Digital transformation in libraries has led to the widespread adoption of electronic resources (e-resources) as essential tools for academic research and learning. This study explores the usage patterns and challenges associated with e-resource adoption in academic libraries. Through content analysis, the study highlights how various library users; including students, faculty, and researchers, primarily engage with e-resources for research, assignments, and literature reviews, often accessing them from home or work due to time constraints. Despite the increased usage, several barriers to effective utilization persist, including limited access to specialized e-resources, poor internet connectivity, lack of digital literacy, and complicated navigation of digital platforms. The study also emphasizes the importance of training programs and support services in addressing these challenges, as well as the need for libraries to invest in more user-friendly interfaces and comprehensive e-resource subscriptions. The findings suggest that enhancing internet infrastructure, expanding training initiatives, and adopting targeted marketing strategies could significantly improve the access and utilization of e-resources, ultimately fostering a more digitally inclusive academic environment.

Clinical trials are research studies conducted to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of new drugs. These trials are typically preceded by pre-clinical studies, which assess a drug's safety profile and potential side effects. While pre-clinical trials focus on the initial safety evaluation, clinical trials aim to determine whether a new treatment is more effective than existing therapies. Clinical trials are carried out in several phases: Phase 0, Phase 1. Phase 2, Phase 3, and Phase 4. Phase 0 is designed to accelerate the drug approval process by providing preliminary data on how the drug behaves in the body. Phase 1 trials primarily focus on determining the appropriate dosage and identifying potential side effects. In Phase 2, researchers assess the drug's safety and effectiveness for a specific condition or disease.. Phase 3 trials compare the new treatment to standard treatments, evaluating its overall safety and efficacy on a larger scale. Lastly, Phase 4 trials, conducted after the drug has been approved, aim to monitor its performance in real-world scenarios. These post-approval studies further assess the drug's long-term effects and ensure its continued safety and effectiveness for the approved indication.

In this study, propose a comprehensive approach for the classification of lung diseases leveraging deep learning techniques. The research focuses on two main aspects: analysis of structured data using the Random Forest algorithm and detection of lung abnormalities in medical images employing the InceptionV3 architecture. For structured data analysis, we utilized the Random Forest algorithm to classify lung diseases based on clinical data. Features such as patient demographics, symptoms, and medical history were extracted and used to train the model. The Random Forest algorithm demonstrated promising results in accurately classifying various lung diseases, providing valuable insights into the relationships between different variables and disease outcomes. In parallel, we explored the detection of lung abnormalities in medical images using the InceptionV3 deep learning model. This convolutional neural network was trained on a large dataset of lung images to automatically identify patterns indicative of different diseases such as pneumonia, lung cancer, and pulmonary fibrosis. The InceptionV3 model exhibited high accuracy in detecting abnormalities, showcasing its potential as a powerful tool for assisting radiologists in early diagnosis and treatment planning. Through our comparative analysis, we evaluate the performance of both approaches in classifying lung diseases. We discuss the strengths and limitations of each method and highlight opportunities for future research. Ultimately, our study contributes to the advancement of automated diagnostic systems for lung diseases, offering clinicians and researchers valuable tools for improving patient care and outcomes. The demand for renewable energy sources has increased due to growing concerns over climate change and the depletion of fossil fuels. Solar energy, as one of the most abundant and clean sources of energy, plays a vital role in addressing this issue. One of the challenges associated with solar panels is their fixed orientation, which results in inefficient energy capture due to the sun's changing position throughout the day. This research focuses on the development of a non-electrical rotating solar panel system driven by a clock-driven mechanism. The primary goal of this project is to design a system that autonomously adjusts the position of solar panels to maximize energy absorption without relying on electrical components, thus reducing costs and energy consumption.

Bangabandhu Sheikh Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the founding leader of Bangladesh, is widely regarded as the architect of the nation's independence and a central figure in its political and cultural identity. This paper examines his role in the creation of Bangladesh, focusing on his leadership during the independence movement, his political vision, and his post-independence governance. The study explores key milestones such as the Six-Point Movement, the 1970 general elections, his pivotal March 7, 1971 speech, and his symbolic leadership during the Liberation War. It also delves into his tenure as the first Prime Minister of Bangladesh, analyzing his efforts to rebuild the country and the challenges he faced, including economic instability, political opposition, and the controversial shift towards one-party rule under BKSAL. Drawing on historical analysis and qualitative research, the paper provides a comprehensive understanding of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's leadership, highlighting his vision for a democratic, secular, and socialist Bangladesh. The findings reveal the complexities of his legacy, which, while grounded in his monumental contribution to independence, is also marked by the tensions and contradictions of post-independence governance. The paper concludes by offering recommendations for future research and political reflection, emphasizing the importance of understanding Sheikh Mujib's legacy in shaping Bangladesh's political identity and guiding its future development.

Malaria is a mosquito-borne infectious disease that affects humans and other vertebrates. Human malaria causes symptoms that typically include fever, fatigue, vomiting, and headaches. In severe cases, it can cause jaundice, seizures, coma, or death. Symptoms usually begin 10 to 15 days after being bitten by an infected Anopheles mosquito. If not properly treated, people may have recurrences of the disease months later. In those who have recently survived an infection, This partial resistance disappears over months to years if the person has no continuing exposure to malaria. Human malaria is caused by single-celled microorganisms of the Plasmodium group. It is spread exclusively through bites of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes. The mosquito bite introduces the parasites from the mosquito's saliva into a person's blood. The parasites travel to the liver where they mature and reproduce.Five species of Plasmodium commonly infect humansThe three species associated with more severe cases are P. falciparum P. vivax, and P. knowlesi P. ovale and P. malariae generally cause a milder form of malaria. Malaria is typically diagnosed by the microscopic examination of blood using blood films, or with antigen-based rapid diagnostic tests.
