As the business environment becomes increasingly competitive, organizations are compelled to maximize their capabilities. Ultimately, the success of these companies hinges on their human resources and effective business and marketing strategies, which are essential for gaining visibility in global markets. Consequently, network marketing has emerged as a widely adopted method to enhance the performance of both small and large logistics companies. Multi-level marketing is a strategy that encourages participants to promote a specific product within their social circles. The growing popularity of this approach can be attributed to the accessibility of modern social networks; however, it has existed in various forms long before the advent of the Internet, with the notorious pyramid scheme being a notable example of multi-level marketing that has been around for at least a century. The India Direct Selling Association (IDSA) has estimated that the network marketing industry will reach approximately Rs 9000 crores by the end of 2013. This paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of how network marketing serves as a marketing strategy and tool for the development of logistics companies in the new millennium. The objective is to explore the roots of localized practices within the context of rapidly evolving globalization, thereby facilitating a pathway toward broader global integration.

Abstract: Monkeypox (mpox) is a zoonotic disease belonging to the Orthopoxvirus genus, usually transmitted through physical contact, respiratory fluids, and contaminated objects. This disease has become a global focus of attention due to its increasing prevalence since 2022. It is difficult to completely eliminate. In the secondary stage, direct contact with the virus, respiratory diseases, and sometimes sexual intercourse through person-to-person transmission become the primary route. The main problems include poor protection, direct contact with infected people or equipment, and animal interactions such as hunting or feeding animals. Diagnosis is based on genetic, clinical, and immunologic factors, and treatment is limited to antiviral drugs such as Tecovirimat, cidofovir, and immunoglobulin.

Recent advancements in skin absorption mechanisms and transdermal drug delivery have significantly enhanced the effectiveness of therapeutic treatments. The integration of 3D printing technologies into this field has opened new possibilities for personalized, precise, and controlled drug administration. 3D printing allows for the fabrication of custom drug delivery systems, such as patches or microneedles, that can be tailored to individual patient needs. These systems can improve skin absorption by optimizing the design and delivery rate of active ingredients through the stratum corneum. Moreover, innovations in material science and the ability to print bioactive compounds directly onto skin-adhering substrates have accelerated the development of transdermal delivery devices that bypass the first-pass metabolism, ensuring higher bioavailability. This review explores the latest advancements in 3D printing for transdermal drug delivery, examining materials used, fabrication techniques, and their implications for enhanced skin absorption. Additionally, the challenges and future prospects of these technologies in clinical applications are discussed, highlighting the potential for 3D-printed systems to revolutionize the way drugs are delivered through the skin.

Abstract Political advertisements play a crucial role in shaping voter perceptions, preferences, and decisions in democratic elections. This study explores the impact of political advertisements on voter behavior, focusing on the interplay between emotional, rational, and psychological appeals across various media platforms, including print, television, and digital media. Drawing on theories such as agenda-setting and the elaboration likelihood model, this research investigates how the design and dissemination of political advertisements influence voters' attitudes and choices. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys, interviews, and content analysis to assess the effectiveness of political advertisements in different demographic and socio-economic segments. Preliminary findings suggest that emotional appeals, such as fear and hope, have a more significant impact on voter behavior than rational arguments. Additionally, digital platforms are emerging as a dominant medium, particularly among younger voters, due to their targeted and interactive nature. This paper contributes to the understanding of voter psychology in the context of political marketing and offers strategic insights for political campaigners to design impactful advertisements. It also highlights the ethical considerations and challenges posed by manipulative advertising practices, emphasizing the need for regulatory oversight.

Alopecia, a condition characterized by hair loss, affects millions of people worldwide and can have significant physical and emotional consequences. This paper explores various treatments for alopecia, focusing on both their effectiveness and the potential side effects associated with each. Current treatment options include topical solutions such as minoxidil, oral medications like finasteride, and corticosteroid injections, which aim to reduce hair loss or promote regrowth. While these treatments are widely used, they are not without risks, including scalp irritation, hormonal changes, and long-term dependency. The paper also discusses the side effects that can arise from these treatments. While traditional options like minoxidil may cause irritation or unwanted hair growth in other areas, newer treatments like Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitors carry risks of immune suppression. Personalized treatment approaches are crucial, as different individuals respond differently to each therapy, and side effects can vary significantly. The research highlights the need for continued exploration of safer and more effective therapies for alopecia. Although advancements in medical science offer hope for better treatments, managing side effects remains a critical aspect of improving patient outcomes. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of current and future treatments for alopecia, emphasizing the importance of balancing treatment effectiveness with the minimization of side effects. In addition to these established therapies, newer approaches like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and stem cell treatments are gaining attention for their potential to offer more effective solutions. PRP involves using the patient's own blood to stimulate hair growth, while JAK inhibitors target autoimmune pathways responsible for certain types of alopecia. Stem cell therapies are being explored for their regenerative properties, with the potential to repair damaged hair follicles. However, these emerging treatments are still in development stages and require further clinical trials to fully understand their effectiveness and safety.
