The significance intention of this research work is to develop a system for predicting static gestures of alphabets and sign in Indian Sign Language (ISL) to text. This proposed model incorporates three section pre-processing, feature extraction and structural redesigning. The novelty of this work lies in structural redesigning done with conventional Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to improve its prediction accuracy. The structural redesign happens with the aid of optimization techniques to precise its predicting accuracy. The preliminary research carried out with benchmark dataset to design and validate the redesigned optimal neural network structure by influencing Genetic Algorithm (GA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Artificial Bee Colony (ABC). Amid, ABC prefers superior result to other comparative algorithms and reveals the predictive accuracy of 96.71%. Subsequently, ISL gestures collected from real time environment to perform the objective by influencing Social Spider optimization (SSO) technique. The revealed results illustrate that SSO having superiority to ABC (which prefers better result in preliminary benchmark dataset). In real world environment the proposed SSO technique, reveal average of 83.9% this will be a superior result over other comparative technique. The entire implementation execute in the working platform MATLAB to process the ISL to text prediction.

Smart grid is an intelligent power network featured by its two-way flows of electricity and information. With an integrated communication infrastructure, smart grid manages the operation of all connected components to provide reliable and sustainable electricity supplies. In smart power grid, an efficient reliable communication architecture plays an important role in improving efficiency, stability and sustainability. The communication infrastructure is multilayered structure that extends the whole smart grid from home area network (HAN) to neighborhood area network (NAN) and wide area networks (WAN). For communication between the subnet works a cognitive radio technology is added which improve spectrum efficiency by utilizing all available spectrum resources in smart grid. This paper focuses on cognitive radio based communication architecture for smart grid. The cognitive radio is mentioned to achieve dynamic spectrum access, interference avoidance, data throughput adaptive and act as a backup wireless communication technique in emergency situations for critical data transmission.

Spit(spam) has become the pulpit of choice used by cyber convicts, where the cyber convicts spread vicious haul such as trojans, bat ware etc. In this paper we will discuss problem of early detection of spit campaigns. The email sent from the sender will be applied with vicious haul by the convicts, but still it will be found out by this project. Hashes are used to find out the junk and virus effected emails, but hashes are not scalable. Thus, we use this Spitdoop(spamdoop) method to identify the junk emails which works using big data built on map-reduce facility.

English plays an important role in our everyday life. There is enormous efficacy of English in current world. English has ready the social and economic trade between citizens of diverse communities and traditions spastically possible. It is well acknowledged that English-speaking people can be traced in all the continents of the earth and is the cause for its importance in the enforced education of several nations across the world. The majority of students join in polytechnic courses in the States come from non-English verbal communication backgrounds and they require getting better their communicative competence. Here the role of English teachers becomes challenging. This study plan at ruling the complexity of the students in Sociolinguistic factors like social class, home condition, peer relations, aspiration levels and academic inclination among polytechnic students from rural, urban and metropolitan cities. The comparison study of the students will helps to the Teachers/Educators/Government to make the necessary steps to improve the performance in learning and speaking English Confidently. Here proposed the various opportunities to guide the students to train in the various aspects to achieve the desired goal of polytechnic course.

Education institutions in India is facing severe competition as they offer same curriculum and present in same geographical area. Promotion is important aspect of marketing though not popular among educational institution. Geographical wide spread of our country and to encourage people to pursue higher education. Educational institutions need to reach to consumers or students sitting in every corner of the country and it is possible through well planned IMC tools. The paper is an attempt to investigate various IMC tools used by educational Institutions.

The construction industry regularly acts as a substance to inspire the growth of a nation's economy. The industry is often referred to as an engine of development. However, numerous government reports have criticized the industry's poor performance, especially in terms of productivity and quality systems. In order to improve performance, many construction companies appliance combined system to ensure consistency and superior performance of construction projects. The data collection for study investigates factors affecting contractor performance in high rise building projects was done through a Selected Factors and Sub factors related Questionnaire survey by explorative questionnaire to the respondents involved in daily activities of construction firms in various High rise Projects and different Consultants, Architect and contractors in Nashik City. The questionnaire was designed so that Then ask to people i.e., contractors, architect, consultant, owner, labour and project in charge and given remark or Respondent scores from each as 1 to 5 i.e., Very low IMP to Very high IMP. The analysis of these data was done by a method Mean Item Score.
