The aim of this research is to analyze and understand the gauging effect of subliminal marketing on the human psyche. Subliminal marketing uses subtle techniques or effects to convey a message subconsciously that is related to the product, this message might compel and influence the buying choices and behavior of the customer, the use of such techniques and methods involve images and sounds that prompt the consumer or targeted customer to receive information which they are not aware of that they might be receiving. This has caused people to question the ethics behind subliminal marketing. In 1958 subliminal marketing was banned in the US and UKandAustralia. For this research, we will be conducting a small experiment in which we will show a video or a ppt to a group of people, the contents of the video or ppt will be related to the subliminal messaging technique. After this we will conduct a survey with questionnaires prepared with reference to how the people feel about the overall messages, furthermore, we will be taking the help of three practicing psychologists to conduct the data analysis of our survey. Lastly, another survey will be conducted with similar subjects where the idea of subliminal marketing will be explained to them and their opinions regarding this strategy will be assessed to know if they encourage such strategy or they feel hostile towards it as they might feel manipulated by this strategy.

This paper examines the experiences of transgender individuals in India through psychological, biological, and legal lenses, highlighting the development of learned helplessness and challenges to social inclusion. Despite legal recognition and constitutional protections, transgender people face pervasive social stigma, discrimination, and exclusion, which contribute to severe psychological distress, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and heightened vulnerability to sexually transmitted infections. The article differentiates sex, gender, and sexual orientation, explaining biological and hormonal influences on gender identity and the process of gender transition. Learned helplessness is explored as a psychological consequence of persistent social rejection, victimization, and systemic barriers, resulting in diminished self-efficacy and hopelessness. The paper emphasizes the importance of social support, coping strategies, and professional counseling--including cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and positive psychology interventions--to enhance resilience and well-being. Finally, it calls for comprehensive legal, social, and policy measures to combat stigma, ensure rights protection, and foster the inclusion of transgender individuals, advocating a multidimensional approach to improving their psychosocial and economic lives.

This paper addresses the major issue of Unpaid Empathy and the expectations of compassion being placed mainly on women managers in a hybrid work setting. This is a conceptual study rooted in the Gendered Organizations Theory, Emotional Labor Theory, and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model. Each is used to build an analytical framework, linking invisible emotional work to managerial strain. The hybrid context is tempered by these integrated frameworks, which create an argument that the hybrid situation is a major source of gender inequality, turning cultural standards into chronic strain. The research synthesizes recent work (2023-2025) on digital ambiguity, proximity bias, and gendered stressors in hybrid leadership. It suggests that the presence of digital ambiguity and the structured need for proximity-bias elimination work together as new, gendered job demands; thus, women managers are pushed into draining activities such as emotional monitoring and social coordination. This Unpaid Empathy is regarded as a major hindrance stressor, which gradually reduces the capability to feel emotion and finally mediates the connection between the hybrid structure and negative psychological consequences. The model offers testable propositions for future quantitative research, emphasizing policy relevance and practical value. The model speculates that this continuous imbalance sets off the burnout process, which directly results in lower job satisfaction, and, at the same time, the "prove-it-again" bias, which causes stagnated career development, gets aggravated. The study identifies this crucial mechanism, thus propelling the generation of indispensable analytical propositions for future quantitative testing and, at the same time, calling for the adoption of gender-sensitive strategies by policymakers and organizations, which formally acknowledge and reward relational work as a prerequisite for equitable organizational functioning.

A wide range of illegal behaviours involving money, markets, and financial services are included in financial crime, such as insider trading, tax evasion, money laundering, and fraud made possible via cyberspace. Due to the quick transition to digital transactions, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, traditional financial crime has evolved into sophisticated cyberattacks that take advantage of flaws in payment systems, user behaviour, and organisational compliance. Although India's regulation has been reinforced by legal responses like the IT Act, 2000, the MEITY, and the establishment of specialized wings for cybercrime.Effective prevention is still hampered by jurisdictional conflicts, inadequate compliance frameworks, and low public awareness.Strong regulatory frameworks and cross-border collaboration improve resilience, but they are nonetheless hampered by the rate of technology advancement, according to comparative studies conducted in the USA, UK, and UAE. Deepfakes, cryptocurrency fraud, and AI-driven phishing are examples of emerging risks that highlight how urgent it is to implement sophisticated monitoring, real-time detection, and more robust data protection measures. This essay makes the case that, in order to reduce risks and safeguard economic stability in the era of cybersecurity, financial crime necessitates a flexible legal system and cooperative international approaches.

Lower back pain (LBP) represents one of the most prevalent musculoskeletal disorders affecting athletes, particularly cricketers who engage in repetitive and asymmetrical movements such as bowling, batting, and fielding. This study explores the physiotherapy management of lower back pain in cricketers, focusing on evidence-based approaches that integrate biomechanical assessment, therapeutic exercises, and preventive strategies. The research aims to identify the common causes and patterns of LBP among cricket players, evaluate the effectiveness of various physiotherapeutic interventions, and propose a model for long-term rehabilitation and injury prevention. Drawing on a review of empirical studies, clinical trials, and case analyses, the paper examines therapeutic modalities such as core stabilization exercises, manual therapy, McKenzie extension principles, and neuromuscular re-education. Furthermore, it discusses the role of physiotherapists in enhancing athletes' functional performance and minimizing recurrence. Findings indicate that a multimodal approach--combining exercise therapy, posture correction, and load management--achieves the best outcomes in managing cricket-related LBP. The study concludes that individualized physiotherapy programs, informed by biomechanical screening and continuous monitoring, are crucial for sustaining spinal health and athletic longevity in cricketers.

This report provides a comprehensive review of the current research on Merremia dissecta (Jacq.) Hallier a perennial vine belonging to the Convolvulaceae family. The analysis reveals a plant of profound paradox, simultaneously revered for its ornamental and medicinal qualities while concurrently classified as a high-risk invasive species. Historically used as a condiment and a traditional medicine across various cultures, recent scientific investigations have begun to validate its ethno botanical uses through a detailed examination of its rich phytochemistry. Key findings include the presence of a wide array of bioactive compounds, such as alkaloids, glycosides, and then over compound 1?, 4?, 8?, 9?-eudesmane-tetrol-1-O-?-D-glucopyranoside. Pharmacological studies have demonstrated significant antimicrobial, antioxidant, and, most notably, anti-pathogenic properties via the disruption of bacterial quorum sensing. Despite these promising discoveries, the report highlights critical research gaps, including the lack of human clinical trials, the need for further elucidation of its mechanisms of action, and a paucity of research on effective management strategies to control its invasive spread.
