The banking sector is one of the most dynamic and high-pressure industries due to rapid technological advancements, performance targets, regulatory demands, and customer expectations. Workplace stress has become a significant concern affecting employee well-being, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. This article examines the nature and a source of workplace stress among public and private bank employees and explores the adaptive coping strategies they adopt. A total of 150 bank employees were selected as the sample for the study. The sample size was considered adequate to ensure reliable statistical analysis and meaningful interpretation of results. The study highlights differences in stress levels and coping mechanisms between public and private sector banks and provides recommendations for effective stress management interventions. The findings indicate that coping abilities tend to improve with increasing age and professional experience. Younger employees generally exhibit lower levels of coping strategies, possibly due to limited exposure to workplace challenges and stress management practices. As employees progress in their careers, they appear to develop stronger adaptive mechanisms, reflecting enhanced emotional maturity and practical experience. Middle-aged employees, in particular, demonstrate stronger coping capacities, suggesting that experience contributes positively to stress management skills

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is one of the most widely used additive manufacturing techniques due to its simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and material versatility. Among commonly used thermoplastics, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is preferred for functional components because of its good strength, toughness, and thermal stability. However, the mechanical performance of FDM-printed ABS parts is highly dependent on the selection of process parameters. This experimental investigation focuses on optimizing key FDM process parameters to enhance the tensile and impact strength of ABS material. Parameters such as layer thickness, infill density, printing speed, nozzle temperature, and build orientation were systematically varied based on a structured experimental design. Standard test specimens were fabricated according to ASTM standards and subjected to tensile and impact testing to evaluate mechanical behavior. The experimental results indicate that lower layer thickness, higher infill density, optimal extrusion temperature, and favorable build orientation significantly improve Inter layer bonding, leading to enhanced mechanical strength. Statistical analysis was employed to identify the most influential parameters and their interactions. The optimized parameter combination demonstrated a notable improvement in both tensile and impact strength compared to non-optimized conditions. The findings of this study provide practical guidelines for improving the mechanical performance of FDM-printed ABS components, making them more suitable for engineering and structural applications.

Abstract Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI) represents one of the most frequent acute conditions encountered in paediatric outpatient practice. The common cold is a mild, self-limiting viral infection affecting the nasopharynx and associated upper respiratory structures. Despite its self-limiting nature, recurrent episodes in children significantly impact quality of life and school attendance. Homoeopathy emphasizes individualized prescription based on totality of symptoms and patient constitution. This experimental case study evaluates the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic medicine in a 13-year-old female child diagnosed with acute common cold. Assessment was performed using the Common Cold Questionnaire (CCQ). Significant improvement was observed in symptom scores from 11 (before treatment) to 2 (after treatment). The findings suggest potential efficacy of individualized homoeopathic management in paediatric URTI cases.

Episiotomy is used during vaginal delivery to prevent pelvic floor laceration. Approximately 70% of vaginal birth women develop perineal damage from tears or episiotomies1. The word mother itself is symbolic to God. Mother suffers much distress after childbirth due to painful perineum. Pain following episiotomy appears to be universal. Proper healing of episiotomy wound after delivery is a major concern. This injury may result in perineal pain during the two weeks after parturition, and some women experience long-term pain and dyspareunia. Ayurvedic techniques for the management of normal vaginal delivery can be adopted and which may also seek in reducing the incidence of episiotomy by causing relaxation of pelvic muscles and helps in perineum laxity. In case of episiotomy wound as it is Shastra Kshata it is considered as Shudha Vrana and to overcome this pain and promote good wound healing drugs which possess Vranaropana and Vedanasthapana property are to be selected. Diet also plays an important role in wound healing, so proper Pathya Apathya are to be followed.

In the twenty-first century, information literacy--which is the capacity to recognize, locate, assess, and use information efficiently--has become a fundamental skill. Conventional conceptions of information literacy are changing significantly as a result of artificial intelligence's (AI) quick assimilation into information ecosystems. Taking into account technological capabilities like generative AI, automated content curation, and large language models (LLMs), this study explores the new opportunities and problems that AI brings for information literacy. While AI increases access to knowledge, we contend that it also makes ethical use, authenticity verification, and evaluation more difficult. To give students the metacognitive and critical-thinking abilities needed in an AI-mediated information world, information literacy frameworks must be rethought.

In this paper, we present a software designed Real-Time Crowd Density Monitoring and Safety Alert System Deep Learning Intelligent Crowd Analysis Using YOLOv8 Model to detect and count people from several inputs: photos, videos, live camera feeds, and event uploads. For photos and videos, past behaviour is analysed; the live feed demonstrates the current living state of people, and event uploads predict danger in the near future. The scoot method will determine Safe, Caution, and Danger. If danger is detected, it will alert through email or SMS. Lastly, the system will create a dashboard through Flask showing the live video, real-time count of people, and color-coded safety alert scale. Since the model does not operate using sensors, the project team designed for low-cost, scalable, and deployable in public economic spaces like stations, malls, and campuses, as well as for events.

Abstract This research paper aims to examine the nuanced, multifaceted, and coded nature of Ashwin Sanghi's mythological thriller- The Krishna Key. The novel is an amalgamation of religious narratives, conspiracy theories, and popular science. The paper argues that Sanghi's work is a good example of a matrix for psychology, philosophy, and history and follows in the footsteps of a larger cultural trend that emerged in postcolonial India. Krishna's avataric representation engenders a complex conflict among faith, forensic reasoning, and national identity. Using postmodern historiography and myth criticism, the study shows how the author links genetic science, archaeology, and cryptography to Vedic and Puranic traditions. This leads to an "algorithmic" way of believing that is both skeptical and devotional. As the story moves from avatar to algorithm, Krishna changes from a god to a code that can be understood by science. The work uses this vision in modern discussions of Indian civilizational nationalism, consistently invoking origins, race, and holy places.

Tripura, a state rich in cultural heritage in Northeast India, showcases a distinctive mix of ethnic, linguistic, and traditional diversity. It is home to a significant tribal population alongside Bengali, Manipuri, and other communities, with its multicultural identity shaped by historical migrations, native traditions, and evolving socio-political landscapes. This research paper explores the role of language, festivals, and traditional customs as fundamental elements in forming and maintaining Tripura's multicultural essence. Utilizing a theoretical framework, it examines constitutional provisions, legal interpretations, policy documents, and academic discussions to comprehend how cultural identity is acknowledged, safeguarded, and negotiated in the area. Language serves not only as a means of communication but also as a powerful symbol of identity and community affiliation. Likewise, festivals celebrated by both tribal and non-tribal groups act as venues for cultural expression, promoting unity within and interaction among communities. Traditional customs, from indigenous rituals to craft forms, help preserve collective memory and social continuity. However, modernization, demographic changes, and policy shortcomings present challenges to cultural preservation. The study underscores the necessity for balanced governance that protects cultural rights and encourages coexistence. It reaffirms India's constitutional dedication to linguistic and cultural diversity and advocates for inclusive policies to enhance social harmony. Ultimately, Tripura's multicultural identity remains both robust and adaptable, shaped by the ongoing interplay between tradition, modernity, and legal structures.
