Artificial intelligence is transforming the landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), altering conventional methods and elevating the recruitment process for companies. The traditional hiring process can be extremely time-consuming, frequently taking weeks to go through every application. Because they have to go through a large number of resumes, recruiters may find this procedure intimidating. By quickly sorting through a huge number of applications, finding the best individuals, and offering succinct summaries of their qualifications, artificial intelligence (AI) helps to expedite this process. In addition to saving time, this enables recruiters to focus on enhancing the applicant experience and drawing in top talent. Because AI works around the clock, the hiring process is always ongoing and efficient, even when recruiters are not on duty. Additionally, AI can lessen bias by emphasizing relevant experiences and talents above individual prejudices, which, when applied properly, can lead to more equal employment decisions. In order to lessen unconscious prejudice during initial screening, AI systems employ objective data and predetermined criteria, as this paper examines. This method makes sure that applicants are judged on their qualifications and merits rather than on personal traits.

Public expenditure policy is crucial for promoting inclusive growth, impacting economic growth, reducing poverty and income distribution in both short and long-term terms. Social spending provides a minimum income level and increases access to public services. In the short run, public spending on cash transfers reduces income inequality and poverty. In the long run, these transfers can be growth-enhancing and improve distributional outcomes. Spending on education and healthcare services improves quality of life and social mobility, potentially leading to greater equality in social outcomes. Public expenditure also contributes towards economic growth and social development through multiple channels for example investments in agricultural and industrial infrastructure creates backward and forward links and leads to employment opportunities. This paper is to analysed the impact of public expenditure on agricultural productivity and economic growth of Himachal Pradesh. This study includes the impact of public expenditure on crop husbandry, soil and water conservation, animal husbandry, fisheries, forestry and wild life food storage and warehousing, co-operation and gross domestic product (GDP) as indicator of agricultural productivity. ADF Unit Root Test, Correlation and Regression techniques have been applied. Public expenditure on food storage and warehousing had a positive and significant impact on economic growth. This results in insufficient increases in sectoral production which makes it difficult to predict future values of gross state domestic product and economic growth of Himachal Pradesh due to poor resource allocation.

In the pharmaceutical sector, Quality by Design (QbD) is a revolutionary strategy that emphasizes a proactive, scientifically grounded approach to guaranteeing product quality. Designing quality into the product from the very beginning of development is the main goal of QbD, in contrast to traditional approaches that depend on end-product testing. With the support of important regulatory agencies like the FDA and the International Council for Harmonization (ICH), this methodical approach guarantees adherence to strict quality requirements. In order to start the QbD process, a Quality Target Product Profile (QTPP) that outlines the performance criteria and desirable product attributes must be created. Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) are the physical, chemical, biological, and microbiological characteristics that need to be managed to guarantee that the product fulfills the quality criteria that are intended. Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Material Attributes (CMAs), which affect the CQAs, are identified in order to accomplish this control. QbD enables the development of a strong control strategy by utilizing sophisticated statistical tools, risk management strategies, and a deep comprehension of the manufacturing process. By reducing variability and guaranteeing constant product quality, this approach improves production processes, lowers the chance of batch failures, and reduces recalls. There are several advantages to using QbD into pharmaceutical development, such as increased overall efficiency, better product quality, and improved regulatory compliance. It supports the industry's transition to more creative, patient-centered methods, guaranteeing that the end result is not only the best in terms of quality but also safe and effective. In conclusion, Quality by Design is a progressive, all-encompassing strategy that alters the development and production of pharmaceutical goods by placing an emphasis on quality across the entire process.

Delays in transportation infrastructure projects are a significant challenge in India, adversely affecting economic growth and development. This study aims to investigate the key factors contributing to project delays in the Indian context, including technical, financial, regulatory, and managerial issues. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from case studies of delayed projects and qualitative insights from interviews with industry experts, government officials, and contractors. Key findings indicate that delays are often caused by land acquisition disputes, environmental clearance bottlenecks, lack of coordination between stakeholders, inadequate project planning, and financial mismanagement. Additionally, external factors such as adverse weather conditions and unexpected geological challenges exacerbate delays. The study highlights the need for adopting integrated project management practices, streamlining regulatory processes, and leveraging advanced technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) to mitigate delays. By addressing these issues, India can enhance the efficiency of its transportation infrastructure projects and accelerate the country's economic progress.

Any diseases may be fatal to child only if there immunity level is low or compromised. For such purpose Ayurvedic preparations are only safer and side effect less need to build immunity naturally. Swarna Prashan is a safe ayurvedic combination that is beneficial for the normal growth and development of a child. Swarna Prashan is introducing Swarna alone or along with herbs in the liquid form as an oral immunization to children. Swarna Prashan is one of the kiyakrma included in the Jatakarma samskaras in Ayurveda. Swarna Prashan is initiated from infancy till Adolescence. To review the components of swarnaprashna, clinical trials, and evidence of benefits for children. Ayurveda has deep roots for the Current and old method of introduction of Swarnaprashna among children below 16 years of age group in India. Overall results of all studies showed improved growth and development after the introduction of Swarna Prashan within a year without any side effects and a happy childhood which shows not only health but also wellbeing by positive effects on physical, Psychological as well as mental and spiritual health .

This paper presents a novel application of transportation problems and network flow optimization to improve loan processing efficiency in the banking industry. We model the loan processing system as a network, where banks act as supply nodes, agencies as demand nodes, and loan processing paths as arcs. The transportation problem is formulated to minimize processing costs. Additionally, network flow optimization is applied to minimizing processing time. Our results demonstrate the effectiveness of these optimization techniques in enhancing the efficiency of loan processing networks. The proposed approach can be applied to various industries with complex processing networks, leading to improved productivity and competitiveness.
