 Abstract

A Zeta converter fed BLDC motor drive using a single voltage sensor is proposed for fan applications. A single phase supply followed by diode bridge rectifier and a Zeta converter is used to control the voltage fed to the VSI. Output of Zeta converter is controlled to achieve the speed control of BLDC motor. A sensorless control of BLDC motor is used to eliminate the requirement of position sensors. A MATLAB Simulation is used to simulate the developed model to achieve a wide range of speed control with high Power Factor and improved Power Quality at the supply.

 Abstract

This paper makes a compact view of challenges and recommendations for e-governance by initiatives of green ICT in education. This study is a personal point of view that is speculative and limited to initiatives of green ICT, challenges and recommendations for e-governance with implications for the role of education in green ICT within the prospective contribution of the e-governance in education to the study and practice of green ICT. Green ICT is comprised of initiatives and strategies that reduce the environmental foot print of technology. This arises from reductions in energy use and consumables, including hardware, electricity and papers, and because of these reductions green ICT initiatives also produce cost savings in energy use in addition to the environmental benefits. The amount of IT equipments and electricity footprints needing future recycling are simultaneously reduced. Green ICT initiative is the appropriate measure to reduce power consumption and it insures that it is effectively managed. The researchers focused on some initiatives/policies that pursued, enhance, current outreach campaigns to ensure that Green ICT considerations are embedded into management and awareness-raising to procurement of the ICT estate. Green ICT initiatives are reported to the appropriate university body and e- governance or plans for new or refurbished server hosting facilities; it will work with procurement services on changes to the university purchasing procedures to require purchases to seek approval from ISS for IT equipments that does not meet the Green ICT specification. The researchers have taken major initiatives in the field of e-governance by delivering various IT services like web and mobile based e-governance and online management and monitoring system in education.

 Abstract

Pokemon Go is concept game based on Augmented Reality. For this study, a dataset having around 350,000 spawning entries was used. Each entry contained the name of the pokemon, the appearing and disappearing time of that pokemon, as well as the longitudinal and latitudinal location it spawned at. The goal of the study was to verify the prediction of the pokemon at the spawned locations and to explore the use of random forest regression model in cases having location data. The result thus proved that random forest regression performs excellently while dealing with longitudinal and latitudinal data.

Pattern mining algorithms is used to mine the useful data from the massive amount of IOT data. Mostly used data mining algorithms are classification, clustering, association rule and regression in which the classification and regression comes under supervised learning and other two in unsupervised learning. The objective is to review different techniques applied for mining the pattern by using classification and clustering algorithms.We have discussed the advantages and dis-advantages of different algorithms coming under classification and clustering. By applying parallel data mining algorithm in map reduce frame work.

 Abstract

The question of instant Triple divorce among Muslims in India is one of the most intriguingly controversial issues. The recent judgment of the honourable Supreme Court and the proposed bill by the Government on Triple divorce has created a debate among legal luminaries, social activists and academicians in India. There are recorded instances, where clearly Muslim women in India have been subjected to Talaq-ul-bida or instant triple divorce, which most of the jurists of Islamic law have considered sinful and clearly an innovation. This phenomenon has been widely prevalent among Indian Muslims. The paper examines the issue through the theological, legal and political perspective. This paper also focuses on the procedure of divorce in India and its Politicisation at the hands of certain elements for political gain.
