Integrating specific drills within a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) framework provides a systematic and effective means to develop physiological and skill performance variables in football players. It uses short bursts of intense exercise with recovery, reflecting the fast and intermittent nature of the game. By including drills such as sprinting with ball dribbling, shooting after shuttle runs, passing under pressure, and defensive, HIIT improves aerobic and anaerobic capacity along with agility, speed, reaction time, coordination, and shooting accuracy, leading to better overall performance. (Granados et al., 2007). To examine the impact of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with specific drills on physiological and skill performance variables, the investigator selected forty male football players from affiliated colleges of bharathiar University, aged between 18 and 25 years. The subjects were divided into two groups: Group I underwent HIIT with specific drills, while Group II served as the control group. The experimental group participated in the training program three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for a duration of eight weeks, whereas the control group continued with their routine activities without additional training Physiological variables, namely vital capacity (measured by the web spirometer test) and dribbling (measured by the sir bobby Charlton soccer school of Australia test), were assessed both before and after the training period. The results analyzed through the 't' test indicated that eight weeks of HIIT with specific drills produced significant improvements in vital capacity and dribbling among the football players. These findings confirm that HIIT with specific drills is an effective training protocol for enhancing physiological and skill performance variables in football.

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: To evaluate the efficacy of hand arm bimanual intensive therapy for reducing spasticity in pediatric patients with spastic cerebral palsy. METHODOLOGY: 10 patients with spastic cerebral palsy were taken in the study and given treatment. Non-randomized study before and after comparison without control. Out come measures are Peabody developmental motor scale and modified Ashworth scale. RESULTS: the results in the study revealed that hand arm bimanual intensive therapy (HAIBT) shows significant reduction of spasticity in cerebral palsy children. Where as that proves p values is <0.0001 by using PDMS modified Ashworth scale. CONCLUSION: In this study patients with spastic cerebral palsy showed improvement in fine motor function after using the hand arm bimanual intensive therapy (HABIT) intervention. As patients are advised to perform task-oriented activities like grasping, holding, removing pegs, fine motor skills were improved. The study was for 6weeks spasticity showed to be reduced with improved grip. Using Modified Ashworth scale spasticity was checked and PDMS is used to check fine motor function.

The paper determines the impact of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 2019 on customers' awareness, satisfaction, and security in e-banking services among large Indian banks. The paper aims to identify whether digital consumers are made aware of their rights and to what extent the grievance redressal process is effective post the act. The paper encapsulates an evident research gap since there are no direct studies within India that connect the act to consumers' experiences within e-banking. The study adopts a mixed-method research design. The data has been collected with the aid of a structured survey among 400 customers belonging to four banks, that is, SBI, PNB, HDFC, and ICICI banks in Haryana. The secondary data has been collected from various reports and studies. The data has been processed with the use of SPSS to apply ANOVA, Chi-square tests, and thematic analysis. The findings indicate medium awareness with regard to rights but high use of technology. The customers are found to be medium in terms of satisfaction with regards to convenience but are concerned about the data security and timely dispute redressal. Gender and income are significant influencers of awareness levels. The conclusion that can be drawn from the research is that though the CPA 2019 has made digital consumer protection stronger on paper, there is still a lack in digital awareness and the grievance redressal process.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a transformative force in modern marketing, reshaping how firms acquire, engage, and retain customers while directly influencing financial performance outcomes. As organisations operate in increasingly data-rich and competitive environments, AI-driven marketing enables the shift from descriptive and reactive processes to predictive, prescriptive, and automated decision-making. AI capabilities such as machine learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and real-time automation empower firms to segment audiences more accurately, personalise experiences at scale, and optimise media and resource allocation with greater precision. These technologies support enhanced customer engagement, improved targeting accuracy, reduced operational inefficiencies, and more effective campaign execution, all of which contribute to stronger financial metrics such as higher conversion rates, improved return on marketing investment, increased customer lifetime value, and sustainable revenue growth. Complementing this, theoretical frameworks like the Resource-Based View and the Technology-Organization-Environment model help explain why AI marketing capabilities become strategic assets when embedded within supportive organisational structures and environments. At the same time, firms must navigate risks such as data-privacy challenges, algorithmic bias, and ethical concerns to ensure responsible use. As AI continues to evolve--driven by advances in generative AI, real-time decision engines and autonomous marketing systems--it will increasingly shift from a tactical enhancement to a core strategic driver of competitiveness and long-term financial performance. Overall, AI-driven marketing represents both an opportunity and an imperative for firms seeking to align technology adoption with profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

This article aims to assess education and social change are related to one another Both transformative and reproductive components can be found in educational system. The tensions and balance between these have changed significantly over time and still do so in different nations and parts of the world. Education should ideally replicate the "good" and change the "bad", yet "good" " bad" are value -based and fundamentally political concepts. Therefore ,the balance and conflicts between these factors are significantly conditioned by the prevalent form of governance and the nature of power relations, as expressed in the main socio-cultural and socio- political institutions in a given environment. Therefore, the socio-cultural and sociopolitical conditions in which education is provided are just as important for societal change in ways that align with ideas of social justice as education itself.

This research paper aims to investigate the food consumption patterns and nutritional status of lactating mothers attending the Adiwada Anganwadi. Lactating mothers' dietary habits play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of both the mother and the infant. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data. The findings of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the nutritional needs of lactating mothers and provide insights into potential interventions to improve their dietary practices.

Mridbhak?a?ajanya P???u described in Ayurveda closely correlates with Iron Deficiency Anaemia (IDA) seen in modern medicine. It is a common nutritional disorder in the paediatric age group, often arising due to improper dietary habits, low iron intake, and geophagia (mud-eating). Conventional iron supplementation, though effective, is associated with gastrointestinal side effects and poor compliance. Path?di Gh?ita, mentioned in Ayurvedic classics, possesses Ras?yana, Pittavardhaka, and Dh?tu-pu??ikara properties which may help in correcting the underlying Do?a and Dh?tu imbalance in P???u Roga.
