 Abstract

The siddha system is one of the oldest systems in India. The basic principles of siddha system include three vital humors (Vatham, Pitham, Kabam). Any imbalance of three humors leads to disease. According to siddha science to prevent the ageing process, they discovered and used various kinds of treatments like Muppu, Kaya kalpam, Yoga and also internal medicines. Neerdaipu ennai is a liquid form of internal medicine indicated for Neeradaipu in siddha literature. The investigation aimed to assess the biochemical analysis of the trial medicine Neeradaipu ennai, demonstrates the presence of sodium, iron and alkaloids. As a result, I conclude that the existence of these substances will be effective in the treatment of Prosthakola vekkam.

 Abstract

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) is a historic piece of legislation designed to improve consumer protection, accountability, and transparency in the real estate industry in India. This research thoroughly assesses the effects of RERA on the real estate sector since its implementation, emphasizing the effectiveness of the law in resolving persistent problems such project delays, financial irregularities, and disputes between developers and buyers. The act's requirements for escrow account use, required project registration, and severe penalties for non-compliance--all of which work to protect the interests of consumers and encourage on-time project delivery--are among the important features that are examined. The study also emphasizes important implementation obstacles that stakeholders must overcome, such as states' delayed adoption, differing interpretations of RERA rules, and early compliance barriers. These difficulties have affected the speed and consistency of RERA's implementation around the nation, which has affected the law's overall efficacy. The report provides insights into the changing dynamics of the real estate market post-RERA, including shifts in investor sentiment and consumer confidence, by utilizing empirical data, case studies, and stakeholder viewpoints. The report culminates in suggestions for fortifying the RERA's regulatory structure, refining procedures for resolving disputes, and raising stakeholder consciousness in order to maintain and optimize its favorable effects on the Indian real estate sector.

 Abstract

21st century is the boon era of development in Technologies and Science, at the same time people are becoming the victim of lifestyle disorders. One such type of disorder is Hyperlipidemia. Abnormal high concentration of lipids in blood caused by abnormal lipid and lipoprotein metabolism is expressed as Hyperlipidemia. Though there is no precise terminology for Hyperlipidemia mentioned in Ayurveda classics, various scholars have tried to use distinct nomenclature for the same. The description of Shonithaabhishyanda matches with clinical state of Hyperlipidemia. It is a condition mentioned by Acharya Charaka, where Santharpanajanya Nidana and Viruddha ahara are the contributary factors. As a result, a particular questionnaire based on Viruddha ahara and Santarpanotha nidana was developed in order to look into etiology and pathogenesis. Understanding etiology and pathogenesis is the age old tool for diagnosis and management of any disease. By knowing the exact etiopathogenesis of Shonithaabhishyanda , one can prevent from the further sequels like Dhamani Prathichaya, Margavarana and related catastrophic events.

 Abstract

Many proposed microfluidic biosensor designs are based on the measurement of the resonances of an optical microcavity. Fluorescencebased resonators tend to be simpler and more robust than setups that use evanescent coupling from tuneable laser to probe the cavity. In all sensor designs the detection limits depend on the wavelength resolution of the detection system, which is a limitation of fluorescence-based devices. In this work, we explore the ultimate resolution and detection limits of refractometric microcavity sensor structures. Because many periodic modes are collected simultaneously from fluorescent resonators, standard Fourier methods can be best suited for rapid and precise analysis of the resonance shifts. Simple numerical expressions to calculate the ultimate sensor resolution and detection limits were found, and the results compared to experiments in which the resonances of fluorescent-core microcapillaries responded to various sucrose concentrations in water.

 Abstract

This study seeks to understand how a corrupt tourist guide Raju playing the central role in R. K. Narayan's The Guide is metamorphosed into a saint. Conceptually-ethically, morally, lawfully-a tourist guide is not desired to misguide the tourists but in The Guide Raju instead of showing the right path to the tourists follows the wrong means to guide his visitors. However, things related to unethical means do not continue and consequently he gets exposed as a criminal in the context of forging Rosie's signature. His imprisonment ending to his career as a tourist guide makes a turning point in his life and the turning phase of Raju's life is the point of study in this paper. The jailbird Raju, after his release from the prison cell, is mistaken for a spiritual guide and later made to sacrifice his life to save the lives of the people. Raju's transformation from a tour guide to a spiritual leader symbolizes the search for meaning amidst societal change. This paper analyzes key character dynamics, narrative techniques, and the symbolic elements that contribute to the novel's rich tapestry, ultimately revealing how The Guide serves as a profound reflection of the soul of India.

 Abstract

Although mushrooms have long been valued for their culinary and medicinal qualities by many cultures, more recent scientific discoveries have revealed the amazing potential of mushrooms in the cosmetics industry. An overview of the newly emerging topic of mushroom cosmetics is given in this abstract, which also highlights the mushrooms' exceptional qualities, sustainability, and prospective advantages for skincare and attractiveness. Cosmetics made from mushrooms offer a fresh take on environmentally friendly and sustainable beauty products. Bioactive substances found in mushrooms, such as polysaccharides, beta-glucans, and antioxidants, have several positive effects on skin health. Because of their proven anti- inflammatory, hydrating, and anti-aging qualities, these natural substances are perfect for use in skincare products. Furthermore, mushrooms can improve the skin's natural brightness and shield it from external assaults. Mushrooms are used in cosmetics in response to consumer demand for natural and eco-friendly goods. Because they can be grown in regulated conditions, mushrooms have less of an environmental impact than traditional cosmetic materials. Additionally, they can be composted and biodegraded, which supports sustainable beauty practices. A number of mushroom species have become well-known in the cosmetics sector; shiitake, chaga, and reishi mushrooms are among the more well-known varieties. With their wide variety of advantages, these fungi are utilized in serums, creams, masks, and other skincare products, providing a comprehensive approach to skincare. Mushroom cosmetics represent a viable path for innovation as the beauty industry moves toward more environmentally friendly and naturally inspired products. In order to meet the increasing demand from consumers for natural, eco-friendly, and potent skincare products, this abstract introduces the idea of mushroom cosmetics and highlights their potential to transform the beauty business.

 Abstract

Abstract: Tuberculosis is a hypersensitive granulomatous infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis (M.TB).In India 40% people are affected by T.B. So need of knowledge about T.B. and the pathogenesis of T.B is more important to People or society. Pathophysiology means, when a human being is suffering from a disease this is Because of change in function on that organ or human body. Infection is caused by air- borne droplets Of organisms person to person. The main objective of this review is how to diagnose and how it is cure or treat the tuberculosis . It is Diagnosed by PPD, IGRA, Sputum studies, X-rays and Biopsies. Mostly antibiotics are preferred.
