The basic function of a library is to provide right information to right user at right time in a right manner. Library adopts various tools to accomplish this task. In the beginning, automated softwares were used to easen the job, later bar coding digitatization, open access learning sources were also used. The software technology is changing day by day, and newer tools like Internet of things, web 3.0, digitisation softwares are evolving. Now it's the time to make use of all these technologies and make our library smarter. This paper is about the various smart technologies that can be used in library for its functionality and development.

Voting is a vital event for any country and most importantly for a democratic country. Unfortunately the end results of such existing voting systems are being tampered by events such as election manipulation, voter fraud or vote rigging etc. It is the need of the hour to address such issues and voting system which is both secure and immutable, to achieve these properties, the concept of blockchain is incorporated into the existing voting system in-order to make it secure, free from tampering and also reduce the cost involved in voting. This is made possible by developing a web application which acts as an user interface so that the voter can cast their vote, ganache tool has been subsumed into the project to mimic a local block chain network and metamask wallet is made use of for authentication and validation purposes, this process enables hassle free election process along with an error free result

This research shows that using Bacillus Subtilis microorganisms to build a tough framework and put forward a concentrated effort mending concrete as a strategy for break control to improve administration existence in solid structures is successful. The Microbiologically Induced Calcite Precipitation (MICP) method is used in this article. A 24 ml liquid form of Bacillus Subtilis with a cell concentration of 105 cells/ml was used in a 1:1.3: 2.75:0.45 mixing proportion. The compressive and flexural strength of concrete mixes was tested using 150mm x 150mm x 150mm cubes for compressive strength and 150mm x 150mm x 70mm rectangular beams for flexural strength. The specimens used for recovery are purposefully broken. The research shows that there is a significant improvement in the consistency of bacteria-added cement or bacterial concrete as compared to traditional concrete, and that calcium carbonate precipitation is visible after 3-4 weeks in small scale splits.

The manual attendance record system is not efficient and requires more time to arrange record and to calculate the average attendance of each student. The traditional way for taking attendance has drawback. Government also circulates the notice to all institution for tracing of attendance through ERP attendance system. It will helpful to issue scholarship fund to eligible students. Now a days Various institutions have shifted themselves to a platform of online teaching environment. This is providing us with the privilege of studying at the comfort of our learning place like school, collages, institution, organization and home also. But at the same time, it poses many different challenges to the student as well as the teacher or instructor. Lot of problem were found in manual attendance system. Hence to overcome manual attendance system, now we follow the ERP based attendance system having various features like fingerprint scanner, biometric device making us of iris scanner, face recognition, hand geometry. The purpose of developing attendance management system is to computerized the tradition way of taking attendance. In this paper we are focusing the development and implementation of ERP based biometric attendance system at Sardal Patel University, Balaghat. The main objectives of proposed system are Auto calculation of attendance, and reduce paper work to achieve the aim i.e. capture real time data & Reduce attendance error scope. We installed & implement the ERP based system at entrance of institution to facilitate the entry & exit tracking of all students as well as employees. Privileges were defined and Privileges of user, admin and operator provided to respective persons to run this system. After implementation of this system yet did not found any error related to student attendance as well as teacher attendance. Such type of tracking system is required in all field to control the mobility and irregularity. It will help to maintain the discipline at institute / organization. In financial aspect it will helpful to preparing the salary of employee and screening the eligible not eligible student for examination.

The study was carried out to assess the ground water quality and its suitability for drinking purpose in most rural habitations of Champa tehsil of district Janjhir Champa, Chhatisgarh, India. For this purpose, 50 water samples collected from hand pumps, open wells and bore wells of villages of study area were analysed for different physico-chemical parameters such as pH, electrical conductivity, total alkalinity, total hardness, calcium hardness, magnesium hardness, chloride, nitrate, fluoride and total dissolved solids. pH value in the study area found from 7.0 to 8.1. EC ranges from 392-5152 ? mhos/cm and total alkalinity between 190 to 980 mg/L. Total hardness ranged from 60 to 2400 mg/L and calcium hardness from 20 to 1150 mg/L. Magnesium hardness varied from 40 to 1250 mg/L and chloride from 20 to 2000 mg/L. Values of nitrate concentration varied from 2 to 380 mg/L and fluoride from 0.3 to 9.6 mg/L while value of TDS ranges from 560 to 7360 mg/L. The study reveals that almost all parameters were exceeding the permissible limits. As per the desirable and maximum permissible limit for fluoride, nitrate, total dissolved solids and chloride in drinking water, determined by WHO BIS and ICMR standards, 44%, 14%, 24% and 42% of groundwater sources are unfit for drinking purposes respectively. Due to the higher fluoride level in drinking water several cases of dental and skeletal fluorosis have appeared in this region. After evaluating the data of this study it is concluded that drinking water of Champa tehsil is not potable and there is an instant need to take ameliorative steps in this region to prevent the population from adverse health effects.

This research article elucidates the organization, establishment, jurisdiction, powers and limitations of Lok Adalat and Permanent Lok Adalat in India. The Constitution of India provides for securing Justice - social, economic and political to each and every citizen of India. The mechanism of Lok Adalat being a cordial method of resolution, is most suited to the social and cultural fabric of India, as it can be arranged fast, in local languages, especially for the illiterates with the motto of "Access to Justice for all". It is one of the effective alternative to formal litigation providing satisfactory settlement of disputes aligning with the Indian legal systems. It was in prevalence in the Indian legal system since ancient times in the form of Panchayat system. The Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 provides for the constitutional recognition of Lok Adalats, in accordance with the Indian Constitutional proviso Article 39-A, which authorises to provide free and competent legal aid to the weaker and needy sections of the society, ensuring that the opportunities for securing justice are not denied to any individual on the grounds of discrimination. It also illuminates the organization of Lok Adalats to secure the operation of the legal system and promoting justice on the basis of equity. The Section 22-B of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 provides for the establishment of Permanent Lok Adalats. The amendment brought about by the parliament in 2002 conferred Permanent Lok Adalats with both conciliatory as well as adjudicatory functions for long-pending court matters along with special focus on resolving cases in relation with Public Utility Services.

This study examines the impact of height on three specific coordination skills in male badminton players: differentiation, reaction, and balance. Two height groups (5.3-5.7 feet and 5.8-6.2 feet) were created from sixteen participants from the Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, located in Gwalior. These talents were measured with a variety of tests, and variations in height groups were evaluated through statistical analysis. The results show that there are notable height-based differences in Balance and Differentiation Abilities, indicating that taller players perform better in these areas.
