Along with the physical evolution, the emotional and psychological evolution of humankind has been rather astonishing and remarkable. Walking upright was the end-goal, but forming societies, inculcating values and cultivating virtues has been an absolute masterstroke. Since time immemorial, humans have commanded pre-eminence over the entire planet all thanks to their exceptional ability to adopt, adapt and reinvent. Life has never been kind to anyone and our ancestors had a tough time figuring out the very basics that have been served up on a silver platter to the current generation. And yet, we remain unsatisfied. The current lot of humans prancing about the earth seem to have taken a liking for whining ; sulking over silly heartbreaks , constantly cribbing over missed opportunities , unknowingly gaslighting parents and siblings, sneaking off to unsupervised gatherings among other things becoming the norm of the society. A norm that is not only unnecessary but one that is downright detrimental to the societal fabric. Ripping apart the societal fabric may sound all exciting and rebellious but in reality, it is a ticking time-bomb ; a bomb that would strip the planet of all kinds of advancements and progress upon explosion, pushing the entire human race centuries back. No one would ever like to have centuries of progress and development undone and thus, there is an urgent need to get our act together. We must reiterate the ancient wisdom of adopting key life principles, adapting our mindset to navigate difficult situations and reinventing the way we think - replacing grumbling with gratitude , smart-alecky with sincerity, haughtiness with humility and contempt with consideration. We need to understand and realise the monumental significance of symbiosis, not only within the species but otherwise as well. Humans have survived the worst of disasters while clinging onto the last ray of hope. Resilience has kept people thriving in the bleakest of situations. Hence, it appears nurturing resilience is the need of the hour. Resilience is generally defined as the ability to bounce back from adversity with flexibility & strength, maintaining wellbeing despite challenges. Going by this definition, it most certainly is the virtue that needs to be immediately inculcated within the 'modern' humans. Inculcating a virtue means to implant or impress an idea on someone's mind, often by persistent repetition. This persistent repetition is known to have a lasting impact when it is seamlessly intertwined with literature. Reading stories that recount the valiant tales of the most ordinary of humans pushing and powering through life with effortless resilience can reawaken hope in the hearts of this overtly-practical generation. Magical Realism is a genre full of such stories which showcase the true power and potential of resilience. Unexplained magic , gruesome reality , sordid struggles and agonising trauma are intricately woven together to construct the narrative of magical realist texts.

Effective data analysis is essential for driving strategic planning and optimizing operational efficiency, particularly within dynamic fields such as global public health. This project presents a structured, end-to-end data science framework for the analysis, processing, and visualization of global COVID-19 statistics to derive actionable insights for stakeholders. The methodology encompasses acquiring data from diverse sources, including CSV/Excel files, SQL/NoSQL databases, and web APIs/scraping. Rigorous preprocessing was implemented, including Mean/Median/Mode imputation for missing values, Z-score/IQR outlier detection, and Min-max scaling for normalization The core analysis leverages Python libraries (Pandas for manipulation, NumPy for numerical computation, Matplotlib/Seaborn for EDA) and SQL for efficient data management and targeted retrieval. Finally, interactive dashboards were developed using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to visualize key pandemic metrics such as confirmed cases, recovery rates, age distribution of cases, and vaccination progress. The resulting framework successfully demonstrates how data analysis transforms raw health data into crucial information for understanding global health patterns and guiding strategic interventions.

The Angami Nagas of Nagaland hold a rich cultural legacy rooted deeply in their land, nature and especially stone. Central to this are stone monuments--megaliths and stone-built structures that once signified status, ritual achievement and ancestral memory. While some of these have been documented, many legendary and myth-bearing stones--those connecting people to mythological narratives and spiritual belief systems--remain neglected. As villages rapidly urbanise, these stone markers, once integral to communal and ritual life, are increasingly forgotten or repurposed. Indifference among people and shifting societal values contribute to their deterioration. This paper revisits the historical significance of these legend and myth-bearing stone heritages, explores the reasons for their obscurity, and advocates urgent, inclusive conservation and revitalisation. Reviving this facet of Angami stone heritage transcends monument preservation: it is about reclaiming identity, memory and ancestral continuity.

