The current paper deals with mineral contents in the leaves of Aegle marmelos L affected by powdery mildew disease (Oidium spp.). The mineral analysis was carried out by Tri-acid digested sample, according to the method of Toth et al., (1948). The minerals such as Manganese, Iron, Copper, Zinc and Boron were estimated by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (Thermo-Scientific - AAS - Chemito AA203 model). While elements Potassium, Calcium and Sodium were measured by Flame Photometer (Systronics 128 model) and Phosphorous was estimated by Sekine (1965) method. The element Manganese, Iron, Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Phosphorous and Boron were found enhanced in the infected leaf tissue, whereas Zinc and Copper elements were reduced in the affected leaf, shows a great metabolic activity during pathogenesis.

For the past decades, cross- cultural crisis is a predominant theme delineated in most of the writings in literature. This has become a major arena for research in the writings of contemporary authors. Multi culturalism arises when the individual becomes congenial and feasible with another culture rather than his own. The depiction of these cultures is beautifully depicted by the Indian diaspora authors like Anita Desai, Salman Rushdie, Jhumpa Lahiri and many others. At this cross-cultural juncture, immigrant writers like Bharati Mukherjee has come up with specific perspectives. Being an immigrant, she was caught between the conflicting cultures in her own attempt to explore an identity of her own, which is best reflected in her novels. Migration, exile, displacement, identity, sense of belonging, isolation, and cross-cultural conflicts are some of the indispensable themes found in her writings. She accepts American culture comparing with Indian, as the laws and policies of her settlement has proven much favorable for her. In her works, the readers can find a beautiful blend and paradox of Indian and American culture. In this article, the element of cross cultural complexities is explored in her 1989 novel Jasmine. Bharati presents a beautiful epigraph in the beginning pages by James Gleick 'the new geometry mirrors a universe that is rough, not rounded, scabrous, not smooth. It is a geometry of the pitted, pocked and broken up, the twisted, tangled and intertwined.'(Jasmine) which embarks the journey of the protagonist, whose path is not smooth but rough encompassed with several impediments.

Applications for nanoscale materials can be found in nanomedicine and nano-delivery systems, where they can be precisely targeted to specific areas and used as regulated carriers for pharmaceuticals and diagnostic equipment. Because nanotechnology makes it possible to precisely deliver medications in a targeted, site-specific manner, it provides various benefits in the treatment of chronic human diseases. Recently, chemotherapeutic medicines, biological agents, immunotherapeutic agents, and other noteworthy applications of nanomedicine have been used to treat a wide range of disorders. The application of nanoparticles as a drug delivery system (NDDS) holds considerable potential for the treatment of cancer. Because of several significant benefits, drug delivery systems (DDS) based on nanoparticles are more effective than conventional DDS. First of all, it can extend the half-lives of medications and proteins that are easily broken down. Second, it can increase the hydrophobic medications' solubility, which will increase their therapeutic efficacy. Finally, it makes it possible to precisely and carefully distribute medications at the precise location of the illness, providing individualized treatment plans.

The coronavirus emergency has had both beneficial and negative impacts on the international economy. There has been seen a beneficial impact on the climate. It is noteworthy that the Indian Constitution did not originally include explicit provisions for environmental protection. Therefore, there is a need for a green economy after the Coronavirus crisis. Climate legislation has to be revised. To maintain the natural balance of the planet's ecosystem, the whole system must be carefully managed, including both the biological and non-environmental aspects. In an Indian context, the components of a town's biological system serve as a true paradigm for a holistic approach. In a town, the agricultural system, which involves both crop production and animal husbandry, depends on natural plant resources such as fields and forests. The modern era has compelled people to engage in afforestation and reforestation due to plants' ability to absorb carbon. There should be government equipment to evaluate the level of air pollution in various industrial areas globally and especially in busy streets. Green currency should be used on a large scale.
