 Abstract

A very common neurovascular condition, migraines are characterized by frequent pulsing headache attacks that are accompanied by nausea, sensory sensitivities, and functional impairment. Despite improvements in contemporary pharmacotherapy, such as NSAIDs, triptans, gepants, ditans, and CGRP-targeted medicines, therapeutic constraints such side effects, contraindications, and expense are fueling an increase in interest in alternative therapies. Aromatherapy has become a viable supplementary therapy that uses volatile plant-based essential oils applied topically or inhaled. Research indicates that essential oils influence neurochemical activity, stress reactions, and neurogenic inflammation by interacting with autonomic and olfactory-limbic pathways. Lavender is the botanical agent with the best clinical evidence for lowering migraine disability, anxiety, and pain. Lotus has neuroactive, sedative, and antioxidant qualities that may help regulate sleep and trigger control, while night jasmine offers anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Despite the positive safety and accessibility of aromatherapy, there are still few high-quality clinical research and standardization. Combining evidence-based aromatherapy with traditional medication may improve patient comfort, lessen the burden of triggers, and promote an integrated approach to migraine treatment.

 Abstract

Environmental problems throughout the world have gotten worse due to the pharmaceutical industry's reliance on non-biodegradable plastic packaging. This comprehensive review investigates pharmaceutical packaging made of biodegradable polymers and how it combines with digital technology to promote sustainability and waste circularity. The PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Scopus databases were used to conduct a thorough literature review and data synthesis from 2015 to 2025. The review highlights the favourable mechanical, barrier, and biodegradability properties of polymers including polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB), and polybutylene succinate (PBS). Pharmaceutical supply chains may benefit from intelligent lifecycle evaluation, real-time monitoring, and traceability through the combination of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and RFID devices. Results show that the Circular Pharmaceutical Economy (CPE) is developed and waste management efficiency is improved by integrating green materials with digital optimization frameworks. This multidisciplinary strategy provides a revolutionary route to intelligent, ecological, and legal pharmaceutical packaging solutions.

 Abstract

Regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry has become increasingly complex due to stringent global guidelines, evolving quality expectations, and growing demands for real-time assurance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and data integrity. Manual auditing methods, which rely heavily on human interpretation, document review, and experience, are no longer sufficient to manage the rapidly expanding volume of regulatory documentation and digital records. Advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and semantic search, offer transformative potential for addressing these challenges. This review examines the evolution, opportunities, and limitations of AI-enabled compliance systems, with a special focus on NexPharmaBot , a next-generation virtual audit assistant designed to automate regulatory clause retrieval, risk identification, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) generation.

 Abstract

Online platforms have emerged as significant tools for promoting medicines and beauty products within these sectors; SMIs significantly influence public perceptions of brands through their content creation on such sites. Many influencers often endorse medicines and beauty items like lotions, vitamins, and skin care formulas without adequate scientific understanding or healthcare guidance. It may deceive customers regarding product effectiveness, potency levels, dosages, as well as possible side effects of drugs. This current assessment thoroughly analyzes how SMI's impact is increasing within drug marketing and beauty products, highlighting potential medical hazards, moral dilemmas, and demanding more stringent regulation in India. A selection of pertinent research papers was gathered from reliable sources such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, focusing on investigations into influencer marketing, pharmaceutical advertisements, consumer behavior patterns, and drug safety trends spanning from 2010 through 2025. Research reveals that although influencer marketing boosts brand awareness and customer interaction, it can lead to spreading false information and encouraging improper health treatments among consumers. Certain skincare products featuring active substances like salicylic acid, retinol, niacinamide, or hydroquinone may lead to severe skin reactions or adverse drug effects if improperly used. Enforcing ethical marketing policies, enhancing legal safeguards, and raising consumer knowledge are crucial for maintaining safety and clarity regarding products during the age of online promotion.