For creating mucoadhesive Carvedilol tablets, the current study used the mucilage of Ocimum basilicum seeds as a natural polymer in combination blends for long-lasting oral drug administration. Non-selective ?-blockers having ?1-blocking action, such as carvingilol, are frequently used to treat heart failure and hypertension. However, the drug's oral bioavailability is poor due to its short half-life, limited water solubility, and substantial first-pass metabolism. Therefore, it is preferable to use sustained release mucoadhesive formulations in order to increase therapeutic efficacy, decrease dosage frequency, and extend drug action. Ocimum basilicum L., a common medicinal herb. Its seeds contain a lot of mucilage, which can be used as a natural excipient in drug delivery systems because of its swelling, gel-forming, and mucoadhesive qualities. The study's objectives were to separate and describe the mucilage found in O. basilicum seeds and use this natural polymer to create sustained-release mucoadhesive Carvedilol tablets. Determining the drug concentration, assessing the physicochemical characteristics of formulations, and researching in vitro drug release profiles over a 12-hour period were the specific goals. An acetone-water (1:1) system was used to extract the mucilage from basil seeds, and FTIR and DSC methods were used to describe the results. Carvedilol sustained release tablets were made by direct compression with polymeric mixes containing varying amounts of basil mucilage. To ascertain flow characteristics, pre-compression parameters such as Hausner's ratio, Carr's Index, bulk density, tapped density, and angle of repose were measured. Hardness, friability, drug content, and weight variation were all examined after compression. Carvedilol's drug content was examined at 270 nm using UV-visible spectrophotometry. Drug release experiments were carried out in vitro in dissolving media for up to 12 hours. Flow property analysis showed all formulations had acceptable ranges for angle of repose, Carr's Index, and Hausner's ratio. After 12 hours, the percentage drug release was: 92.3%, 90.3%, 93.4%, 91.3%, 97.2%, 85.2%, 89.8%, 89.4%, and 87.9% for different polymer ratios. The formulation containing 5% basil mucilage with 5% synthetic polymer achieved the highest release (97.2%). The study demonstrated that Ocimum basilicum seed mucilage can be effectively utilized as a natural mucoadhesive polymer in the formulation of Carvedilol sustained release tablets. All formulations exhibited satisfactory physicochemical and mechanical properties with controlled drug release up to 12 hours. The 5% + 5% blend showed optimal release, indicating that basil seed mucilage is a promising, cost-effective, biocompatible excipient for sustained release drug delivery systems.

The B2B steel industry is highly competitive and relationship-oriented, wherein business growth and repeat orders depend on the effectiveness of the selling mechanism. The relevance of this research paper can be seen in its objective of optimizing the sales process in B2B steel trading by studying key support functions such as customer conversion, payment follow-up, and stock list management. This study aims to know how structured communication, accurate data handling, and systematic follow-up would increase sales efficiency and maintain client trust. The scope of the research is PAN India, and the sample size consists of 59 respondents chosen from sales executives, managers, and distributors representing varied industrial regions. The descriptive research methodology has been the basis of the study, and in this respect, data have been collected through a structured questionnaire. The sampling technique is purposive because only those actively involved with sales, accounts, or logistics were selected. The study shows that frequent communication, CRM-supported follow-up, and correct stock coordination yield better results in customer satisfaction and lead conversion in the steel industry. This indicates that sales process optimization is dependent not only on selling strategy but also on internal coordination and relationship maintenance.

The present study aimed to examine the relationship between perceived social support and antisocial attitudes among college students.A quantitative, correlational research design was employed. The sample consisted of 150 undergraduate and postgraduate students aged between 18 and 25 years, selected through convenient sampling from colleges. Standardized tools: Socio-demographic data sheet,Perceived Social Support and Antisocial Attitude.were administered to obtain basic details, measure perceived social support and antisocial attitudes, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results indicated that participants reported moderately high levels of perceived social support and moderate levels of antisocial attitudes. A statistically significant but weak negative correlation was found between perceived social support and antisocial attitudes, suggesting that students who perceive greater social support are somewhat less likely to endorse antisocial tendencies. While the strength of the relationship was modest, the findings underscore the role of social support as a buffering factor against the development of maladaptive attitudes. The study highlights the importance of strengthening supportive networks in academic and familial contexts to mitigate antisocial orientations among students.
