Management of uncooperative paediatric dental patients poses significant challenges, particularly among those with special healthcare needs. This case series presents three pediatric cases managed using different pharmacological behavior management techniques: intranasal conscious sedation with dexmedetomidine, intranasal midazolam, and general anaesthesia. The intranasal route offered effective sedation with rapid onset, minimal invasiveness, and predictable recovery profiles, enabling successful completion of endodontic procedures. General anaesthesia facilitated full-mouth rehabilitation in a partially blind six-year-old child, ensuring comprehensive care in a single visit. Each approach was selected based on the child's behavioral profile, treatment needs, and medical status. All cases were completed uneventfully with satisfactory outcomes and smooth postoperative recovery. These cases highlight the significance of individualized sedation strategies, interdisciplinary collaboration, and preventive education for parents in achieving safe, efficient, and compassionate pediatric dental care

The project titled Heath Recorder is a web-based and mobile-compatible platform developed to solve the modern-day problem of finding jobs within one's local area. It acts as a bridge between job seekers and nearby employers by using geolocation technology to match jobs within a configurable radius. The platform caters especially to the unorganized and blue-collar workforce who are often under-served by traditional job portals. The system was developed using technologies like PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Google Maps API. It features modules for user registration, job posting, job browsing, application tracking, and security layers for data protection. This report details the system's design methodology, development process, technology stack, testing strategy, and real-world application. The Heath Recorder platform aims not only to connect people with opportunities but also to contribute toward the growth of local economies by reducing commuting costs and supporting neighborhood hiring.

The present study aimed to examine the level of self-confidence among male and female students in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. A sample of 200 students (100 males and 100 females) was selected using random sampling techniques. All participants belonged to similar socio-economic backgrounds. The Self-Confidence Inventory developed by Dr. Rekha Gupta was used to measure self-confidence levels. The obtained mean scores were 27.50 (SD = 12.25) for male students and 21.25 (SD = 8.50) for female students. The computed t-value was 4.08, which was found to be significant at the 0.01 level, indicating a significant difference between male and female students in their self-confidence levels. The results suggest that male students possess higher self-confidence than female students.

Alagirisamy's Manasum Kallum and the Portrayal of Myth" tries to explore the mythological elements with the modern social realities. India is one of the hazard prone countries in South Asia. Floods, droughts, landslides, snowstorms, hurricanes and cyclones occur regularly. Among these earthquakes, floods and drought risk are extremely high. These hazards threaten millions of lives and cause large scale financial, infrastructure, agriculture and productivity losses that seriously hinder India's overall development. In India, as in the United States, the primary responsibility for responding to disaster lies at the state and the central level. The Government of India have a national emergency plan for disaster management, some of the state also has a disaster management plan. It can be, and is called upon to assist when necessary, but there is a lack of awareness in the public. Many Indian States have limited resources and lack their own disaster management plans. Considering these problems, this paper attempts to throw light on a more integrated and responsive disaster management system in India.

Mental health has become a growing global concern, with increasing cases of stress, depression, anxiety, and emotional instability among various age groups, especially students and working individuals. Traditional psychological assessment methods rely heavily on face-to-face counselling, which may not always be accessible, affordable, or stigma-free. To address this, Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides a promising approach to predict mental health conditions using behavioural, social, and physiological data patterns. The proposed review focuses on AI-based mental health prediction systems that utilize machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Neural Networks to analyze user responses, lifestyle patterns, and sentiment from text or speech. This system aims to identify early warning signs and categorize individuals into mental risk levels such as mild, moderate, or severe. By enabling early detection, such AI-based tools can support timely medical attention, personalized recommendations, and self-care strategies. The review highlights key research advancements, challenges, dataset availability, and method accuracy. It also discusses future opportunities for integrating AI with wearable devices, real-time monitoring, and telehealth counselling support.

The accelerating shift towards digital platforms for commerce and education has exposed significant limitations in user experience and engagement. Within e-commerce, the inability of customers to physically interact with products fosters purchase uncertainty, leading to consumer dissatisfaction and elevated rates of product returns. Concurrently, in the domain of online education, learners often struggle with engagement and the visualization of abstract concepts, which compromises the efficacy of knowledge retention. Augmented Reality (AR) presents a compelling solution to these challenges by delivering immersive and interactive experiences in real time. However, the widespread adoption of AR has been historically impeded by the requirement for users to download standalone mobile applications or utilize specialized hardware, creating substantial barriers to accessibility and scalability. This paper introduces the design and implementation of a Web AR Virtual Try-On & Learning Platform, a unified system that leverages browser-native AR technologies to deliver these immersive experiences directly, obviating the need for any installations. The platform is composed of two primary modules: a Virtual Try-On (VTO) system for e-commerce and an Interactive Learning environment for education. The VTO module empowers users to preview products like accessories or furniture in their physical space, cultivating a more tangible and confident shopping experience. The learning module integrates interactive 3D models and simulations, enabling students to visualize and manipulate complex subjects, thereby enhancing engagement and improving learning outcomes. By building upon the WebXR Device API and the Three.js library, this project demonstrates a viable, accessible, and cross-platform architecture for the seamless delivery of augmented reality through the web.

In the modern era, NGOs play a vital role in social welfare by collecting donations and supporting underprivileged communities. However, existing donation systems often face challenges such as lack of transparency, difficulty in tracking donations, and inefficient management of resources like food, clothes, and books. To address these issues, NGOCONNECT has been developed as a comprehensive web-based platform that integrates real-time monetary donations, item donations, event booking, and delivery tracking into a single system. The platform uses ReactJS for a responsive frontend, Node.js/JSP-Servlets for business logic, and MySQL for secure data management. Payment processing is handled via Razorpay API, receipt generation is implemented using jsPDF, and location-based NGO tracking uses Google Maps API. By overcoming limitations of conventional systems, NGOCONNECT establishes an efficient, reliable, and user-friendly environment for managing donations and social events.
