The bolt is the important part of assembly in order to join the structure without the looseness of part. The torque load is requiring effective and much amount provide to obtained pretension load without failure of structure. The aim is determines to appropriate pretension effect due to much torque through the tightening wrench without failure of threads using the UTM machine. The bolt consider as M24 and pitch 3 mm are use for testing. Determination of the maximum equivalent stress and deformation is due to pretension load simulation by Finite element simulation. The result is validating by the experimental of UTM.

Newspaper waste, is the one of the impotant problem for disposal in many countries due to its landfill capacity. Removal of paper waste is a challenging task in managing the solid waste. Newspaper is emerging as an attractive option for the production of bio-ethanol because of lower feedstock costs. It also has higher potential for fossil fuel displacement due to which there will be reduction of green house gas emission.. The main objective of the current project is to minimize the newspaper load on municipal solid waste by efficiently utilizing the waste newspaper in the production of bio-ethanol by Pretreatment, hydrolysis and fermentation.

Many researchers are working to make computer to understand naturally spoken language. For international language like English this technology has grown to a matured level. We present a model which recognizes Gujarati spoken by human and convert it into text. The aim is recognition of the Gujarati tricky words. In this dissertation Work, I have proposed a method extracts by speech using Mel recurrence Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) feature extraction technique and HMM model. The recognizer is working in abundance of three essential structure squares to be specific Feature extraction, Training and Testing (Recognition). The proposed here executes the Mel recurrence Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) with a specific end goal to figure the otherworldly components of the discourse signal Utilizing Support Vector Machine (SVM) to perceive discourse test to give fantastic results for secluded words. It comprises of detached words that are isolated by quiets. This proposed system provides high accuracy for Gujarati language.

Appropriate environmental conditions are necessary for optimum plant growth, improved Crop yields, and efficient use of water and other resources. Automating the data acquisition Process of the soil conditions and various climatic parameters that govern plant growth allows information to be collected at high frequency with less labor requirements. The goal of the project is to develop irrigation system by continuously monitoring the soil moisture level, Temperature, Humidity , Light intensity on the field. Whenever the various climatic parameters is not suitable for the growing plant then the controller automatically sends a message to the authorized person by using GSM module. After the person receives a message then he can ON/OFF the required system according to his requirement by sending a simple message. The objective of this project is to provide a combination of manual supervision and partial automation and is similar to manual set-up in most respects but it reduces the labor involved in terms of Irrigation design is simple, easy to install, microcontroller-based circuit to monitor and record the values of soil moisture , Temperature, Humidity,Light intensity environment that are continuously modified and control.

An efficient in vitro callus induction protocol was developed for the first time in Gymnema hirsutum Wight & Arn . which is a potent antidiabetic plant.shoot tips and nodal explants were inoculated on MS medium fortified with auxins (2,4-D and NAA) and cytokinins (kinetin) different concentrations ranging from 1.0 to5.0 mg/l in alone or in combinations for rapid callus induction. Callus was obtained in both explants in all the concentrations. These explants failed to produce callus on MS medium without growth regulators. The highest callus induction , light/dark green with campact/friable nature and growth rate (fresh and dry weights) was observed on MS media containing 2,4-D(3.0mg/l) + NAA(1.0 mg/l) followed by 2,4-D and NAA at 3.0 mg/l. but kinetin is less effective for callus induction than the 2,4-D and NAA . The higher concentrations of 2,4-D (4.0 and 5.0 mg/l) callus was turned to brown colour and necrotic . It is concluded that, in addition to the plant material, callus may also used as a supplement raw material to obtain secondary metabolites for the pharmaceutical industry.
