 Abstract

Rural India faces significant challenges in electricity distribution, where some households generate surplus solar energy while others suffer from power shortages. This paper proposes a blockchain-powered peer-to-peer (P2P) energy trading system that enables rural households to trade surplus electricity directly with neighbors using smart contracts for secure, transparent, and automated transactions. IoT sensors monitor real-time energy data, while AI forecasts demand and optimizes trading schedules. The system promotes equitable energy distribution, increases renewable energy utilization, and empowers rural households economically. Simulated results suggest a 25% increase in energy utilization and a 20% boost in household income. This paper discusses the system's architecture, workflow, and feasibility and highlights its potential to revolutionize decentralized energy trading in rural India.

A call centres' overall success, staff happiness, and operational efficiency are all greatly impacted by the interior design. This abstract examines how important interior design is to establishing a productive workplace that meets the particular requirements of call center operations. By lowering physical strain and eliminating distractions, important design features like ergonomic furniture, acoustic solutions, and effective space layout increase productivity. Additionally, incorporating biophilic design, breakout areas, and appropriate lighting enhances both physical and mental health, which increases employee retention and happiness. While visually coordinated branding components motivate employees and promote business identity, strategic zoning guarantees efficient operations. Furthermore, adherence to safety rules guarantees a safe and convenient working environment for both staff and guests. Thoughtful interior design turns a call center into a vibrant and effective hub that eventually benefits both staff and clients by maximizing functionality, aesthetics, and employee engagement. This strategy emphasizes how crucial design is to coordinating work environments with corporate goals.

 Abstract

The present study aimed to assess the effectiveness of a structured teaching program on the knowledge and attitude of adolescent girls regarding adolescent gynecology. A preexperimental study was conducted among adolescent girls studying in selected colleges of Uka Tarsadia University (UTU), Bardoli and one-group pre-test and post-test design was used to evaluate the impact of the teaching intervention. Data were collected using a structured knowledge questionnaire and for attitude 5 point likert scale. The findings of the study revealed, a significant improvement in both the knowledge and attitudes of the participants following the structured teaching program, highlighting its effectiveness in enhancing awareness and fostering positive attitudes toward adolescent gynecological health. This study underscores the importance of educational interventions in promoting reproductive health among adolescents.

Abstract Personalization is not an unknown term in business and research worlds. Both are working to make personalization a part of business and applications. Customers feel more inclusive with the feature of personalization built in shopping websites or any other service. In this paper I have talked about personalization and its importance. Also, personalization and machine learning has been discussed along with personalization in healthcare. A framework on personalization in healthcare is discussed and a revised framework suggested. Finally, the work has been concluded with discussion on future work.

 Abstract

The packaging material is an essential element in maintaining the quality of the finished food product. The migration of chemical substances from packaging polymers into food represents a complex issue with significant implications for both food safety and public health. Chemical compounds present in packaging materials are intentionally or non-intentionally introduced into the food or beverage. Due to the extensive variety of materials utilized in production, packaging necessitates thorough safety evaluations to assess the migration of packaging-derived compounds. This interaction occurs through various processes. Some of the major migrating compounds includes microplastics, nano plastics, antioxidants, light stabilizers, adhesives and inks used for printing. Regulatory agencies implement guidelines to restrict migration, driving the development of barrier coatings and safer packaging alternatives. FSSAI provides a list of packaging materials for various food categories. The migration of packaging materials also poses a significant negative impact on human health. Numerous scientists have investigated this issue, and a select few of their studies are discussed in this review paper.
