Cochlospermum religiosum is an important medicinal plant which needs to be conserved through in vitro propagation. Indirect shoot regeneration through callus is encouraged to conserve the plant material. Callus induction in Cochlospermum religiosum was achieved from shoot tip explants on Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium fortified with different concentrations of growth regulators. The callus was sub cultured for multiple shoot induction. The shoot tip derived callus is proved to be best in indirect shoot regeneration. Callus induction was necessary for the organogenesis and propagation of plants, which have been genetically transformed.

The origin of the folk dance is believed to be evolved when people started to communicate their emotions among themselves. The folk dance can be enjoyed by all kinds of people because the movement of the step and lyrics of the songs are so simple and easy to learn. In India, we have festivals and celebrations virtually every day. This has added to the richness of Indian culture. Every festival is accompanied by celebration; folk dance is an integral part of it. The folk dance has a rural origin this is a common fact in this the folk dance is performed by very ordinary people. The villages gather on special occasions to sing and dance accompanied by a variety of folk instruments. Gujarat is known as the Land of festivals. This state has been with a rich tradition of performing arts. Most of the art traditions in Gujarat have their origin in the living times of Lord Krishna Saurashtra a Peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Kutch on the Northern side. There is mentioning of Saurashtra in Ithihas and Puranas. King Thirumalai Naicker who was ruling Madurai brought a large number of Saurashtrians to wave silk clothes. This paper talks about the analytical study of Konangi a dance drama by the Saurashtrian people of Salem. The information furnished in this article and the further research is done based on the interview with the Konangi artist Shri.Paneerselvam during the dance performance done by their troops on the occasion of 'Ramanavami'.

We investigate the application of visual boards in this paper. An essential tool for navigating the design process are visual boards. Mood boards and style boards are the two most popular types of visual boards; these are extensively discussed in the literature [3]. Concept boards, however, are unique to industrial design practice. These boards have gotten comparatively less attention in the literature, despite being widely employed in practice where they operate as key instruments for creating and sharing concept ideas. Despite the fact that the theory acknowledges the existence of concept boards, little is known about their creation, use, and content. Through case studies at two industrial design consultancies, we examine thirty-three distinct design student visual boards and examine the comments they receive from experienced senior designers. According to the analysis, concept boards are the most popular and essential kind of boards, but fewer people are aware of them than style and mood boards [2]. Three essential components and factors are identified by closely examining the industrial design process of developing and getting feedback on concept boards. We offer essential factors to keep in mind when making practical concept boards. We think they could be useful for industrial design students and instructors who need to learn how to create concept boards.

The rapid evolution of technology and industry demands necessitates continuous skill development among employees. Organizations are increasingly investing in upskilling programs to maintain a competitive edge, enhance employee performance, and ensure adaptability to change. Upskilling initiatives are often associated with significant costs, including program design, implementation, and opportunity costs, yet their benefits in terms of productivity, innovation, and employee satisfaction are substantial. This paper explores the cost-benefit analysis of such initiatives, focusing on the Return on Investment (ROI) for organizations. By analyzing empirical data and case studies, the study highlights how strategic upskilling enhances productivity, reduces turnover, and fosters innovation. It examines the factors influencing the success of these programs, such as alignment with organizational goals, employee engagement, and the use of advanced technologies like e-learning platforms. Furthermore, the paper emphasizes the importance of tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness comprehensively. Insights from this study are invaluable for HR professionals and financial planners aiming to maximize returns from training initiatives. By presenting a robust framework for evaluating upskilling ROI, this research contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable workforce development. Ultimately, the findings underscore the need for organizations to view upskilling not as an expense but as a strategic investment in long-term growth and resilience.

Mid-day-meal scheme has been initiated by the government but its effectiveness depends in many ways on the involvement of community at large. School meals needed to boost to the advancement of elementary education, child nutrition, and social right. However, these achievements depend a great deal on the quality aspects of mid-day meals and therefore these issues need urgent attention if midday meal programme are to realize their full potential. In view of above, it is imperative to assess the constraints faced in implementation of the scheme and suggest remedial measure to overcome such constraints. For this investigation, samples were gathered using the cluster random sampling approach. In the Auraiya district (Uttar Pradeh), schools from Bidhuna Tehsil and Ajeetmal Community Development Block were chosen at random. Lack of clarity of objetives, inappropriate scientific and precise assessment of the impact of the scheme, huge gap between nutritional knowledge and normal health among teachers, students and parents were some of the constraints faced towards implementation of Mid-day meal scheme. With adequate resources and quality safeguards, mid-day meals can play a major role in improving school attendance, eliminating classroom hunger and fostering social equity. Qualitative improvements are urgently required to fill the gaps in a time bound manner if mid-day meals are to achieve their full potential. The benefits are intangible but beyond the preview of any measurement scale.

In accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 (2022), the contents of medical records must be kept confidential by all parties involved in health services even if the patient has died. All medical records unit officers are fully responsible for the completeness and provision of files that are needed by the hospital at any time. Officers must be able to ensure that these files are stored and organized properly and protected from the possibility of file theft or leakage of the contents of medical records. The aim of this research is to determine the security and confidentiality aspects of medical record documents in hospitals based on journal review literature. This research method uses a literature review or literature study design. This data search uses databases published on the internet via open access channels such as Google Scholar. The keywords used are "aspects of security and confidentiality of medical records", "hospital". The selected articles are articles that meet the inclusion criteria: maximum journal publication deadline of 5 years (2020-2024), while the exclusion criteria used are different research objectives, journals only display abstracts or not full text, journals cannot be downloaded, titles and the same author but different sources. After searching for scientific articles via the Google Scholar channel, 7 articles were found that met the inclusion criteria from a review of 2,550 research articles. Continue data processing by carrying out data extraction and data synthesis. The results of the research include that medical record security from a physical perspective, generally medical record documents use quality paper that does not tear easily, and good ink. The lighting conditions in the filing room are not fully in accordance with theory, generally there is an APAR but it is placed outside the medical records room. In terms of biological aspects: generally there is insect medicine used to prevent files from insect attacks, there is spraying every month to protect medical records from insect attacks. From the chemical aspect: generally there are still officers who bring food or drink near medical records, carry out activities such as eating and drinking in the filing room, and the prohibition on bringing food in the medical record unit storage room has not been implemented. From the aspect of confidentiality of medical records, efforts have generally been made to maintain the confidentiality of the contents of medical record documents, for example, there is a warning at the front entrance "Entry is prohibited for other than medical records officers, but this has not been implemented properly.

Transistored amplifier can handle more power than audio IC and its sound quality is far better than IC. This paper is about designing class AB amplifier with very little distortion and good thermal stability and flat frequency response. This paper is useful for hobbyist, students, technical beginners, sound engineers etc. A Careful designing is needed to avoid cross over distortion and heating of output transistors. This paper also mentioned some techniques of reduction of noise, slew induced distortion, modification of band width. This paper not only describes circuit design and construction of 100 watt class AB power amplifier but also frequency response curves and CRO results. In this circuit I have used TIP 31C and 32C medium power transistor so one can expended output power by increasing supply voltage and adding more power transistors in output stage.
