Cognitive flexibility is a critical executive function that enables individuals to adapt their thinking to changing environmental demands.1 This study aimed to investigate the difference in cognitive flexibility between working (n=85) and non-working women (n=80). Using the Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI) and a purposive sampling method, data was collected and analyzed via an independent samples t-test. The results revealed a statistically significant difference (t = 4.58, p < .05), indicating that working women possess higher levels of cognitive flexibility than their non-working counterparts. The findings suggest that the multifaceted demands of professional life may serve as a catalyst for cognitive adaptability.

The increasing demand for software development skills has led to a proliferation of e-learning resources. However, many existing platforms lack interactive environments and gamified progression, leading to low completion rates. This paper introduces a comprehensive "Code Learning Platform" developed using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) and Tailwind CSS. The platform employs a task-based learning methodology where users must complete nine incremental coding challenges in a built-in command editor before unlocking a final project. Upon successful completion, the system awards achievement cards and points, impacting the user's rank on a global leader board. Furthermore, the platform integrates an AI-driven chatbot powered by the Gemini API to provide real- time technical assistance. Administrative features allow for the dynamic management of programming languages and user data, resulting in a scalable and engaging ecosystem for modern programming education. The proposed system focuses on the design and implementation of a task-oriented code learning platform that combines gamification features and AI-based assistance to enhance practical programming education.

Ethics, in the Indian civilizational imagination, has rarely been confined to formal treatises or philosophical abstractions; instead, it has travelled quietly through stories, memories, and lived encounters. This paper introduces the concept of "narrative dharma" to examine how Sudha Murty's fiction functions as a contemporary ethical knowledge system rooted in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). Through seemingly simple narratives, Murty transforms everyday life into a site of moral inquiry, where ethical understanding emerges not through instruction but through experience, empathy, and reflection. Focusing on selected works such as Wise and Otherwise, Gently Falls the Bakula, Dollar Bahu, and Grandma's Bag of Stories, the study explores how Murty's storytelling enacts a form of experiential ethics, a mode of learning that aligns closely with traditional Indian pedagogical practices such as kath?-parampar? and the guru-shishya ethos. Her narratives foreground ordinary characters confronting moral dilemmas shaped by family, gender, class, and social responsibility, thereby embedding ethical reasoning within culturally familiar contexts. The paper argues that Murty's fiction does not merely depict moral values but performs ethics, allowing readers to participate in ethical decision-making through narrative engagement. Methodologically, the study adopts an interdisciplinary framework combining narrative ethics, value education theory, and literary pedagogy. By reading Murty's fiction as ethical pedagogy rather than moral didacticism, the paper highlights how Indian values such as dharma, seva, sahajata, and lokasangraha are re-articulated for a contemporary readership. The paper also briefly situates Murty's narrative ethics within the educational vision of NEP-2020, which emphasizes holistic learning, ethical citizenship, and culturally rooted knowledge practices. By conceptualizing Sudha Murty's fiction as an ethical classroom without walls, this paper offers a fresh intervention into Indian English literary studies, demonstrating how narrative can function as a living archive of Indian Knowledge Systems and a powerful medium for value-based education in the present era.

Aviation safety is a critical concern due to the complex and high-risk nature of flight operations. Although aviation technology has advanced significantly, accident prevention systems are still largely reactive, relying on post-incident investigations. With the availability of large volumes of aviation and environmental data, artificial intelligence techniques can be utilized to predict potential risks before flight operations. This paper presents an AI-based flight accident risk prediction system using a One-Dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (1D-CNN). The proposed system analyzes multiple factors such as weather conditions, aircraft characteristics, flight duration, and pilot experience to estimate accident risk levels. Data preprocessing techniques including normalization and categorical encoding are applied to improve model performance. The trained CNN model effectively captures complex non-linear relationships among features and classifies flights into high-risk and low-risk categories with associated probability scores. The system is deployed through a Flask-based web application that allows real-time and manual risk prediction. Experimental results indicate that the proposed approach provides reliable predictive performance and supports proactive aviation safety management.

This paper aims to analyse the generational development of Indian English diasporic writers and also to position Vikram Seth as a notable postcolonial, postmodern diasporic author of the modern era. Chronologically speaking, the word "diaspora" traces back to the ancient Greek combining 'Dia' meaning "across" or "through," and 'speirein,' meaning "to scatter" or "to sow." Originally associated with agriculture and describing seed dispersal over large areas, the term later took on a deeper metaphorical meaning when it was used in the Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible, known as the Septuagint, to refer to the forced scattering of the Jewish people from their homelands. His literature proves that diasporic writing is neither homogeneous nor monolithic; it is heterogeneous.

Forensics and security at present often use low technological resources. Security measures often fail to update with the upcoming technology. This project is based on implementing an automatic face recognition of criminals or specific targets using machine-learning approach. Given a set of features to a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), the algorithm generates an image of the target with the specified feature set. The input to the machine can either be a given set of features or a set of portraits varying from frontals to side profiles from which these features can be extracted. The accuracy of the system is directly proportional to the number of epochs trained in the network. The generated output image can vary from primitive, low resolution images to high quality images where features are more recognizable. This is then compared with a predefined database of existing people. Thus, the target can immediately be recognized with the generation of an artificial image with the given biometric feature set, which will be again compared by a discriminator network to check the true identity of the target.

Abstract 21st century has given many challenges for the human race. The shortage of food, water for the ever growing population especially in the third world countries, depletion of natural resources disastrous pollution of water, soil, air and global warming etc is causing threat to our health, life and harmonious eco-system. People around the world have become more aware of green protection and creation. Business organization and corporation have started modifying their working in an attempt to increase green creation and protection. Banks have also fallen in line with the other industries and gave adopted technology in the services towards clients at branch level in administration at regional and head office level. Online banking, scope is being emphasized in a higher level. Awareness of green banking among employees, clients and management is key for its success, which help in organizational sustainability and development through environmental sustainability and development. This study also covers the recent developments are made by Indian banks for sustainable development and challenges faced by banks in implementation. There is need to create awareness, implement and follow green banking as much as possible in present scenario of Globalization so as to make our environment human friendly and enrich the sustainability

Training and development play a vital role in enhancing employee performance and organizational productivity. With rapid technological advancement, organizations are increasingly adopting online training methods alongside traditional classroom training to meet dynamic learning needs. This study aims to analyse and compare the impact of online training and classroom training on employee performance. The research evaluates employee satisfaction, engagement, learning effectiveness, and performance outcomes associated with both training modes. Primary data were collected using a structured questionnaire from employees across various organizations, and statistical tools such as One-Way ANOVA, One-Sample t-Test, and Chi-Square Test were used for analysis. The findings reveal that employees demonstrate significant satisfaction with training programs, and no significant difference exists in employee satisfaction across online, classroom, and hybrid training methods. The study concludes that training effectiveness depends more on content quality, instructional design, and relevance to job roles rather than the mode of delivery. A hybrid training approach is recommended to maximize employee performance and continuous learning.
