Abstract
The utility of ICT in the classrooms is increasing day by day. The entry of this technology in the education is challenging to teachers and educational institutes. Though ICT assists in teaching methods, teachers may encounter many barriers like lack of confidence, competence, health and lack of time mainly in age group of more than 40 years. The findings were positive and teachers had strong desire to incorporate ICT in education. This work also provides information about difficulties being faced by the teachers with new techniques if ICT and approach of teachers towards ICT with age group 40 to 50 years.

Abstract
This paper studied the level of scientific aptitude among the government boys and girls of high school. A sample of 100 students (50 girls and 50 boys) was selected through random sampling method from government high school of Raipur, chattishgarh state. For the data collection researcher used the Scientific Aptitude Test Battery (SATB) designed by Dr.k.K.Agrawal and Dr. Saroj Aurora was used. Mean, SD and t-test used for analyze the data. Finding of the study shows that the level of scientific aptitude is more in boys compare to girls of high school and the study also shows that there is significant difference in different area/part of scientific aptitude like Reasoning Test, Numerical ability and there is no significant difference between boys and girls in Scientific Information and science vocabulary test.

Abstract
At present soil ingredients are being tested only at Soil Analysis Centre, where they use primitive method. At present Government survey department is tedious in surveying the farm lands. So that farmers are suffering much. Many toll-free Agriculture call centers are there but without testing soil they simply advise to the farmers about the usage of fertilizers which is improper. To overcome these problems, the proposed project helps the farmers to test the soil themselves easily.

Abstract
Nearly all professional procurement organisations have a stated intent and commitment to do more in the area of supplier relationship management and save cost. The need and process of a supplier relationship management are complex. A robust process would ensure that the capabilities and composition of the procurement team would need to change along with the team’s orientation. It require the management of the organisation to spend more time with the suppliers than with the procurement team. It would require to identify relationship with suppliers to be business-centric relationship. Simply put, being able to negotiate a deal does not mean a buyer is able to manage a relationship, nor is it possible to ensure premium access to suppliers in a contract. A study was conducted to gain a better understanding of Supplier Relationship management and to advise our clients on this topic. A study was conducted by conducting interviews of academicians and industry professionals to identify the objectives, challenges and benefits of supplier relationship management in organisations. The study also identified the critical success factors and the competencies required for success of a supplier relationship management program.

Abstract
Information extraction is a key feature for mining any data so the detection of duplicate images is a useful means of indexing a large database of documents. An algorithm for duplicate document detection is proposed in this project that operates directly on images that have been symbolically compressed using techniques related to the ongoing JBIG2 standardization effort. This report describes an optical character recognition (OCR) method that recognizes the text in an image by deciphering data from the compressed representation. It recognizes the text in an image by deciphering the sequence of occurrence of blobs in the compressed representation. We propose a Hidden Markov Model (HMM) method for solving such deciphering problems and suggest applications in multilingual document duplicate detection. It is observed that it can recover better than 90% of the text in compressed document images and that this is sufficient to identify duplicates in a large database.
