Based on Discourse analysis, this research article analyses the coverage of Rohingya Muslim refugee crisis by English language newspapers from Myanmar, Bangladesh and India. To gain insights into the construction of the portrayal of Rohingya Muslims, news articles of The Myanmar Times, Prothom Alo, and Times of India are considered. The discourse unveiled that the mainstream media newspapers have tried to conform to the popular opinion and obey the ideology and narrative put forth by the governments. The politicisation of the news articles has led to the understanding of the issue being more dogmatic of this dichotomy rather than of the demand of the denied human rights of the Rohingya Muslims.

Kalki Subramanian, a renowned transgender activist, poet, and artist, uses her poetry as a powerful medium for self-expression and activism. This paper critically examines three of her notable poems--She, Don't Tell That to Me, A Little Girl and Me, and Clap Aloud--to explore themes of identity, resilience, the innocence of childhood perceptions, and societal transformation. The analysis focuses on these poems' linguistic, stylistic, and thematic elements, highlighting Kalki's distinctive voice in contemporary Indian literature. By weaving personal experiences with broader social commentary, Kalki creates a deeply evocative narrative that resonates with marginalized communities and allies alike. The discussion explores how Kalki uses her poetic voice to challenge societal norms, celebrate individuality, and advocate for justice while fostering a sense of empowerment and solidarity among the LGBTQ+ community. Through an intersectional lens, this paper underscores her contribution to queer literature and advocacy for transgender rights, illustrating how her work bridges the gap between art and activism, inspiring societal introspection and transformation.

Although, 70% of the globe is covered with water, unfortunately only 1% of this water is suitable for human use. Only a small part is freshwater; most are found in the seas. Much of the fresh water is trapped in ice caps and glaciers, making it inaccessible. 22% of freshwater withdrawals worldwide are used for industry, with 70% going to agriculture, mostly for irrigation. Water for domestic use and a safe and sufficient supply for drinking are still top priorities. In 2000, the globe had 6.2 billion inhabitants. According to UN forecasts, there will be an additional 3.5 billion people by 2050, with most of this development taking place in poorer countries that currently suffer from water scarcity. Therefore, if there are no corresponding benefits in water conservation and recycling of this essential resource, the demand for water will increase. This essay provides a brief overview of the necessity of rainwater harvesting, when it is necessary and how it should be done. In addition, it attempts to examine several well-executed cases and legislative measures that essentially support them. The approach used is based on the analysis and results of case studies. The objective of the study is to identify the rainwater harvesting techniques used in Kaithal city as well as any problems associated with their use so that recommendations for implementation can be developed. The likely outcome of the study offers a potential solution to current rainwater harvesting problems in urban areas.

Women in low-income households in India face significant barriers to education due to financial struggles, domestic responsibilities, and societal pressures. This study employs a secondary data analysis approach, drawing from government reports, academic research, and policy documents to examine these challenges. The findings indicate that economic hardship often forces families to prioritize boys' education, while cultural norms and domestic labor responsibilities further restrict women's educational opportunities. Joint family structures and traditional gender roles reinforce these disparities, limiting access to higher education and employment. Despite existing government initiatives, gaps in implementation and awareness persist. The study underscores the need for financial aid programs, community awareness campaigns, and policy reforms that promote equitable educational access. Addressing these barriers through a multi-pronged approach can foster greater social and economic empowerment for women. Future research should focus on real-time data collection to assess the effectiveness of interventions aimed at improving women's education in low-income communities.

The textile dyeing industry is one of the most polluting industries in past and now a day's too. They release high contaminated liquids of processes like sizing, coloring, de-sizing etc. giving intense water pollution. We in this research are proposing electro-chemical method for waste water treatment. We analyzed the electrochemical behavior of materials with water, this analysis consist of removal of waste from water such as dipin, color, toxicity with reduction in Chemical Oxygen Demand and Biological Oxygen Demand, this disappearance of various pollutants leads to a electrochemically active breakdown product free from pollution. The site consists of ward number 01 of Ujjain city of Madhya Pradesh state, the name of ward is famous for its prints and Jail i.e. Bherugadh Prints. Various products as Sarees, Dress materials, Shirting's, blankets, bed-sheets, evening gowns, Salwar suits etc are been made up by local people there. It is a cottage industry belt were people in small houses do the various process of a Textile industry i.e. the work from blow room to carding to yarns and this yarn to looms and fabric, the most emphasis of them and us too is on dyeing this yarn or dyeing the fabric and us on water processing techniques. We analyze various effluents released throughout the journey of the fiber to fabric, especially in dyeing, sizing and printing processes. The waste water from cottage industry has been taken and analyzed on various parameters; some suggestions are also given for the pollution free cottage industries of Bherugadh prints.

