The study of conflicts in the post World War II era has focused more on intra-state conflicts as there has been a significant decrease in terms of inter-state wars in the world. It is in this context that concepts of conflict transformation have been used to examine conflicts. The emergence of civil wars, insurgency, and other forms of inter-state conflicts has gathered interest in terms of solving these problems. North east India has been a region that has been beset with conflict since its integration with the Indian union and ever since the region has witnessed conflict that have been categorized as low intensity conflicts by scholars and researchers who have examined conflict in the region. In this article, an examination of the conflict in north east India is made to provide a clear understanding on the current trends in the region. It also argues that the conflict in the region is waning weak and thereby there is a possibility that conflict in the region might soon be solved. The article clearly puts forward that the conflict which had secessionism and separatism in its early day now seem to be moving towards establishing peace as there is a lack of leadership that is growing within various insurgent groups in the region. Thus the articles posits that conflict in the region is waning weak.

Technology has come a long way with rapid advancements on the Internet, IoT (Internet of Things), and other such connecting Technologies. Currently, scientists and experts alike, are facing many issues to prevent cyber-attacks and data breaches. Corporate enterprises and individuals are more connected than ever before, thus leading to high amounts of network traffic. As a result, detecting and preventing security attacks is getting more and more difficult to be handled by us humans alone. Hence, Artificially Intelligent Software models could be developed to defend against such cyber-attacks and therefore, can also improve cybersecurity using such strategies. This paper discusses the implementations and some plausible areas where AI can be implemented in the field of Cybersecurity.

Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) is an education system recently introduced by CBSE, sees its main aim in the overall evaluation of the learners. It was formulated to do away with the exam-centric approach rampant in our evaluation system. The focus of the teaching-learning experience was aimed to gradually manoeuvre from merely being a means to perform well in examinations, to bring a platform of learning. With holistic learning being seen as real education, Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) aimed to bring the focus on developing all aspects of an individuals personality. The cognitive, effective and psychomotor skills of learners, through recognized as vital aspects of learning, had somewhere evaded the exam-oriented education system. This evaluation system will allow the learners to enjoy their schooling and learning in a stress-free environment. Hence, the investigator thought that it would be desirable to study CCE to wipe out rote learning. Because it has more impact on our evaluation system.

Muscle strength assessment is important aspect for physical fitness. Manual muscle testing with Digital Dynamometer is commonly used method for assessment of muscle strength. There is lack of Evidence which describes relation of antagonist flexibility and strength of agonist muscle during Evaluation procedure. So, this study was conducted with an objective of measuring Quadriceps strength with respect to length of Hamstrings muscle. Strength of Quadriceps and Hamstrings muscle was measured with Digital Dynamometer on 80 subjects, before and after giving stretching of Hamstrings. Flexibility was measured with Sit-n-Reach box. Paired t-test was applied to analyse the data. Significant difference (P<0.05) was found in strength of Quadriceps muscle after stretching of Hamstrings. Stretching of Hamstrings muscle should be incorporated prior to the evaluation of strength of Quadriceps muscle.

Abstract Misconduct is when an employee does something wrong either by doing something, not doing something, or through their behaviour. This may justify some disciplinary action being taken by the employer. Misconduct is wrongful, improper, or unlawful conduct motivated by premeditated or intentional purpose or by obstinate indifference to the consequences of one's acts. Misconduct can be considered an unacceptable or improper behaviour, especially for a professional person. Misconduct includes something seen as unacceptable as well as criminal offenses e.g. deceptive manipulation."Gross Misconduct" can lead to immediate dismissal because it is serious enough and possibly criminal, e.g. stealing or sexual harassment. Misconduct refers to an action, rather than neglecting to take action, or inaction which could be referred to as poor performance. Government Servants play a very important role to run the administration of the Country. They are important constituents of the administrative set up of the nation. They are pillars of the Government Departments on whose shoulders the responsibility to implement the Government policies lies. They provide public services to the citizens at the grass root level and in the same way, they forward grievances of the public, their representations and demands to higher ups for their effective resolution. It is only because of loyalty of Government Servants. The Government Servants have different work culture and responsibilities as compared to their counterparts in private sector. They are smartly paid, have some kind of privileges and facilities but at the same time they have heavy responsibilities toward the Government in particular and public in general. The responsibility of the Government Employees has increased and become time bound. In order to ensure that Government Employees give their best to the country, some constitutional safeguards have been provided to the Government. However, as many a times, some Government Servants start misusing their official power and position. They start shirking work, do not do their work as per rules and orders and indulge in other kinds of misconduct. Therefore, in order to discipline them and to control them, the concept of Departmental Proceedings is provided in the service rules. The procedure to be followed in Disciplinary Proceedings is generally laid down in Service Rules and Standing Orders made there under. However, the procedure, so laid down, is subordinated to the provisions of the Constitution of India i.e. any rule cannot be ultra-vires the provisions of the Constitution, e.g. Article-309, 310,311 etc. Although the provisions of the Indian Evidence Act,1872, do not apply to the Departmental Proceedings but the principle of Natural Justice has to be followed. Thus, Reasonable Opportunity to defend himself must be given to the person against whom Departmental Proceedings have been initiated. It is also to note that acquittal in criminal proceedings on the same set of charges, per se, does not entitle the delinquent to claim immunity from Disciplinary Proceedings, the Departmental Proceedings against a Government servant starts with the lodging of a complaint with the Disciplinary Authority. On the receipt of a complaint, it is open to the Disciplinary Authority to hold preliminary inquiry to ascertain the prima facie truth in the allegations. The complaint may be made by an ordinary citizen or superior officer of the employee.

The scope of visual merchandising is growing rapidly with advances in technology. Retailers need to ensure their visual merchandising has stronger impact, as competition in the present scenario is high, and retailers are ready to spend more on visual merchandising to attract customers. Visual merchandising has become a tool which can be used by many retailers. The current study examines the impact of visual merchandising, store layout, in-store product display, window display, and promotional signage on impulse buying behaviour of customers in retail stores. The Overview of the study suggest that visual merchandising elements do have a significant impact on impulse purchase in retail stores, with store layout having the highest impact, followed by promotional signage, and window display, while in-store product display did not have a significant impact on impulse purchase. Further, for only store layout had a significant positive impact on impulse purchase on the other hand, store layout, window display and promotional signage had significant positive impact on impulse purchase.