 Abstract

Herbal-based hair color and scalp care systems have been developed more quickly in recent years due to the demand for sustainable and natural personal care products. With a focus on their dual function in hair coloring and scalp health, this paper examines the developing field of next-generation herbal "mehendi" (henna-based) products. In order to improve conditioning, antioxidant protection, and scalp-microbiome support, we first trace the historical use of traditional plant dyes like Lawsonia inermis (henna) and Indigofera tinctoria (indigo). Next, we examine recent innovations that incorporate botanical extracts (such as Emblica officinalis/amla, Eclipta alba/bhringraj, coffee, and shikakai). The overview summarizes research on performance measures (color absorption, retention, hair-shaft binding, coloring uniformity), formulation strategies (extraction techniques, pigment stabilization, carrier systems), and safety/scalp compatibility (irritation potential, allergenicity, microbiota influence). While highlighting the relative advantages of these herbal systems over synthetic hair dyes, such as decreased toxicological burden, enhanced scalp tolerance, and possible ancillary hair-care benefits, we also acknowledge enduring challenges, such as color intensity and shade variability, limited pigment longevity, batch-to-batch standardization problems, and a lack of long-term clinical data. Lastly, we address sustainability issues (plant sourcing, waste reduction, biodegradable carriers) and offer a research roadmap for the next generation of herbal hair color products, which includes sophisticated pigment engineering, actives that target the scalp microbiome, and thorough in-use consumer studies. Thus, this research presents herbal mehendi formulations as integrated hair-care systems that are in line with consumer wellness trends and sustainable product design, rather than only as cosmetic colorants.

 Abstract

One of the most common health issues is anemia, which can lead to major health issues such as delayed mental and psychomotor development, decreased productivity at work, heightened vulnerability to parasite infections, and stunted infant growth. Low socioeconomic position, nutritional inadequacies, helminthic infections and other infectious diseases, illiteracy, and blood disorders are the causes that cause anemia. Iron deficiency, foliate deficiency, hookworm infection, and malaria are the main causes of anemia. About half of the two billion people who suffer from anemia have an iron deficit. Treating the underlying causes, bringing the hemoglobin concentration back to normal, and preventing and treating consequences are the most economical ways to combat anemia.

 Abstract

Abstract Geography plays a pivotal role in Disaster Risk Reduction Education (DRRE) in India by imparting spatial awareness, risk analysis, and context-sensitive responses essential for resilient communities. Its interdisciplinary lens--spanning physical processes, human impacts, and technological tools such as GIS--facilitates comprehension of hazards like floods, earthquakes, landslides, cyclones, and heat waves. India's alignment with frameworks like the Sendai Framework, the NDMP, and the Disaster Management Act (2005) enhances DRRE integration into geography curricula. Examples include "Surakshit Shanivar" safety training in Bihar, community-based early warning innovations in Wayanad, traditional Himalayan knowledge, and infrastructure resilience in Kedarnath. Despite advancements, challenges persist in curriculum coverage, access to technology, and institutional coordination. Recommendations include curriculum integration, experiential learning, inclusion of indigenous knowledge, technology access, and localized partnerships. Geography education thus emerges as a transformative tool for fostering disaster resilience in India's complex and hazard-prone landscape.

 Abstract

: This paper discusses the design and development of a wearable smart glove enabled with RFID technology for voice control. An Arduino UNO microcontroller is installed in the glove. system, an RC522 RFID reader, and a DFPlayer Mini audio module to provide a natural hands-free interaction. The system detects an NFC tag when a user's palm is placed close to it. It then plays a corresponding audio message through a speaker. Experiments have shown that the tag is reliably detected within 2- 3 cm, with a latency of less than 0.5 seconds and consistent performance over time. This low-budget, portable system demonstrates applications in assistive technology, industrial automation, and education. A buck converter takes power from a 9-volt battery and provides steady outputs of 5 volts and 3.3 volts for different parts of the system. The design of the glove focuses on being Modular, with low power consumption, and fast response in real time. Tests have shown it can consistently detect RFID signals from 2 to 3 cm apart, with response times below 200 milliseconds, in addition to reliable audio playback. This approach makes the system more accessible and user-friendly, and also less expensive and less complex than older designs of smart gloves that are based mostly on sensors or vision. In general, it's a great potential for assistive technology that controls machines hands-free, and create interactive learning spaces.
