millets also serve as a hedge against a number of uncertainties (food, fodder, fiber, health, etc.). However, due to its nutritional advantages and the fact that its production has decreased recently, millets must be resurrected. To combat malnutrition, customers should be urged to incorporate millets into their daily diet. Therefore, in order to attain healthy food intake and combat a number of health issues facing this generation, it is essential to comprehend consumer acceptability of millet-based products as well as the characteristics influencing consumer purchasing behavior toward millet products. In light of this, the current study was conducted to determine the variables impacting sample customers' purchasing decisions of millet goods and to gauge consumer approval. Consumers' purchase intention and preferences are influenced by price, quality, health-related benefits, and awareness about the product. This paper aims to know and understand the consumer perception of millets and to recognize the factors that influence their purchase.. The factors that were found were categorized as important nutrients, perceived value, and leading a healthy lifestyle. According to the Friedman test, maize was the most popular cereal in Tamilnadu, and there was a significant difference between the mean values of the most nutrient-dense cereals. The report suggests specific tactics based on the results, such as food manufacturing companies introducing a range of millet-based snacks.

 Abstract

Abstract In the tapestry of India's diverse educational landscape, rural education occupies a critical yet fragile thread. It embodies both a testament to resilience and a call to action. Teachers in rural areas, often unsung heroes, work tirelessly to bridge the gap between antiquated traditions and contemporary pedagogical advancements. This article explores the integration of modern teaching techniques such as digital tools, blended learning, and inclusive practices in rural classrooms. Yet, the challenges faced by these educators are profound: infrastructural deficiencies, socio-economic barriers, and cultural resistance frequently hinder progress. Teachers contend with a digital divide that alienates rural communities from global educational trends, while simultaneously grappling with high student-teacher ratios and limited training opportunities. Despite these obstacles, the spirit of innovation persists. From leveraging locally available resources to adapting traditional teaching methods into dynamic learning experiences, rural educators exemplify creativity and perseverance. This article not only illuminates these challenges but also ventures into potential solutions--policy interventions, community engagement, and public-private partnerships--that could transform rural education. It aims to inspire a renewed commitment to equitable learning, underscoring the critical role that teachers play as catalysts of change. By fostering an environment where modern techniques and cultural nuances harmoniously coexist, India can pave the way for a more inclusive and progressive educational future.

 Abstract

This work investigates the potential effect of soursop extracts as a natural insecticide against whiteflies. Utilizing various extraction techniques, active compounds are isolated from the leaf of the soursop plant and subjected to characterization study by using HP LC-MS and the active constituents found as 2-Hexynoic acid, acetic acid, 2-isopropoxyethylpropionate, 1,5-anhydro-d-mannitol then 2-hexynoic acid possess insecticidal activity. Whiteflies (Hemiptera:Aleyrodidae ) are agricultural pest causing significant damage to a wide range of crops in world wide. So effective and environment friendly insecticides to manage whitefly populations have greater importance. Soursop is a tropical plant known for its medicinal properties, has botanical insecticide due to its bioactive compounds. The findings suggest that soursop extracts possess insecticidal properties against whiteflies, exhibiting repellent effects and causing mortality in treated insects. This study offers about using soursop as a substitute for synthetic insecticides in the control of whiteflies which offers an eco- friendly and natural pest control.

 Abstract

The AI-powered Online Meeting Agenda Generator is designed to streamline and enhance virtual meetings by automating key aspects of meeting management. This tool provides real-time transcription of meeting conversations and generates a concise summary, capturing key points and decisions. It also maintains a record of a series of meetings held for a specific topic, allowing users to easily refer back to previous discussions. The system retrieves notes from the last meeting, helping participants pick up from where they left off. Additionally, it tracks attendance, ensuring that records of participant involvement are maintained. This comprehensive solution improves meeting productivity, reduces manual note-taking, and ensures continuity in ongoing discussions.

 Abstract

The pursuit of human excellence has been a central theme in various philosophical, psychological, and spiritual traditions. This paper explores the parallels between Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and the ancient Indian concept of Chakras, analyzing how both frameworks contribute to an understanding of personal growth, self-actualization, and enlightenment. The study delves into the similarities and differences in their structures, their implications for psychological well-being, and their relevance in modern self-development theories. By integrating perspectives from psychology, Eastern philosophy, and contemporary human excellence paradigms, this paper provides a holistic framework for understanding the journey toward personal transformation. The research is supported by a review of scholarly literature, empirical studies, and theoretical analyses, offering a multidimensional approach to human growth and fulfillment.
