Flaxseed (Liour usitatissiou), derived from the dried seeds of the Linacea, family, is commonly referred to as linseed due to its high content of omega-3 fatty acids. These acids provide essential proteins and nutrients for hair follicles, enhance scalp circulation, and reduce follicle sensitivity that can lead to hair loss. Cultivated globally for both its fiber and seeds, the primary producers include Morocco, Argentina, Belgium, Hungary, the United States, and India. Additionally, flaxseed offers various health benefits, including aiding weight loss, cancer treatment, and improving digestive health. Methods:- Literature was gathered from PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, and a library. This review provides updated information on the botany, health benefits, photochemistry, and pharmacological properties of flaxseeds. Results:- The bioactive components found in flaxseeds demonstrate a diverse range of activities, including anticoagulant, anticancer, antihypertensive, antibveedinidenis antioxidant, and antiachxtbois effects. These seeds are increasingly categorized for their applications in pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetic products. Conclusion:- The existing literature supports the potential health benefits of flaxseeds from both nutritional and medicinal perspectives.[1]

The development of a cloud-based online bookstore system marks a pivotal advancement in the digital retail landscape, offering a dynamic and user-centric platform for purchasing books. This is a very user-centered and agile platform that can be used to purchase books. With this online web application, customers can search for their books by title, include it in their shopping cart, and go for either credit/debit card payment or cash on delivery. Registered users can easily log in with their account details, while a first-time customer will provide their name, contact number as well as shipping address to create an account. Books are classified into a wide range of subjects like Software, Literature, Architecture and Comics, which in turn aim to make it easier for users to find their preferred titles that they possess interest in. The platform leverages cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, efficient user traffic handling, and robust data storage, delivering a seamless browsing and purchasing experience. Core features include a secure payment gateway, a user-friendly interface, and personalized book recommendations, accompanied by an integrated e-reader. The system not only benefits customers but also empowers administrators and publishers. Administrators can add, delete, or update book details, manage categories, and confirm placed orders. For publishers, the system provides efficient inventory management, enabling real-time sales tracking and easy catalogue updates. Additionally, the use of cloud services reduces operational costs and simplifies maintenance, making the platform sustainable and cost-effective. This study explores the increasing preference for online mediums in book sales, analysing the advantages and limitations of digital platforms compared to traditional ones. Using flowchart analysis and commerce transaction fundamentals, it examines the processes occurring in each medium, concluding with insights into the factors driving the growth of online bookstores. Overall, the system showcases its potential to revolutionize the book retail industry through accessibility, efficiency, and innovation.

Mathematics plays a pivotal role in modern agriculture, offering tools and methodologies to optimize production, manage resources efficiently, and enhance decision-making processes. This paper explores the diverse applications of mathematics in agriculture, including precision farming, crop modeling, pest control, irrigation management, and economic planning. By integrating mathematical principles, farmers and researchers can address challenges such as food security, climate change, and sustainable resource use. Mathematics is often regarded as the "Queen of Science," as it directly or indirectly influences every phenomenon in the universe. Mathematics plays a crucial role in our everyday lives, fostering analytical and logical thinking. It is difficult to envision a world without mathematics, as almost all human activities are governed by its principles. In agriculture, the knowledge and application of mathematics hold significant importance.

The Glucose Monitoring and Alert System for Medical Application is designed to assist healthcare providers in monitoring glucose levels in intravenous (IV) drip systems. The system uses an ESP32 microcontroller, a load cell sensor, and an LED indicator to monitor the remaining glucose level in IV bottles. When the glucose level falls below a predefined threshold, the system activates the LED and sends a notification to a designated device via the Blynk App, enabling real- time remote monitoring .This solution aims to reduce human error and improve patient care by providing timely alerts when glucose levels are low, allowing medical staff to promptly replace the IV bottle. The integration of both hardware and software components creates an efficient, low-cost system that ensures continuous monitoring without manual intervention. The project demonstrates how IoT-based solutions can enhance healthcare by automating critical monitoring tasks, improving efficiency, and ensuring patient safety.

The term "Brahmavihara" refers to the four Buddhist virtues and the meditative practices associated with them. The term Brahmavih?ra literally means 'abiding in Brahma' or 'Sublime attitude' in both Pali and Sanskrit. The Brahmavihara are also known as the four appamanna, or "immeasurables," as the four sublime states. The four Brahmavih?ras consist of qualities that one cultivates through meditation to develop these virtues. The Metta Sutta, quotes Shakyamuni Buddha stating that the practice of the Brahmavih?ras can lead one to the realm of Brahmas (Pali: Brahmaloka). These virtues include three mental states are -1) loving-kindness or benevolence, 2) compassion, 3) sympathetic joy, and, 4) equanimity. These qualities form a powerful antidote to negative mental feelings and are essential for achieving Buddhahood or enlightenment. There are four types of brahmavihara. They are: Metta - Metta is countless and unconditional desire or good wish for the well-being and happiness of others. Karuna - This is the compassionate desire to relieve the suffering of others to relieve the suffering of others, where the Buddhist sees the suffering of others as their own. Mudita - It is a joy felt for the happiness of others, where the Buddhist experiences joy in the happiness of others, even if they played no role in creating that joy. Upekkha - Upekkha is a state of mental balance that remains calm and impartial, particularly during the fluctuations of life. Upekkha, or equanimity, is grounded in deep insight. Buddhism emphasizes the importance of an equitable society founded on wisdom and compassion. The Buddha's concept of Brahma Vihara is quite logical, and can be applied in our society through our inter-personal relationships, social attitudes, and empathetic approach towards others. Compassion is intertwined with loving-kindness among the four Brahmaviharas. They foster positive lifestyles and serve as remedies for negative emotions like hatred, jealousy, and attachment, guiding individuals towards inner peace and enlightenment. In Vedanta philosophy, the term Brahmavihara may not be frequently mentioned. These qualities are aligned with fundamental principles such as universal love, compassion, and detachment. It is only upon realizing the oneness of the universe that Vedanta highlights the recognition of the self, Atman, as being identical with the ultimate reality, Brahman. In this context, compassion, joy, and balance naturally emerge as expressions of a spiritually awakened life. Both traditions have given importance to these qualities as essential for transcending ego-driven concerns that can hinder both individual and collective well-being.

Introduction: In India, one in eleven persons suffers from mental illness. The alarming increase in the number of mentally ill patients warrants urgent attention not only on curative aspect but also on preventive aspect. The factors like increasing population rate, industrialization, socio cultural changes and modernization precipitate increased stress and strain in everyday life. This is turn contributes to an increasing rate of mental health problems. It has been estimated that 85% to 95% of patients with mood disorder will suffer multiple recurrences of major depression and mania resulting in Revolving door syndrome. This throws light on the fact that the health care personnel have to prepare the mentally ill patients to function effectively in the community.
