In this study, we investigated the job satisfaction of 451 teachers in Chinese medical colleges. The characteristics of the profession of medical college teachers in China are very special. A large number of them are part-time teachers. In addition to teaching in medical colleges as teachers, they also work as doctors in hospitals affiliated to medical colleges. The dual integration of "teaching and medical treatment" is the current situation of medical college teachers in China, and it is also one of the characteristics that medical college teachers are different from other college teachers. How to improve the sense of happiness of medical college teachers, improve the job satisfaction of employees, and reduce job burnout has become the primary problem to be solved at this stage. The results of the questionnaire survey on the teachers of Chinese medical colleges and universities show that: 1. Their overall job satisfaction is average, only in the interpersonal dimension. 2. Women's job satisfaction is lower than that of men. 3. Young people with little work experience and low professional title have lower job satisfaction. 4. The job satisfaction of master degree is the highest, while that of doctor degree is the lowest. 5. Marriage does not affect satisfaction. 6. The satisfaction of part-time teachers is lower than that of full-time teachers. The results of this study can help school administrators to better understand the status quo of teachers' satisfaction in medical colleges in China, explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction, and provide a theoretical basis for the rational development of human resources in medical colleges and provide a way to solve practical problems.

Assembly lines are production flow-lines made up of purely assembly operations, which are of great importance in the industrial production of high quality, standardize commodities. Recently assembly lines even gained importance in low volume production of customize product. Due to high capital requirement when installing or redesigning a line its configuration planning is of great relevance for practitioners, hence this attract attention of plenty researchers who tried to support real world configuration planning. By suited optimization model, (assembly line balancing problem) .Inspite of the enormous academic effort in assembly line balancing it has been observed that there remains a considerable gap between the requirement of the real configuration problem and the status of the research. The paper provides a classification scheme of assembly line balancing and the various optimization techniques, which are used for solving the problem of ALB. Assembly line have been conventionally classified into two types i.e. type I focuses on minimizing the number of work stations for a given cycle time and type II minimizing the cycle time for a fixed number of work stations.

Real estate project analysis has numerous challenges. Since each type of real estate has unique characteristics, an assessment must be carefully adapted to each case. The choices that management has are actually one of a project's most valuable assets. The aim of this research is to incorporate flexibility into financial feasibility analysis using ROA by first critically assessing the various financial feasibility analysis approaches and identifying inherent flaws in traditional DCF analysis, one that only produces a static single point estimate. Subsequently, analyses using more dynamic methods that try to fill in the gaps in DCF approach provide rationale for selecting Real options. Through ROA, the flexibility can be given an objective value, which clarifies why such options should be pursued. The binomial tree is used to do the analysis. The results lend credence to the idea that utilising more dynamic analysis techniques that take into account the uncertainty of sales price and construction expenses in the real estate sector results in more precise forecasts of future profitability.

This study has been undertaken to evaluate the effect of nurse led interventions on pain and ESR of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.Rheumatoid arthritis is the most common inflammatory arthritis which affect the small joints of the body. The symmetric joints are affected usually. The main features are joint pain and stiffness, later may progress to joint anomalies if not treated properly. Methods: Quasi-experimental non-equivalent time series design was used in the study. The sample consisted of 106 patients who are diagnosed as Rheumatoid Arthritis recruited by purposive sampling technique. Results: There was statistically significant difference in the mean pre-test and posttests scores of pain among patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the intervention group (p < 0.001), but there was no significant change in the ESR values(P>0.05) Conclusions: Study concludes that the nurse led interventions were effective in reducing the pain of patients with Rheumatoid arthritis

This case study is of an apparel manufacturing unit located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The manufacturing cum export unit has been running several initiatives to move from a judgement-driven to a data-driven organization, to transform digitally and to become more competitive. The organization wanted to deploy their limited resources in the best possible manner by focusing on solving their most critical challenges. The management and employees were asked to rank five inhibitors based on their assessment of the impact of those inhibitors. Kruskal-Wallis test revealed that not all inhibitors are equally important. Results can be used by the management of the manufacturing unit to prioritize managing key inhibitors of data analytics to reduce judgement-based decisions.

Methodology: A systematic review was conducted following centers for Goggle scholar, PUBMED and science direct database using the keywords Overweight, obesity, depression, symptoms of depression. The time frame of the search was from 2000 to 2020. Result: The literature search resulted in 100 articles. 70 articles were selected after duplicate removal 50 articles were selected as per eligibility criteria. 25 articles were excluded due to reasons and 25 articles were selected for the systematic review.
