Electro-mechanical switch reliability is a critical issue in the automobile industry. While physical tests are used to evaluate reliability, adequate sample size is a challenge. It is essential to design Reliability model using physical as well as digital simulation data. Such "Phygital Reliability Model" will be useful to improve the overall prediction accuracy and pave the path for fully digital reliability model. The paper presents an experimental study of switch reliability parameters and proposes a "Phygital Reliability model". A methodology used analyses electrical and mechanical parameters of a switch in physical domain and simulated data in digital environment. During this process, the design specifications for Roof lamp Switch are collected, the environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and vibration are measured, and electrical load analysis is conducted. The switch contact geometry, one of the major parameters that affect contact resistance, has been elaborated holistically. The obtained results are used in statistical model to forecast the switch life. This methodology can be further extended to all electromechanical switches in automotive industry.

The emergence of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) world has reshaped the business models. The acronym VUCA is used as an abbreviation that sums up the ever changing and dynamic business environment. And the impact can be seen in various aspects of business. Consequently, the VUCA dynamics have profoundly influenced the shaping of HR strategies. This paper revolves around the influence that VUCA dynamics hold on the business environment and various aspects of a business, particularly covering the Human Resource strategies framed by organizations. It reflects how VUCA world necessitates the paradigm shift in HR strategies and leads an imperative change from traditional HR practices to a more agile, dynamic, flexible, adaptive and progressive model. The paper analyses the HR strategies of some leading companies and observes how these companies are reengineering their HR strategies and fostering change. The paper concludes that Human Resource of any organisation should not be less than a strategic partner and must contribute in initiating and facilitating change.

This prospective observational study aimed to assess the risk factors, complications, and their management during hemodialysis in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients. Conducted at Government General Hospital, Kurnool, the study involved 120 patients, with hypertension being the most common risk factor. Anemia, shortness of breath, hypoglycemia, hypotension, and muscle cramps were most commonly seen complications. Headache, vomitings, infections, and chest pain were less commonly seen complications in this study. Management included erythropoietin injections, oxygen inhalation, antiemetics and other symptomatic treatment. The study highlights the importance of addressing complications and optimizing hemodialysis to improve patient outcomes in CKD.

Background: Vrana is an interruption of continuity of body tissue or part by physical, microbial, chemical or immunological causes, typically associated with loss of function. Vrana can be correlated with wounds and ulcers. Normally, Vranas are healed by itself if kept clean. The presence of infection, insufficient blood supply, tissue tension, radiation, malnutrition, diabetes, consumption of steroids etc. are the important factors which delay the wound healing process. Dushta Vrana is one of the Vranas which needs time for its healing. Acharya Sushruta mentioned Rasakriya under Shasti Upakramas for management of Vrana. Any drug formulation should possess two qualities for proper wound healing i.e., Vrana Shodhana (Making free from undesirable wound factors) and Vrana Ropana (The factors which promotes wound healing). Many formulations are in use for centuries. One of them is Karanjadi rasakriya. The objective of the present study is to evaluate the effect of Karanjadi rasakriya on the basis of relief in signs and symptoms of Dushta Vrana. Materials and Methods: In this study, Lepa of Karanjadi rasakriya was applied on affected part of 20 patients selected from Shalya OPD, TGAMC&H, Ballari, for the management of Vrana. Results: The results observed based on the changes obtained on the subjective and objective parameters taken for consideration for this study viz. Pain, Size of ulcer, Discharge, granulation tissue and were found not significant on all the above parameters. Conclusion: It showed that Karanjadi rasakriya is not significantly helped in reduction of the signs and symptoms of the Dushta Vrana.

The Kumbh Mela, one of the largest religious gatherings in the world, has historically followed a set cycle based on Hindu astrology. Traditionally, a Maha Kumbh Mela is supposed to occur every 144 years. However, in recent years, the term "Maha Kumbh" has been used for events occurring every 12 years, including those in 1989, 2001, and 2025. This paper explores the political, economic, and cultural reasons behind the rebranding of the regular Kumbh Mela into a "Maha Kumbh Mela," and investigates the historical and astrological justifications for this claim.

This study explored and juxtaposed the educational philosophy of Swami Vivekananda in the context of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), exploring its relevance to social, environmental, and economic sustainability (Sharma, 2013; Maharaj, 2017). This small work revisits Swamiji's humanistic approach to education, emphasizing holistic development and character-building. The research employs a historical methodology, analyzing primary sources, such as Vivekananda's writings, and secondary sources authored by other scholars and academicians (Nikhilananda, 1953). Through document analysis and qualitative inquiry, the study identifies components of sustainability embedded in Swamiji's educational thoughts. His vision of education fosters social harmony, promotes environmental awareness, and encourages economic self-reliance, reflecting a comprehensive model for sustainable living (Ranganathananda, 1985). The findings underscore the contemporary significance of Vivekananda's ideas in addressing global sustainability challenges. By integrating human values with modern education, Swamiji's philosophy is a guiding framework for fostering sustainable development in the 21st century (Tilbury, 1995)
