Background: Primary dysmenorrhea is a widespread gynecological issue in adolescent and young females, and it is described as painful menstruation that does not have a diagnosis of any pathology in the pelvis. The traditional medications like non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) offer short-term relief and could lead to side effects. The use of Yogic interventions is natural and therefore cost-effective and has become a topic of interest as a holistic management. The Supta Baddha Konasana and Supta Virasana are some of the restorative poses known to help relieve menstrual pain by enhancing the flow of blood into the pelvis, and decreasing the spasms of the uterus. Aim: To assess the efficacy of Supta Baddha Konasana and Supta Virasana in lowering the level of pain in people with primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: Experimental research was done with 30 women between the age of 18 to 25 years in the city of Pune, 15 women in a yoga group and the remaining 15 in controls. They were participants who had regular menstrual cycles and no pelvic pathological history. The yoga students practised Supta Baddha Konasana and Supta Virasana twice a day in two months and the control group continued their normal lifestyle. The WaLIDD was used to measure pain pre-intervention and post-intervention. They were statistically analyzed with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and MannWhitney U test with the significance level being p < 0.05. Results: Mean WaLIDD score in yoga group reduced significantly (6.73 -0.79) to 4.66 -0.81 (p = 0.0001). The control group did not show any significant change (6.73 (1.22) to 6.53 (1.30); p = 0.083). The comparison of groups revealed that the difference in means of reduction of the scores was statistically significant (p = 0.0001). Conclusion: Supta Baddha Konasana and Supta Virasana are an effective practice that helps reduce menstrual pain and enhance the quality of life in patients with primary dysmenorrhea. It is possible to recommend yoga as a safe, available, and sustainable treatment option to menstrual health issues.

Employee engagement is increasingly recognized as a central construct in organizational research, widely acknowledged for its contribution to productivity, commitment, and long-term organizational success. This literature review analyzes the dual impact of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Perceived organizational justice (POJ) on workforce engagement, highlighting their theoretical foundations, empirical evidence, and mediating mechanisms. POS, defined as employees' perception of organizational care and value for their contributions, is consistently associated with higher levels of job satisfaction, affective commitment, and reduced turnover intentions. Similarly, POJ, encompassing distributive, procedural, and interactional fairness, has been demonstrated to foster motivation, trust, and organizational citizenship behaviors. The review integrates findings from seminal works and meta-analyses, underscoring that organizations that balance support with fairness cultivate an engaged workforce capable of exceeding role expectations. Additionally, the paper identifies mediators such as organizational commitment, psychological empowerment, and work passion, as well as moderators like job characteristics and leadership style, that strengthen or attenuate these relationships. By synthesizing multiple perspectives, this review establishes POS and POJ as critical antecedents of workforce engagement and offers practical implications for leaders and managers aiming to build supportive and just work environments.

The growing technology demands high speed, less power and small area processors. The adder circuit for example the ALU in CPU must offer high speed and low power for each calculation. Full adder circuit can be built using various metal-oxide semiconductor transistors. In this paper the work consists of a CMOS and a CPTL based full adder circuits implemented using 45nm technology. To ensure a good quality, low power consuming and less heat dissipation CPTL logic is preferable over a CMOS logic. The use of 4 terminal transistors helps to reduce error and delay at lower voltage and enrich the performance. Mobility of electrons and mobility of holes are having same width to get less power delay product.

Abstract It becomes a matter of great concern for a research aspirant to decide and begin with the title of a paper. The inventive consciousness and insightful outlook of a researcher compel them to explore those vistas which have not yet been touched by anyone else. The topic of this research itself reflects the upheavals, hardships, and fluctuations that an individual, an organization, a group of ethnic people, a state, a country, or even the entire world faces during its process of expansion and growth. The paper begins with the origin and evolution of the Gaddi tribe, primarily residing in the Bharmour region of Himachal Pradesh, as well as in other parts of the country and even abroad.

