In the evolving landscape of higher education, academic integrity remains a foundational pillar of credible scholarship. However, the rise of advanced technologies, particularly AI-powered writing tools, and the proliferation of commercial academic services have introduced complex challenges to maintaining ethical standards in research. This study explores the multifaceted threats to academic integrity, including AI-generated content, ghostwriting agencies, and systemic pressures that prioritize publication quantity over quality. Drawing on secondary qualitative data, the research assesses institutional difficulties in detecting and preventing misconduct and highlights the limitations of traditional oversight mechanisms. The paper proposes strategic interventions such as clear AI usage policies, strengthened authorship verification, reform of incentive structures, and investment in advanced detection technologies. By fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, academic institutions can safeguard the authenticity and societal value of scholarly work. The findings underscore the urgent need for collaborative efforts among educators, students, and policymakers to uphold ethical research practices in the digital age.

Abstract This study explores the dynamic relationship between the practice of Buddhanussati meditation and s?la within the context of modern Theravada Buddhism. Based on ethnographic fieldwork and analysis of primary texts, this study reveals how devotional meditation practice enhances the moral development of practitioners, both lay and monastic. This study demonstrates that the engraved suttas of Buddhanussati meditation function as a powerful motivator, not just a contemplative practice. It, in fact, psychologically conditions a practitioner and spiritually inspires them to strengthen their resolve morally. This study also examines how sustained primary meditation on the Buddha's qualities as a person, particularly his supreme moral, intellectual, and compassionate attributes, sows the seeds of powerful motivational drives within practitioners, strengthening their moral discipline and observance. Ethnographic data collected from three Southern Asian Theravada Buddhist meditation communities indicate that practitioners who regularly practice Buddhanussati meditation before insight meditation demonstrate greater adherence to the five precepts than those who practice insight meditation. This relationship affirms the existence of a devotional component in the meditation practice that emotionally and psychologically integrates their moral resolve. The continued investigation focuses on moral collective accountability within community-oriented Buddha-recollection activities. Data on group recitation and collective devotional practices reveal social structures that support personal moral growth while preserving a traditional moral order in a society undergoing modern change. This study advances abidance scholarship by integrating ethical development and community-cultivated contemplative practices within Buddhism, countering the prevailing assumption in the literature that devotional and ethical practices are dissociated. As devotional meditation emerges as prized within moral pluralism, it provides foundational ethical constructs for an ornate, sustainable practice on both the contemporary and diaspora fronts. Such insight helps modern Buddhist communities face ethical challenges.

Iron Deficiency Anaemia (IDA) is the most common nutritional anaemia worldwide and a major public health concern, with 30% of the population being affected with this condition and particularly in developing countries. Although the most common causes of IDA are gastrointestinal bleeding and menstruation in women, decreased dietary iron and decreased iron absorption are also culpable causes. It results from inadequate iron availability for haemoglobin synthesis, leading to reduced oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood. The condition significantly impacts physical health, cognitive performance, and quality of life. Iron deficiency occurs in many chronic inflammatory conditions, including congestive cardiac failure, chronic kidney disease and inflammatory bowel disease. Conventional treatment involves iron supplementation and dietary correction, but side effects and poor compliance are common. Homeopathy, with its holistic and individualized approach, offers a complementary mode of management, addressing both the underlying cause and patient constitution. This article reviews the etiology, clinical aspects, diagnosis, and homeopathic treatment of iron deficiency anaemia.

Bharatanatyam, effectively the oldest of the Indian classical dance traditions, goes beyond the beautiful aspects to become a mechanism of emotional regulation and psychological well-being. This study delves into the complex connection between the practice of Bharatanatyam and mental health from a psychological perspective. It refers to the concepts of embodiment, expressive arts therapy, and affect regulation to show the ways in which rhythmic movement, abhinaya (expressive gestures), and disciplined training promote self-awareness, emotional release, and resilience. By treating dance hardly as performance, this research considers Bharatanatyam a comprehensive method that unites body, mind, and emotion. It observes the process whereby dancers, through repetition, rhythm, and symbolic storytelling, transform internal conflict into cognitive equilibrium. Based on the literature, personal observations, and cultural background, this paper posits that Bharatanatyam is a powerful tool for emotional healing and psychological change in the non-clinical field. The results highlight its therapeutic importance, especially in the present stressful and mentally exhausting times, and point to the next interdisciplinary research on classical dance as a reliable instrument for emotional wellness.

Media and Information Literacy (MIL) is a crucial civic skill in digital societies, yet context-sensitive, grounded studies on Indian higher education students'competencies in MIL are only a few. This pilot study focused on one such gap and laid the groundwork for development and preliminary validation of a MIL questionnaire to address the needs of Indian undergraduate students with reference to UNESCO framework for MIL and Potter's cognitive model. It was administered to 50 students of Maharaja Agrasen College, University of Delhi. For this study, the exploratory diagnostic design focused on the clarity, structure, discriminant ability and conceptual validity of the instrument. Results suggested strong digital access with functional levels of competency in the more complex processes of information searching and organization. However, higher levels of evaluative and participatory literacy in the critical aspects of social and civic engagement with varied civic spheres, advanced verification, and the creation of multimedia resources were absent. The instrument provided strong evidence of face, content, and construct validity in the cognitive, attitudinal, and behavioral domains of literacy. Minor recommendations included removing binary response options, assessing critical AI literacy, and deepening the constructs of verification and civic action. The pilot has limitations of sample size and context but the questionnaire was found to be useful for further studies to measure MIL competencies.

Background: Effectiveness of Feldenkrais Method vs Cranio-Cervical Flexion exercises for neck pain and forward head posture in undergraduate students with chronic neck pain. Objective: To study and compare the effectiveness of the Feldenkrais Method (Awareness Through Movement) and Cranio-Cervical Flexion Exercises on neck pain and forward head posture using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and Craniovertebral Angle (CVA) in undergraduate students with chronic neck pain in 3 weeks of intervention period. Methods: A comparative study was conducted on 60 undergraduate students with chronic neck pain and forward head posture. Participants were randomly divided into two groups: Group A received Feldenkrais Method, and Group B received Cranio-Cervical Flexion Exercises for 3 weeks. Pain and posture were assessed using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and Craniovertebral Angle (CVA) via Kinovea Software. Statistical Analysis compared pre and post treatment scores within and between groups. Results: The study included 60 participants and showed statistically significant improvements (p < 0.05) in both groups. Group A (Feldenkrais Method) showed a reduction in NPRS from 5 to 3.467 and an increase in CVA from 47.087 to 49.473. Group B (Cranio-Cervical Flexion Exercises) had a greater improvement, with NPRS decreasing from 5.4 to 1.267 and CVA increasing from 46.49 to 51.06. Conclusion: This study concluded that both the techniques are effective with higher significance but Craniocervical Flexion Exercise are more effective than Feldenkraise Method in reducing Neck Pain and improving Forward Head Posture among the Undergraduate students with Chronic Neck Pain.
