The old Middle English origin word Riht has its first known use before 12th century, have been now attributed and forms the basic structure of all the guiding framework of most of the nations throughout the world. The Constitution of India guarantees certain inherent rights which has subjected its derivations from foreign sources prima facie, and which further has its reclining in their instrumentality. But all the nations rights have a common origin subjugation i.e. the natural order which exists in the universe because all things are created by nature. The vision related to Justice and Equality given under the preamble are secured through the fundamental rights as it attempts to guarantee the street vendors, like any other persons the basic inalienable human rights and promises to protect them by the law of the country without any discrimination. Thus, this research paper is an attempt to understand that how legitimization of the street vendors will recognize and protect the interest of the street vendors and guarantees the basic fundamental rights of them.

Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) composites have inflation and replacing conventional materials with their excellent strength and low specific weight properties. These materials are desirable choices in engineering applications. CFRP is worn as structural materials in various industries due to cutting force essential over machining a polymeric material is lower than that of conventional materials. Hence, the flexibility of machining is to be tested in order to reduce the machining time and cost. The previous conventional and unconventional machining studies suggested that input process parameters and cutting forces have a great influence on the machined surface quality of CFRP composites. In this analysis, a research survey was addressed the surface failure mechanisms, machined surface topography and machinability of CFRP composite materials. Moreover, this literature study has focussed on different statistical techniques used to achieve better-machined surface integrity. The initiation and propagation of machining composite failure occurred due to not only manufacturing characteristics, but also influenced by machining conditions.

The spatial and temporal study of periodic rainfall (month, quarter, semester and agricultural year) at the Tadla perimeter, a semi-arid climate zone in central Morocco, was based on data from 27 rainfall stations at 1958-2018 period, using Mann-Kendall test coupled with Sen's test and completed by Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. The keys results of the study are that monthly rainfall varies in wide range from 4 to 44 mm/month, with a significant trend in nine out of twelve months of the agricultural year: The agricultural year ends in July and August with a stable monthly rainfall; impacting other periodicities given the significant downward trend in rainfall in the last three quarters of the agricultural year that are: December-January-February follow-up with March-April-May and June-July-August; in both wet semester (September-February) and dry (March-August) semester and also in the annual period.PCA method identifies seven variables of periodicity intra-annual with significant rainfall trends, distributed between two homogeneous geographical delimitations, defined by a grouping at the 13 sites of rainfall stations for variables following: monthly in December and April, quarterly in March-April-May and both semesters wet and dry and by versus other grouping at the 14 sites of stations for monthly variables months at September and at June.

Abstract: Lanthanum fluoride (LaF3:Ce3+, Pr3+, Sm3+) synthesized by water soluble LaCl3 + CeCl3+ PrCl3 + SmCl3 and NH4F as starting materials in de-ionized water as solvent using microwave assisted technique. The structure of LaF3:Ce3+, Pr3+, Sm3+ nanocrystals analyzed by XRD and TEM analysis is found to be in hexagonal structure and average crystalline particle size is 20 nm (JCPDS standard card (32-0483) of pure hexagonal LaF3 crystals). The absorption edge in UV spectra is found at 250 nm corresponding to energy of 4.9eV. It further shows a wide transparent window lying between 200 nm - 800 nm. For LaF3; Ce3+, Pr3+, Sm3+ nanocrystals emission of blue color (458 nm) has been observed with at an excitation wavelength of 254 nm. The measured relative second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency of LaF3: Ce3+, Pr3+, Sm3+ in de-ionized water with respect to KDP crystal is 0.186.

Ever since the end of the Second World War, peace and development has captured the interest of scholars and academicians and along with it began the pressing problem of eradicating poverty. In the year 2000, at the United Nations Millennium Development Summit, the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) was passed by leaders of various states with the reduction of poverty as the primary goal. Approximately two decades after the passing of the MDGs, the poverty reduction initiative has achieved significant success across the globe under various initiatives of different governments. Between the years 1990 and 2000, over 1.06 billion people have been lifted out of poverty and the percentage of people living under extreme poverty have been reduced from 43 percent to 14 percent. This has been achieved through universal education, prevention and treatment of malaria and tuberculosis, provision of clean water, and improvement of slum conditions. In the year 2015, for the purpose of achieving common development, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was adopted by various countries at the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit that again laid its emphasis on the eradication of poverty as its primary goal. It is estimated that over 700 million people are still living in extreme conditions of poverty and developing countries are confronted with critical challenges of eradicating hunger, malnutrition, maternal and child health, as well as sustainable development. Progress in terms of poverty reduction remains unbalanced while the condition of Least Developed Countries (LDCs) has not seen any notable improvement. In this article, the objective would be to analyze the extent of poverty in the south Asian region. It would seek to analyze MDGs and SDGs in the context of poverty reduction in the south Asian context. Has globalization brought about a change in terms of poverty reduction in these countries? How has the human development program had its impact on poverty reduction in South Asia are initial questions that this article would seek to address? Following the initial remarks on poverty reduction, this essay would focus on the Chinese approach to poverty reduction. How and what has been the impact on poverty reduction in terms of the Belt and Road Initiative in the south Asian region and does China focus on poverty alleviation through its connectivity programs or regional cooperation mechanisms/initiatives are important questions that this article would seek to address.