Ayurveda, an ancient medical system, is renowned for its efficacy in managing chronic diseases through its foundational principles and promotion of healthy lifestyle choices. Tamaka Shwasa, a chronic respiratory disorder involving the Pranavaha Srothas, exemplifies this. It is categorized among the five types of Swasa Roga, primarily characterized by the involvement of Kapha and Vata doshas, and manifests with nocturnal exacerbation of wheezing and breathlessness. The symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa are comparable to those of bronchial asthma, a chronic inflammatory airway disorder marked by airway hyper-responsiveness, leading to recurrent coughing, and wheezing. These episodes typically involve widespread, yet reversible, airflow obstruction, which can resolve spontaneously or with treatment

ABSTRACT The language known as Urdu is intimately bound up with the history of the Indian subcontinent -- its courts, its cultures, its social transformations, and its upheavals. Correspondingly, the literary tradition in Urdu has a rich and complex history in India. From its beginnings as a colloquial speech in the Muslim-ruled courts of the Deccan and North India to its rise as a major literary medium of poetry and prose, and from the 19th- and 20th-century modern developments to its present day status, Urdu literature in India reflects the social, cultural and political currents of its times. Using this as a backdrop, this essay traces the development of Urdu literature in India, its major periods, genres, figures and issues. To understand Urdu literature, one must begin with the language itself. The evolution of what we call Urdu (and before that Hindavi, Zaban-e-Dehli, Rekhta, Dakkhani) occurred over many centuries in the Indian subcontinent. According to the National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language, Urdu developed in the post-12th-century period as a "linguistic modus vivendi" under the influence of incoming Muslim rule -- Persian, Arabic and Turkic contacts merged with local Apabhra??a dialects and emerging northern Indo-Aryan speech forms. For instance, the earliest extant work in the Dakkhani variety (southern Urdu) is the verse narrative Kadam Rao Padam Rao (c. 15th century) by Nizami. The label "Urdu" itself, meaning "camp" (from Turkish) or "army-camp language", came to be used later; but the literary tradition grew through various regional varieties (Dakkhani in the Deccan, Rekhta in the north, etc.). Thus, the foundation was laid: by the 14th-15th centuries there were religious prose treatises and poetic works in the new speech; but secular literary writing in Urdu proper would flourish later.. Mir's poetry primarily revolves around the theme of love--both earthly and spiritual. His ghazals capture the emotional depth of unfulfilled love, longing, and separation, expressed in a language that is delicate yet powerful. Unlike many poets who adorned their verses with complex imagery, Mir's style is marked by simplicity and sincerity. He focused on the inner emotional world of the lover, portraying the heart's pain with remarkable precision. His couplets often evoke universal human emotions, transcending time and culture.

An abscess is a localized collection of pus that can develop due to bacterial infection, characterized by redness, swelling, pain, and sometimes fever. Modern medical treatments typically focus on drainage and antibiotics, but Ayurvedic medicine offers a holistic approach to managing abscesses by addressing the root causes, enhancing immunity, and promoting healing. In Ayurved, abscesses are often linked to an imbalance in the body's doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), particularly when Pitta dosha is aggravated, leading to heat and inflammation. Ayurvedic management of abscesses involves a combination of internal therapies, external applications, dietary modifications, and lifestyle changes aimed at restoring balance and promoting natural healing. This abstract presents a comprehensive overview of Ayurvedic management for abscesses, focusing on the principles of holistic healing, and the integration of herbal, dietary, and lifestyle interventions to effectively treat abscesses and prevent recurrence.

Ayurveda has a deep and all-encompassing understanding of life and health as a science. Over the course of many years, Ayurveda various branches have developed, with the primary focus being on disease prevention and treatment. There are a few illnesses known as Kshudra-Rogathat have straightforward pathologies but are challenging to treat. Foot corn can be correlated with Kadara in Ayurveda, and it is one among the 44 Kshudra Rogas mentioned by Acharya Sushruta. As we know every two in five persons suffer from Kadara once in their lifetime and people do not consider this seriously until and unless it starts abruption their daily activities and then reach a doctor when it needs to be seriously considered with the provoked signs and symptoms.[1] Acharya Sushruta describes Kadara under Kshudra roga and its ayurvedic approach of Ksharakarma, Agnikarma, Shastra karma,Lepana karma.[2] Amongst which Agnikarma is the most practiced karma amongst all the karmas due to its less chances to recur.[3] Corn in western medical literature exhibit striking similarities in their presentations. Salicylic acid treatment, corn caps, and invasive techniques such as laser, chemical, electric, and cryotherapy cauterization, as well as surgical excision, are used in the management of corn. However, there is a greater probability of recurrence and the results of these operations are not good. However, the after effects of corn surgery are promising due to its recurrence and wound healing.Agnikarma (Cauterisation)is the best treatment for the Kadara. This present Case report describes a case of Kadara(Foot corn) diagnosed as per clinical features and managed successfully by Agnikarma
