Now a days there has been increase in the user of multimedia with this increase in number of users so many security issues are also been increased but this should not be the concern in this digital era but we only need to focus on the transmission of digital media with having great secure environment. We also focus on the other issue related to watermarking that is owner identification and copyright protection. So in this paper we introduce a best approach for making our digital transmission as well as the owner identification and copyright protection. Two layers of the watermarking technique means that we apply one watermarking technique at first step and the second watermarking technique at second step. After applying first step it will be secure but on applying second technique it will be more secure. We have got so many watermarking techniques exists we applied pixel transformation and wavelet transformation as the two layers in our research. We have introduced this to make this work actually effective and reliable and these parameters are verified by experiments.

The objective of stabilization used is to increase the strength and stiffness, improve workability and constructability of the soil and reduce the plasticity index. In the present work, an attempt was made to study the effect of Ground Granulated Blast furnace Slag [GGBS] and Rice Husk Ash [RHA] on properties of Black Cotton Soil. GGBS is heavier than most natural aggregates. It has higher stability and high angle of internal friction. RHA is an inorganic, natural soil stabilizer which is said to improve the index and engineering properties of poor soils. GGBS and RHA are powder additives which act on soil to reduce voids between soil particles and minimize absorbed water in the soil to achieve maximum compaction. The effect of 5%, 10% & 15% of GGBS and RHA on properties of soil such as Liquid Limit, Plastic Limit, California Bearing Ratio and Unconfined Compressive Strength for different curing periods were studied. A comprehensive experimental investigation shows that there is an increase in strength with increase in percentage additives. A comparison of strength with respect to GGBS and RHA show higher strength in GGBS as compared to RHA.

Abstract : Faster data communication is today requirement in any wireless system. TCP is most widely used transport protocol. TCP provides reliable delivery of data in wired network. In wireless network, congestion event and non-congestion event are present. Traditional TCP always considers as packet is lost due to congestion. It fails to perform well in wireless network. Many TCP variants have been proposed for congestion control but they cannot distinguish reason of dropping packets that is either due to congestion or due to bit error. For Congestion reduction router queue play important role, like drop tail and RED. Here, study and comparative analysis of TCP variants has been done with different parameters like throughput, end to end delay, number of dropped packets and packet delivery fraction. By analyzing these comparisons conclude that NewReno give batter result With RED queue as compare to other but there is no solution for bit error and high priority packet drop over RED. It reduces congestion window every time when their congestion error but when there is a bit error then no need to reduce the transmission rate. MOD_TCPNR is capable to reduce the unnecessary reduction of congestion window and retransmissions caused by bit error or random error. MOD_TCPNR uses the ECN indication of TCP header for distinguishes issue of congestion from bit error and Congestion notification of high priority traffic. Simulation results shows that MOD_TCPNR gives better results compare to NewReno. Simulation has been performed in ns2.35.