Digital twins (DT) are essentially virtual digital counterparts for patients, reflecting their physiological and anatomical uniqueness. The concept builds on the convergence of computer science, mathematics, engineering, and the life sciences, and its transition into pharmaceutical research has been ground breaking. The digital replica allows researchers to observe the patient in real-time while simulating and predicting the clinical outcome for the patient in a clinical trial. Integrating machine-learning models with electronic health records, data linkage, and DNA sequencing enables the creation of a Digital Twin of patients in clinical trials. The potential benefits of DT in the setting of a clinical trial are predicting personal responses, less reliance on animal and human trials, speeding up drug development, precision, and personalization. The technology has been successfully employed in trials on Diabetes and Musculoskeletal diseases. The use of Digital Twin in a clinical trial is yet to be fully revealed. The study strives to establish the significance of Digital Twin in trials and how it can significantly enhance research.

Abstract: Vitamin D deficiency is a widespread and serious global health concern, affecting a remarkable 30-80% of children and adults worldwide, regardless of a country's developmental status. The well-documented role of vitamin D in bone mineralization and skeletal health is complemented by a growing body of evidence linking vitamin D deficiency to a range of chronic diseases, including type 1 diabetes mellitus, systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, cardiovascular disease, and various malignancies.3 Notably, research has consistently revealed disturbingly high prevalence rates of vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency among adolescents globally, even in countries with abundant sunshine, which is the primary catalyst for endogenous vitamin D synthesis.4 This widespread deficiency among adolescents, typically considered a healthy demographic, underscores the need for increased awareness, education, and preventive measures to minimize the long-term consequences of vitamin D deficiency. Adolescence is a critical period of growth and development, and vitamin D plays a crucial role in maintaining strong bones, immune function, and overall health. Adequate knowledge about vitamin D deficiency is essential for adolescents to make informed decisions about their health. However, existing research suggests that many adolescents lack a clear understanding of vitamin D deficiency, its risk factors, symptoms, and prevention strategies, highlighting a significant knowledge gap that needs to be addressed. Aim : To evaluate the level of awareness and understanding about vitamin D deficiency among the adolescent students and identify knowledge gap. Objectives : 1. To assess the knowledge regarding vitamin D deficiency among adolescent students 2. To determine the association between the knowledge of vitamin D deficiency with selected demographic variables Methods : Descriptive study was conducted in Kajiranga English Academy, Guwahati, Assam. 100 samples were drawn by using non probability convenient sampling technique. The knowledge of the students were assessed by using a structured self-administered questionnaire . Results : The study result reveled that out of 100 students , majority of the students ie. 33 (33%) falls under the age group 16-17 years, 61(61%) students are male, 29 students (29%) are from class 11 , 37 students (37%) spends 1-2 hours in outdoor, 80 students (80%) are non-vegetarian , 68 students (68%) previous knoeledge regarding vitamin D deficiency and out of that majority 32 students (47.06%) have knowledge from internet sources . The study also showed that out of 100 students, majority of the students 70 (70%) have moderate knowledge, 19(19%) have inadequate knowledge and 11(11%) have adequate knowledge on vitamin D deficiency . The study findings states that there is significant association between level of knowledge on vitamin D deficiency and demographic variable (presence of previous knowledge) at p= <0.05 level and with the mean score of knowledge 8.82+3.09. The calculated Karl Pearson's correlation "r" value was 0.87 . It also reveals that there is no significant association with other demographic variables such as Age, Gender, Educational qualification, food preference , time spend outdoor, presence of previous knowledge on vitamin D deficiency Conclusion: Based on study findings, it is concluded that there is a need to improve the concept regarding vitamin D deficiency among the adolescent students . The study underscores the significance of vitamin D deficiency as a public health concern and highlights the need for multifaceted interventions to address its prevalence and consequences.
