PCR is a molecular biology technique that amplifies a single or few copies of DNA, generating thousands to millions of copies. It is widely used in medical and biological research labs for various applications. It consists of three major steps which includes denaturation, annealing, and extension. PCR is useful in investigating and diagnosing various diseases and detects human genes, as well as bacterial and viral genes. It requires only a tiny amount of original DNA, making it valuable in forensic science. PCR identifies genes implicated in cancer development and has also benefited many molecular cloning techniques. This review provides a solid foundation for understanding the basics of PCR, its history, applications, and impact on various fields.

This paper examines the fundamental transformation of India's market structure from traditional monopolistic competition to platform-based economies, focusing on the period 2019-2024. The research analyzes how digital platforms have reshaped competitive dynamics in the Indian market through network effects, economies of scale, and data-driven strategies. Drawing on comprehensive market data and case studies of major platforms like Zomato, Flipkart, and Paytm, we investigate the drivers and implications of this transition. Our findings indicate that India's digital economy, projected to reach USD 1 trillion by 2028, is characterized by increasing platform dominance and "winner-takes-all" dynamics. The study reveals how regulatory frameworks, particularly through the Competition Commission of India's interventions, are evolving to address the unique challenges posed by platform economies. This research contributes to the growing literature on digital market dynamics in emerging economies and provides insights for policymakers navigating the complexities of platform-based competition.

In today's digital landscape, individuals are increasingly faced with the challenge of balancing security and convenience in their daily activities. This study, titled "The Trade- off Between Security and Convenience: Finding the Sweet Spot," explores how users navigate this critical tension when utilizing various technologies and services. By surveying a diverse range of participants, we aim to identify prevailing attitudes towards security measures, the desire for convenience, and the factors influencing user decisions. Our findings will illuminate the nuanced preferences of consumers, revealing how they prioritize security features against the backdrop of their need for ease of use. Ultimately, this research seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of user behavior and inform the development of solutions that optimize both security and convenience in digital interactions.

: The process of Ayurveda drug discovery has received a big boost from the use of high-end computers and machine learning algorithms. There are many new drugs introduced into the market each year, making it difficult for Ayurveda doctors to keep up with the latest advancements. In this proposed work we introduce an end-to-end system that is able to go through the literature of newly discovered drugs and store the features in a database. Then, it is able to accept the symptoms of a patient from a physician/Ayurveda doctor and recommend appropriate Ayurveda drugs, which may be prescribed to the patient, subject to the discretion of the physician/ Ayurveda doctor. We'll use a variety of supervised machine learning methods before deciding which one is best for the model. Datasets collected from www.kaggle.com and www.githib.com and supervised learning algorithms applied to process the datasets and drug recommendation is done. There are many research works on this topic where they have built models and shown results, around 80 to 85% accuracy generated using R language, Python language and data science tools. But all these works are just models, cannot be used as application useful in real time. In our project work we build an application with model that can recommend the suitable Ayurveda drug based on the parameters like symptoms, disease, drug rating etc. It focuses on various feature selection techniques and prediction models to enhance disease diagnosis, improve patient survival rates, and recommend the best lifestyle practices to follow. Proposed system is a real time medical system useful for hospitals and doctors and built using Microsoft tools such as Visual Studio tool and SQL Server tool.

This article analyses the meaning, values, and moral lessons inherent within Khasi-Jaintia society folktales. It examines the roles of genders as portrayed in oral traditions and folktales, aiming to elucidate their impact on the social, economic, political, and cultural fabric of society. These narratives provide an opportunity for modern scholars to delve deeply into the complexities of gender roles while also highlighting the interplay between antiquity and modernity. By studying the folktale narratives of the Khasi-Jaintia, this article seeks to enlighten readers about how the Khasi-Jaintia perceive the world and their environment. Some narratives teach us about the ethical codes and habits exhibited by both genders. Moreover, it aims to understand the relevance of these narratives in identifying the changing trends of gender in modern-day Khasi-Jaintia society. These folktales create awareness in society that both men and women play important roles in upbringing their families. It is their duty as parents to guide, motivate, and inspire their children by citing tales that are relevant to their day-to-day activities.

Highways are one of the significant parts of the modernized world. They play an important role for the development of country's economy. An E-highway, also known as an electric highway, it is revolutionary transportation infrastructure system designed to provide a consistent and efficient power supply to electric vehicles, particularly heavy-duty trucks and buses. The primary goal of an e-highway is to enable electric vehicles to charge while in motion, minimizing the need for large battery packs and addressing range limitation. E-highway can significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions and operating costs for fleet operators. The technology involves overhead lines, rail, or inductive system to transmit power to electric vehicles. Overhead lines are the most commonly used technology, accounting for the largest share of the market. The transport sector depends upon non-renewable sources. Such that fossil fuels, coal, petroleum and natural gases. The transportation sector not only contributes for the nation's development but also for the greenhouse gases emission that accounts for nearly 1/5th of the global total energy consumption. The electric highways is a technique where large trucks or vehicles, hybrids with dynamic pantographs on their top, coupled to the overhead power cables so as to get electricity from the power grid. As a result, E-highways with the combinations of EVs can eliminate the need of vehicle recharging. This technology is the efficient one in term of both fuel-consumption and smart power supply.
