This article explores the current trend of non-pharmacological hypertensive interventions through the most recent and pertinent research available. The electronic database such as PubMed and Google scholar systematically searched for relatable reviews, original papers. . Based on the most relevant literature, a sincere attempt has been made to explore various non-pharmacological interventions for hypertension. Hypertension is a major public health concern worldwide. Non-pharmacological interventions, including herbal remedies, offer a promising adjunct to lifestyle modifications. Ginger and parsley supplementation, individually and in combination, significantly reduced systolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients. These findings suggest that ginger and parsley may be useful adjuncts to lifestyle modifications for hypertension management .This systematic review and meta-analysis provide compelling evidence for the efficacy and safety of medicinal plants as a non-pharmacological intervention for hypertension management. The findings suggest that specific medicinal plants, such as ginger, parsley can significantly reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients.

Gandhi is revered as the "Father of the Nation" for his instrumental role in India's struggle for independence. Mahatma Gandhi's views on truth and non-violence are foundational to his philosophy and legacy. Gandhi believed in an absolute, eternal truth that transcends human limitations. He also acknowledged that human understanding of truth is relative and context-dependent. Gandhi advocated a lifelong pursuit of truth, encouraging individuals to question and refine their understanding. Gandhi believed that non-violence should be a guiding principle in all aspects of life. He advocated for non-cooperation with unjust systems, rather than resorting to violence. Gandhi used civil disobedience to challenge unjust laws and bring attention to social causes. He believed that individuals should be willing to suffer personally, rather than inflict harm on others. Gandhi believed that truth and non-violence are inseparable and mutually reinforcing. He advocated using non-violent means to pursue truth and justice. Gandhi believed that a commitment to truth is essential for practicing non-violence. Gandhi's philosophy of truth and non-violence has inspired movements for civil rights, freedom, and social justice worldwide.

Breast cancer is among the most prevalent cancers affecting women worldwide, accounting for a significant proportion of cancer-related morbidity and mortality. Conventional therapies, such as chemotherapy and radiation, have made strides in improving survival rates; however, their limitations including poor specificity, systemic toxicity, and the emergence of drug resistance highlight the need for alternative treatment modalities. Nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems (NDDS) have emerged as a groundbreaking approach, leveraging their nanoscale size, biocompatibility, and multifunctionality to enhance therapeutic targeting and reduce adverse effects. This article delves into the advancements, challenges, and future prospects of NDDS for the targeted treatment of breast cancer, examining diverse nanoparticle types, their surface modification techniques, and their potential in clinical settings.

The Aquatic Life Monitoring System Using DIY Dissolved Oxygen Sensor is a smart solution designed to monitor and maintain water quality for aquatic ecosystems. It uses sensors to measure dissolved oxygen, temperature, and pH levels, sending real-time data to the cloud via a WiFi-enabled ESP32 module. The system employs a random forest classification module for fault detection, triggers a motor to restore oxygen levels when necessary, and sends push notifications for critical alerts. This project ensures proactive water quality management, enhancing aquatic life sustainability.

Crime is the purpose commission of an act ordinarily suspected as socially inconvenient and particularly characterized, illegal, and culpable beneath criminal law. Creating a society that's less vulnerable to criminal acts makes wrongdoing expectation and design examination (CPPA) a foremost theme for scholastic investigation. With the advancement in innovation and quick extension of Manufactured Insights (AI), the inquiries within the field of CPPA have advanced drastically to foresee wrongdoing proficiently. Whereas the number of publications is growing considerably, we accept there's a shortage of exhaustive scientific metric examination for this point. This work extreme to analyse investigations conducted within the final decade utilizing Scopus information and a scient metric strategy, emphasizing quotation patterns and charming diaries, countries, teachers, their collaborations, authors, and co-authorship systems in CPPA investigations. Besides, three field plots have been arranged to imagine various affiliations between nation, diary, catchphrase, and creator. Other than that, a comprehensive catchphrase examination is carried out to imagine the CPPA investigation carried out with AI amalgamation. An add up to five clusters has been distinguished portraying a few AI strategies utilized by the analysts in CPPA and the advancement of inquiries about patterns over time from different points of view.

This study's thing was to learn further about indispensable drug and how it's used in the drug store sector. A volition. The expression" volition remedy" generally refers to any medical treatment that is not considered mainstream in Western medical practice." Medicine" is a term used to describe medical treatments that are employed in place of traditional curatives. The expression" indispensable drug" refers to medical interventions that are employed in place of conventional remedies. also, some call it" integrative" or" reciprocal" drug. Whereas reciprocal drug is used together with conventional drug, indispensable drug is used in place of conventional drug. Croakers say that indispensable drug remains scientifically unproven, and thus cannot be trusted. What these croakers do not say is that numerous of the everyday medical practices and treatments are also scientifically unproven, but that does not stop croakers from defining them. Some other delineations seek to specify indispensable drug in terms of its social and political marginality to mainstream healthcare. Indispensable medical systems may be based on customs from foreign cultures or on traditional medication practices, such as Ayurveda, a traditional Chinese medicine practiced in India.

Abstract: The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) which is also famous as 'Toy Tain' is one of the most important aspects of the lives and culture of the people of Darjeeling hills. Apart from tea, the DHR is another feature of the area which made it world famous. Constructed by the British for the purpose of transportation of tea, timber, coal and other essential goods to and from the area at first, it gradually became an indispensable part of the people of the area which greatly affected their socio economic and cultural lives. The small hill area which was chosen by the British as sanatorium for their sick soldiers and officers, after the construction of the DHR, now became a world-famous destination for the tourists around the world. The World Heritage site status given by the UNESCO on 5th December, 1999 only enhanced its reputation as the cultural heritage and emotional aspect the people of the area engaged with.
