The function of human resources is an important source of competitive advantage in the current era of economic development. It ensures managerial efficiency and organizational performance by having qualified and motivated employees, and maintains a competitive advantage by supporting the development of competences. The subject of the paper has been thoroughly researched and we hope that this work will improve the knowledge and use of HRM methods in creating and sustaining organizational success, especially in the Indian environment. HR managers who have this expertise and understanding will be able to create programs that improve operational results and give them a competitive advantage. Sharing of data and experience forms a significant part of the research conducted in India. The results of the study indicate a meaningful, substantial and beneficial relationship between human resource management practices. HR system effectiveness, employee commitment, and employee performance are ways in which HRM and human resource management practices affect a firm's organizational performance outcomes. Human resource management methods also influence an organization's market orientation, organizational culture, and strategic goals, which are ultimately linked to organizational performance. There is undoubtedly much to be discovered in this area of study, and ideally subsequent empirical research will yield a more accurate and insightful assessment of the theoretical framework established here.

As of 2021, India produced 118.2 million tonnes of crude steel, making it the second-largest producer in the world behind China. The steel sector is growing, and thanks to government measures, its expansion is highly beneficial to the economic development of the country. The role that labor and management play at Tata Steel Jamshedpur in fostering industrial harmony is the subject of this paper's empirical analysis of workers' participation in management. An key turning point in the evolution of contemporary management theory in India was the introduction of worker participation in management, which places a tighter relationship between employees and management at the heart of industrial democracy. After successfully putting this idea into practice, Tata Steel has enjoyed cordial labor relations for more than a century.

The legislature in India serves as the fundamental institution of democracy, essential for representing the populace, enacting legislation, and ensuring accountability of the executive branch. Recently, there have been growing concerns regarding the deterioration of the legislature's effectiveness. This decline is evident through decreased legislative output, a reduction in meaningful debates, an increasing concentration of power within the executive, and a weakening of institutional independence. This research article investigates the various aspects of this decline, analyzing historical patterns, statistical data, and current challenges. Additionally, it considers the repercussions for democracy and governance in India and proposes strategies to revitalize the legislature's function.

Leaf galls are fascinating plant-insect interactions resulting in abnormal outgrowths on plant tissues. This review focuses on the biochemical and molecular evaluation of Ficus racemosa Linn leaf galls induced by the insect Pauropsylla depressa. The study aims to understand the changes in biochemical compounds and gene expression during different stages of gall development. By compiling similar studies, this review highlights the significance of such research in understanding plant defense mechanisms and the potential applications in agriculture and pharmacology.

Society is such a strong word which could make and break a life and the norms that they laid upon on the people to follow is incredible, not everyone obeys these norms but not everyone denies it too, still there are some people living for the sake of this society and not for them. That is what literally brought here by Shenoy, she brings out Veda, a 20-yr old girl who was forced to be in an uninterested marriage life to get a good name among the society and she does it without any word against though she had a dream career to be achieved. And in that unhappy marriage she had realized how hard it is for her to cope up in an alien environment, and later when she got an opportunity to find her true identity, she just went through it and found her ways. She became more independent and stronger than ever.
