 Abstract

The Indian handloom industry is the oldest industry and highly labor-intensive, which plays a crucial role in the rural economy. Generally, weaving is a family activity with each member contributing in varying degrees to the process involved in producing cloth. Handloom weaving is a hereditary occupation, and the weaving cannot be done by a single man; it requires collective work. The entire work, from the pre-weaving process to the weaving of the cloth, is shared by different members of the family, including women and children. The involvement of men, women, and children varied from process to process, but the final act of weaving is carried out mostly by the men in bulk. There is no formal training for the weavers. Andhra Pradesh has much economic importance, and the fabrics are being exported to various countries, but the primary handloom cooperative societies in Andhra Pradesh are facing acute management problems. A majority of them are struggling hard to survive. Competition of mill or power loom products, unfavorable climatic conditions, lack of finance, and other management problems have also enhanced the problems of cooperative societies. Hence an attempt is made by me to analyze the production problems of primary handloom cooperative societies in Andhra Pradesh.

 Abstract

Nutraceutical can be define as a food or part of food or nutrient which in addition to its nutraceutical value provide health benefits including promotion of health and prevention of disease. Nutraceuticals are nutritional substances derived from food that support human health. Nutraceuticals are a powerful tool in the fight against modern health epidemics. The potential of nutraceutical in the treatment and prevention of various disease including cancer, metabolic disorder, diabetes and asthma to improving human health. "Dr. Stephen L. De Felice introduced the terms 'nutraceuticals' in 1989, blending nutrient and pharmaceutical to create the a concept that merges the benefit nutrition and pharmaceuticals". The global nutraceutical market is forecast to reach USD 404.8 billion by 2025, driven by growing popularity of dietary supplement and herbal product. Nutraceuticals are bioactive food substance or their constituents that provide therapeutic or health promoting effects, encompassing the prevention and management of disease and are integral in mitigating widespread health concerns. " food as medicine".

 Abstract

The permeability and solubility of drugs plays crucial role in determining their bioavailability which affects patient's compliance and therapeutic outcomes. Drugs with low solubility and low permeability faced many challenges in reaching to their desired site of action. To overcome this problems various new techniques have been developed to enhance solubility and permeability of drugs. The approaches to improved solubility are polymeric micelles, nano-emulsion, dendrimers, liposomes, carbon nanotubes, nano-gels etc. while approaches to improved permeability are chemical modification, spray freeze drying, lipid technologies, self-emulsifying drug delivery system etc. often involve modifying drugs molecular structure. This review explores techniques to improve solubility and permeability with their mechanism of action and pharmaceutical application.

 Abstract

The legal framework governing surrogacy in India has undergone significant transformation in recent years, with a primary focus on regulating the practice to ensure ethical standards and protect the rights of all parties involved. Surrogacy in India was once a thriving industry, attracting international attention due to its relatively low costs and the country's lenient laws. However, concerns over exploitation, particularly of women from marginalized communities, and the ethical and legal complexities of international surrogacy prompted the Indian government to intervene. In 2020, the Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill was introduced, which aims to regulate surrogacy arrangements, both domestic and international, and establish a legal framework that promotes ethical practices. The Bill distinguishes between altruistic surrogacy (non-commercial) and commercial surrogacy, explicitly banning the latter, citing concerns over the potential exploitation of women as surrogate mothers. Key provisions under the Bill include strict guidelines on eligibility for both intended parents and surrogates, the establishment of a National Surrogacy Board, and the creation of regulations for ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) clinics. The legislation mandates that only Indian citizens can avail of surrogacy services, and the intended parents must be legally married. Additionally, the surrogate mother must meet specific health and age requirements, and the arrangement must be altruistic, with no financial compensation other than medical expenses and insurance coverage. Despite its intention to safeguard the rights of all stakeholders, the regulation of surrogacy raises concerns about its practical implementation, including the challenge of preventing illegal or unregulated surrogacy practices. This paper examines the legal aspects of surrogacy in India, analyzing the Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill of 2020, its implications, and the ethical dilemmas it seeks to address, with a focus on the protection of surrogate mothers, children, and intended parents.

 Abstract

This research paper aims to analyse the environmental impacts of highway construction in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh (U.P.), a district that plays a significant role in India's transportation infrastructure. With the increasing demand for better connectivity (Ram Van Gaman Marg) and infrastructure development in the region, highway construction has become a vital part of the government's economic and development plans. However, the associated environmental impacts of these projects need to be understood in detail to ensure that proper mitigation measures are implemented. The research focuses on the direct and indirect environmental consequences, including deforestation, water resource depletion, air and noise pollution, soil erosion, and disruption of local biodiversity.

 Abstract

This paper examines the Prati?tyasamutpa?da (Dependent Origination) and the theory of Karma, in details, clarifying how they connect two or more things or interdependent and what their philosophical implications are for the human experience. In this doctorial exposition, the Buddhist Scriptures are very critically interacted along with and philosophical treatises so as to discover the learned depths to which these doctrines plunge in relaying their importance to the understanding of one's reality, one's humanity, and the road leading to liberation. Prati?tyasamutpa?da or the dependent origination is the very foundation of Buddhist thought: that all phenomena arise in dependence upon other factors or elements, thus, indicating impermanence and the interrelatedness of all things, Karma, the law of cause and effect, focusing on the ethical and moral dimensions of existence, where actions, whether physical, verbal, or mental, have consequences shaping future experiences. This paper, therefore, intends to put forth a comprehensive understanding of the Prati?tyasamutpa?da Law and the theory of Karma, by critically evaluating the interpretations and applications of these concepts across a number of Buddhist traditions to show their relevance in contemporary practice of Buddhism. Keywords: Prati?tyasamutpa?da (Dependent Origination), Buddhist philosophy, Twelve Link, Nature of Karma, Importance of Karma, Strengths of Karma, Rebirth, Suffering, Liberation, Interconnectedness, Impermanence, Ethics, Morality.

 Abstract

Federated Learning (FL) is a novel machine learning approach enabling decentralized model training while safeguarding data privacy. Unlike traditional centralized methods, FL mitigates privacy risks by retaining data on local devices, addressing challenges such as data security, regulatory compliance, and data heterogeneity. This study highlights FL's principles, privacy-enhancing techniques, and applications across sectors, emphasizing its alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Case studies and data visualization tools like Orange illustrate the opportunities and challenges in developing privacy-preserving FL systems.

 Abstract

The Deepfake Detection System is an innovative solution aimed at combating the growing issue of synthetic media, commonly referred to as deepfakes. With the increasing sophistication of technologies such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), deepfakes have become a significant threat to digital integrity, often leading to misinformation, fraud, and privacy violations. This project leverages state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to build an automated system capable of detecting deepfake images with high accuracy. The system utilizes a deep learning model, specifically built using T5 extensions, to classify images as either "Real" or "Fake." The model is trained on a large, diverse dataset of authentic and manipulated images, enabling it to learn subtle patterns and inconsistencies that are typically present in deepfake content. This model, once trained, is deployed in a user-friendly web application powered by Flask. Through this interface, users can upload images and receive real-time predictions about their authenticity.
