Entrepreneurship have been observed as one of the most important elements contributing to the socio-economic development of the society. In India women entrepreneurship is at very inceptive period and women now have found to be entered in different fields of business. Therefore women are also contributing much to the improvement of economy and socio-economic development. Government has introduced several schemes for encouragement and upliftment of women entrepreneurs in India. Self-Help Groups have become the best platform for rural women to step towards the field of entrepreneurship. This paper focus on the development of women entrepreneurship through the Self-Hel Groups in India.

The Department Resource Booking System is a comprehensive web-based platform developed to automate and streamline the management and allocation of institutional resources across multiple departments, eliminating manual booking inefficiencies through a centralized interface for tracking resource availability and usage. Built using the Django framework as the backend and an SQL database for secure and scalable data management, the system ensures real time synchronization, data consistency, and accessibility for authorized users. It adopts a role-based access model with three user categories -- Staff, Lab In-charge, and Admin -- each tailored to specific operational needs. Staff members can browse available rooms and categorized resources, view real-time availability, and submit booking requests for required quantities; Lab In charge users serve as intermediaries who validate resource availability, review staff requests, and approve or reject them before forwarding to the Admin; while the Admin holds full control, reviewing all forwarded requests and issuing final approvals or denials. To promote efficiency and transparency, the system includes automated notifications that keep users informed at every stage of the approval process. Furthermore, all user information and resource details can be dynamically managed within a centralized database, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and ease of maintenance. By integrating Django's robust framework with a structured SQL schema and secure authentication mechanisms, the Department Resource Booking System provides an efficient, transparent, and scalable digital solution for effective institutional resource allocation and management.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a growing public health crisis worldwide. In 2021 alone, approximately 673.7 million people were living with CKD, accounting for about 8.5% of the global population--a sharp increase compared to 1990.1 Population aging and growth are key drivers of this increasing burden. CKD has even emerged as the third fastest-growing cause of death globally among non-communicable diseases. Notably, CKD disproportionately affects low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), where healthcare infrastructure is often insufficient to meet rising demand. Despite advances in dialysis and renal transplantation, the management of CKD remains largely supportive, with limited options to halt disease progression. High treatment costs and poor accessibility in low- and middle-income countries further add to the burden. Ayurveda, with its holistic principles, Rasayana therapy, and nephroprotective herbs, offers potential complementary strategies. Thus, an integrative approach combining modern nephrology with Ayurvedic interventions may improve patient outcomes and quality of life. n Ayurveda, CKD can be understood in relation to Mutravaha Srotas dushti involving Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, leading to progressive Dhatukshaya and Ojakshaya. The Samprapti is mainly due to Avarana of Vata by Kapha and Meda, resulting in deranged urine formation and systemic complications. Ayurvedic therapeutics emphasize Nidana Parivarjana, Shodhana (Basti, Virechana), and Shamana with nephroprotective herbs like Punarnava, Gokshura, Varuna, and Rasayana formulations to slow progression and improve quality of life.

Design for Test (DFT) has become a critical component of modern System-on-Chip (SoC) design due to increasing chip complexity. Addressing the challenges of generating test patterns for large-scale devices requires efficient solutions, such as Hierarchical DFT. This approach enables core-level DFT insertion and pattern generation, which is mapped to the top level, enhancing core reusability and reducing development time for SoCs with numerous IPs. This work focuses on developing a Hierarchical DFT flow using core-wrapping methodologies. Key elements include implementing dedicated and shared wrapper chains, integrating test compression logic, and performing Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) on DFT-inserted netlists. Internal and external mode patterns are generated and stored in PATDB (pattern database) format, with fault data and core descriptions saved in .tcd (tessent core description) files for retargeting. At the SoC level, a top-level wrapper consolidates multiple core instantiations with minimal top-level logic, enabling test pattern generation in Standard Test Interface Language (STIL) format for verification and silicon production tests. Considering the inherent complexity of Hierarchical DFT flows, optimizing key metrics such as test coverage, runtime, test duration, design area, development effort, and verification workload is essential. Achieving the right balance across these factors ensures an efficient and scalable solution for modern SoC designs. This work systematically evaluates different configurations and strategies to identify the most effective hierarchical DFT implementation, addressing the unique challenges posed by increasing design complexity and scalability demands in contemporary semiconductor technologies.

Depression is a major psychiatric disorder affecting millions globally, often associated with treatment resistance and delayed therapeutic onset. Esketamine, the S-enantiomer of ketamine, has emerged as a promising rapid-acting antidepressant targeting the NMDA receptor pathway. However, its therapeutic utility is limited by poor bioavailability, rapid metabolism, and potential systemic side effects. Nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems, particularly nanoglobules, offer a novel approach for improving the delivery of lipophilic drugs like esketamine by enhancing brain targeting and bioavailability while reducing systemic exposure. This review highlights current advances in the formulation and characterization of esketamine-loaded nanoglobules, emphasizing their potential role in improving nanotherapeutic delivery for effective management of depression.

Many regulatory obstacles prevent the broad use of personalized medicine, which tailors' therapies based on a patient's genetic and molecular profile. This review looks at the main regulatory obstacles, such as the lack of established procedures for genetic testing and biomarker validation and the requirement for flexible frameworks to support the quick development of genomic technologies. The paper also discusses the significance of strong privacy measures and the ethical issues surrounding the use of genetic data. To enable the safe and efficient integration of customized medicine into conventional healthcare, the article highlights the significance of regulatory innovation, cooperation, and policy development.

This study is all about understanding how a few equity mutual fund schemes have actually performed over time. I wanted to see if these funds really deliver what they promise - good returns without taking unnecessary risks. The whole point was to check whether these funds could beat the market and give investors something better than just average returns. I've used some standard tools like Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio, Jensen's Alpha, and Beta to measure their performance. All my data comes from reliable sources - AMFI, NSE, and official fund documents. I picked funds from different categories like large-cap, mid-cap, and multi-cap to get a complete picture. After comparing everything, I found out which schemes were actually consistent and which ones managed risks well. Honestly, I think this study will really help people make smarter choices when they're confused about where to put their money.
