Recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS) and traumatic oral ulcers are painful lesions that significantly impair oral function and quality of life, arising from multifactorial causes including immune dysregulation, microbial imbalance, trauma, and nutritional or systemic factors. Herbal agents such as papaya (Carica papaya), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Aloe vera, honey, and clove (Syzygium aromaticum) exhibit anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant, and wound-healing properties, supporting mucosal repair and reducing recurrence. Incorporation of these herbal agents into mucoadhesive systems, including gels, oral disintegrating strips, and lozenges, enables localized, sustained therapy with improved patient compliance, safety, and efficacy. Compared to conventional corticosteroid- or amlexanox-based treatments, herbal formulations offer a biocompatible, patient-friendly, and holistic approach. Future studies should focus on optimizing formulation strategies, standardizing phytochemical profiles, and conducting clinical validation to bridge traditional knowledge with modern pharmaceutical science, advancing effective and sustainable oral ulcer management.

Modern lifestyle changes and increased work-related stress among women have led to a rise in gynecological disorders, including hemorrhagic ovarian cyst (HOC). A hemorrhagic cyst is a type of functional cyst, commonly referred to as a corpus luteal cyst. These cysts are formed due to bleeding into the corpus luteum and typically resolve spontaneously; however, symptomatic cases may require medical or surgical intervention. This case report presents a 28-year-old female diagnosed with a right-sided hemorrhagic ovarian cyst measuring 36 x 22 x 33 mm (volume 14 cc). The patient presented with lower abdominal pain, abdominal bloating, dysmenorrhea, and burning micturition. She was treated with Ayurvedic formulations including Kanchanara Guggulu, Raktapachak Vati, Varunadi Kashaya, Avipattikar churna vati and Chandraprabha Vati over a period of three months. Follow-up ultrasonography revealed complete resolution of the cyst, along with significant relief from symptoms. This case highlights the potential efficacy of Ayurvedic treatment in the non-surgical management of hemorrhagic ovarian cysts and suggests the need for further research in this area.

Pre-workout supplements are widely consumed by fitness enthusiasts and athletes to enhance stamina, energy, and focus during exercise. However, the conventional oral route often results in delayed absorption, gastrointestinal discomfort, and erratic plasma concentrations. The development of a transdermal herbal pre-workout patch offers an innovative and user-friendly alternative for delivering active herbal ingredients directly through the skin into systemic circulation. Herbal actives such as Panax ginseng, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Camellia sinensis (Green tea extract), Rhodiola rosea, and Curcuma longa have shown potent adaptogenic and ergogenic effects that can significantly improve physical performance. The patch system provides controlled drug release, minimizes first-pass metabolism, and ensures sustained energy release without the crash associated with synthetic pre-workouts. This review highlights the formulation strategies, evaluation parameters, and potential benefits of herbal transdermal pre-workout patches, emphasizing their role as a safe, natural, and effective alternative for performance enhancement in modern sports nutrition.

In this paper, we present an AI-powered Library Chatbot designed to provide personalized book recommendations and enhance the accessibility of library resources. Students often face difficulties in locating the right books in college libraries due to the vast number of available titles across diverse subjects. For instance, a student preparing for UPSC or CA examinations may struggle to find the most suitable book based on their level of understanding or area of focus. To address this challenge, we developed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based system, built using the LangChain framework, that efficiently provides detailed information such as book accession number, author, edition, subject, language, place of publication, and rack location-- significantly reducing search time from nearly 20 minutes to a few seconds. The chatbot is built using Python, Streamlit, HTML, and CSS for the user interface, integrated with ChromaDB as the vector database and the Hugging Face AllMiniLM model for word embeddings. The GROQ API with Google 2B LLM serves as the core language model. The system was trained on a dataset of 26,000 books provided by the college librarian and is deployed on Streamlit Community Cloud for public access.

Heavy metals are widespread in the environment. Some of them are essential for living organisms as they play key roles in vital physiological functions, while others are non-essential and can be toxic. Even essential metals can become harmful when their concentrations exceed permissible limits. Heavy metals are commonly found in aquatic bodies and organisms such as fish. Fish constitute an important part of the human diet, serving as a rich source of proteins, vitamins, and minerals. However, they may pose potential health risks due to contamination with heavy metals. Therefore, regular monitoring is crucial, as it provides valuable information for assessing the potential health risks associated with heavy metal exposure.

This project presents the design, stress analysis, and optimization of an axle used in a wood transfer system equipped with roller and chain conveyors. The primary aim is to improve the structural integrity and performance of the axle, which supports the load transferred by feeder wheels in a high-load, high-precision environment. Using both analytical calculations and simulation through SolidWorks, stress and deflection under applied forces were evalu ated for various iterations. Initial designs using S235JRG2 material showed failure due to stresses exceeding the yield strength. Through optimization of geometry and material substi tution with C45 steel, the final design demonstrated safe stress levels and minimal deflection, ensuring operational reliability and long-term durability. The analysis confirms that proper selection of material and geometry can significantly enhance the load-bearing capacity and lifespan of machine components in industrial applications.

The fast growth of city populations has made parking problems worse, causing traffic jams, wasted time, and poor use of space. The Smart Peer-to-Peer Parking System solves these problems by combining IOT hardware, a cloud-based backend, and a mobile app that is easy to use to make parking easy. The system uses IR and ultrasonic sensors linked by ESP32 modules to keep an eye on the availability of parking spots in real time. A firebase backend handles reservations, payments, alerts, and navigation data. Users can check the status of their slots in real time, reserve spaces, make secure payments, and get notifications through the mobile app. Also, automated data collection helps parking owners keep track of their spaces, see how many people are using them, and see how much money they are making. The system cuts down on traffic jams in cities, lowers emissions, and makes operations more efficient by encouraging the smart use of underused private parking spaces and supporting dynamic pricing models. This data-driven method not only helps drivers find clear, dependable, and affordable parking, but it also helps landowners and businesses make more money and run their businesses more smoothly. In the end, the suggested solution promotes long-term urban mobility and creates a working relationship between drivers and parking providers.
