Human resources are always an important aspect for geographers to study. The word human resource contains various aspects in itself. Population, population growth, density, sex ratio, rural-urban population, literacy, occupational pattern, religious pattern are major aspects that are covered in human resources. As it is said that humans are the creator of all resources, the place of human resources becomes more important in the development of any nation. The ratio of rural and urban population of any regions reveals the many important facts about the socio- economic development of that region. The study of urbanization pattern entirely depends upon the distribution pattern of rural and urban population. The research paper concentrates on the study of the distribution pattern of rural-urban population in district Bundi of Rajasthan. The detailed and analytical study of rural-urban population distribution pattern and growth of urban population in district Bundi will find out the various new aspects and conclusions. It will be helpful in policy making to solve the problems of regional disparities and human resource development.

Nowadays, influencer marketing has developed as a widespread and effective way for companies to reach their prospective buyers. However, there is limited research on the effect of influencer marketing on consumer buying behavior. This study aims to address this gap in the literature by exploring the effectiveness of influencer marketing on consumer buying behavior and the factors that influence its impact. The study surveyed consumers and analysed data from social media platforms to examine the influencer marketing strategies and their impact on consumer buying behavior and consumer loyalty. The findings of this research showed that consumers perceive influencer marketing positively, trustworthy and found more engaging than traditional forms of advertising. Besides, the study discovered that the use of influencers by companies have positive impact on consumer decision-making and brand loyalty. However, ethical considerations were also recognized, with some consumers expressing concerns about the transparency of influencer marketing and the truthfulness of the influencers' endorsement. In total this study provides valuable insights into the impact of influencer marketing strategies on consumer buying behavior & consumer loyalty. It also highlights the need for brands to carefully consider the selection of influencers and their marketing strategies to ensure their campaigns are effective and ethical.

The Water Flow Rate Monitoring System is a simple and cost-effective device designed to monitor and log water flow rates in real time. It uses a YF-S401 water flow sensor, a 555 Timer IC, a 4026 IC, and a 7-segment display to provide accurate readings of water consumption for various sectors such as industrial, agricultural, and domestic use. The YF-S401 sensor generates pulses proportional to the water flow rate, which are processed by the 555 Timer IC in monostable mode for clean signal output. The 4026 IC counts these pulses and directly drives the 7-segment display, showing the flow rate in an easy-to-read numeric format. Additional features, such as LEDs or relays, can be integrated to alert users of abnormal flow conditions. Its simplicity, scalability, and microprocessor-free design make it versatile for critical water flow monitoring applications.

An experiment was conducted for 4-6 weeks in glass aquarium and tanks in the laboratory of the Forestry and Fisheries department to studies on comparative breeding technique 2 different ornamental fish species i.e. sword tail and sawdust molly .The study was started from the period of February to April 2023. Swordtail fish and saw dust was introduced in the ratio of 2:1 &2:3 respectively. The successful breeding of swordtail was observed in March 2023, where a total of 8 fries were found in the aquarium. After the fry were found they were put in a separate tank with only bubble diffuser, to allow them to breathe easily. Fry was provided with crushed feeds, so it is easy for them to intake in their mouth. The 1st mortality of pregnant fish was observed on April2023. A total of 38 undeveloped fry were found when it was dissected. Whereas breeding in sawdust molly was observed in April 2023, where a total of 14 fries were found in aquarium.

This study examines the monorail transit, as an intra-city transportation solution in Mumbai, India. The investigation starts by placing itself in the wider context of urban transport, with a particular focus on improving commuter convenience and solving urban transit problems. It starts with a broader survey of different vehicle & rail systems. It gradually zooms in to examine the infrastructure and efficiency of the existing transport systems in Mumbai--buses, local trains, and the metro. Mumbai's Monorail, a fledgling yet robust infrastructure that is poised for greater things, such focus is even more important in high-density, congested areas. The role of the monorail as a feeder transit system for metro and local trains in Mumbai has great potential to offer relief to urban transportation systems. The primary objectives of the research are to evaluate the feasibility of extending the monorail network citywide and its potential to address the immediate concerns experienced by Mumbai's daily commuters.

Atmospheric Survey of microbial population, using continuous Volumetric Tilak Air Sampler, was carried out at Ambajogai for two consecutive Kharif seasons during 2022 and 2023 over bajra fields. A total of 109, in airspora analysis, different microbial components were identified. Airspora analysis revealed 109 types of airborne biocomponents of which 1 belonged to zygomycotina, 22 to Ascomycotina, 6 to Basidiomycotina, 74 to Deuteromycotina and 6 to other types. Cladosporium, stood first in order of dominance among the total catches in both the seasons with mean contribution to the total airspora 27.36%, it was followed by Curvularia 4.14 % Helminthosporium 4.11 %, - Nigrospora 3.94 %, Alternaria 3.18 % and Periconia 3.04 %. The spore load was observed maximum in the month of September and October in both the Kharif Seasons. Meteorological data was maintained throughout the period of investigation and was obtained from Meteorological Centre Ambajogai.

The present study investigates the differences in Multiple Intelligence (MI) scores between rural and urban students studying at Morarji Desai Residential Schools. Using the two-sample independent t-test, this study examines both the overall MI scores and the component intelligences. Findings indicate significant differences in overall MI and specific intelligence components, favoring urban students. The paper discusses the implications for educational planning and policy, aiming to reduce disparities between rural and urban students.
