The transition to renewable energy is crucial for combating climate change and ensuring sustainable development. However, despite the availability and potential of renewable energy technologies, their adoption remains suboptimal. This paper examines the psychological barriers and motivators influencing individuals' decisions to adopt renewable energy solutions. Key barriers, such as cognitive biases, perceived complexity, and lack of trust in new technologies, hinder adoption. Conversely, motivators such as environmental concern, social influence, and personal identity can act as catalysts for change. By understanding these psychological factors, this study provides insights into how policymakers and practitioners can design more effective interventions. The paper aims to overcome barriers and leverage motivators to increase the uptake of renewable energy, ultimately supporting global sustainability efforts.

Organic farming is a traditional practice that aids in the conservation of our natural ecosystem and the maintenance of soil fertility. The transition from inorganic to organic farming requires time. Consequently, the Department of Horticulture and ICAR-Taralabalu Krishi Vigyan Kendra in Davanagere District have initiated the Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY) program to advance organic farming practices. The concept was exemplified in Rameshwara Village, Nyamathi Taluk. Fifty families were selected from the hamlet to engage in three distinct types of demonstrations: intercropping in an Arecanut plot, maize fallow field and onion fallow field. Each family receives five kilogrammes of seed. The chemical parameters have been subjected to pre- and post-soil testing and analysis. The soil had a pH range of 7.21 to 7.48. The three separate demonstrations under examination. The pH of the soil remained constant, irrespective of whether Velvet Beans were inter planted or cultivated sequentially. The organic carbon levels of the three demonstration plots ranged from 0.53% to 0.61%. The inclusion of velvet beans in all demonstrations will result in an increase in organic carbon levels. Before the planting of velvet beans, the average nitrogen availability was 192.1 kg ha-1; however, in three demonstration plots, this figure ranged from 216.4 kg ha-1 to 239.1 kg ha-1. Before planting, the mean quantity of available phosphorus was 11.85 kg ha-1. Conversely, the onion fallow field exhibited the lowest percentage accumulation at 14.8, and the velvet bean intercropped Arecanut plot demonstrated the highest at 16.8. The soil's capacity to absorb potassium has markedly enhanced in each of the three demonstrated plots. In all three demonstrations, the soil microbial population exhibited a significant rise. The physicochemical properties of the soil are enhanced by the incorporation of green manure velvet beans. Modifying the quantity of microorganisms in the soil also facilitates changes in the soil's biological activity.

Indian classical dance has evolved in the last two decades owing to the contribution of women choreographers in Kolkata, which this paper highlights. These women have worked towards preserving their art-form while simultaneously making efforts to enhance its value through their rich cultural background. The research is centred around choreographic work performed in Odissi, Manipuri, and interdisciplinary style pieces. It also includes examinations of their dance works including mythological themes praise, social issues, reinterpretations of works by Rabindranath Tagore, and blended dance lexicons. Through the qualitative approach of thematic analysis of performances, critiques, and interviews, the paper suggests that these choreographers have reshaped culturally defined possibilities and responded to new cultural movements through innovative ways of body movements. Important exponents include Mamata Shankar, Sharmila Biswas, Dona Ganguly, Sruti Bandopadhay, Poushali Chatterjee, and Bimbavati Devi. Their works portray feminist and eco-critical interpretations alongside philosophical contemplation while emphasizing the minimalist aesthetic features of the genres within classical forms. The research highlights how vibrant Kolkata still remains at the center of choreographic development processes of classical dance paradoxically becomes frozen in time yet endlessly redefined. Through the collapse of generational silos alongside multimedia, interdisciplinary, and other collaborative ventures, traditional classical dance is preserved while projecting its relevancy in modern society. The paper affirms their vital role in determining the upcoming developments in the Indian dance culture.

This study explores the impact of sustainable marketing practices on customer engagement and brand loyalty, focusing on how sustainability influences emotional and behavioral connections with brands. As consumers increasingly prioritize environmental and social responsibility, brands that align with these values are witnessing enhanced engagement and loyalty, particularly among Millennials and Generation Z. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research combines quantitative surveys (n=50) and qualitative interviews to examine consumer perceptions of sustainable marketing and its role in fostering stronger brand relationships. The findings reveal that sustainable marketing significantly boosts customer engagement through both behavioral actions (e.g., purchases, social media interactions) and emotional bonds (e.g., trust, attachment). Furthermore, brands that demonstrate authenticity and transparency in their sustainability efforts tend to cultivate deeper emotional connections, leading to increased brand loyalty. However, the study also highlights the importance of avoiding "greenwashing," as consumers are more likely to disengage from brands that are perceived as insincere. This research offers valuable insights for marketers looking to leverage sustainability as a driver of consumer engagement and long-term brand loyalty.

India's National Cyber Security Policy (NCSP) 2013 was a landmark initiative aiming to secure the nation's cyberspace. However, with the rapid proliferation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), the policy faces unprecedented challenges. This paper evaluates the NCSP 2013's effectiveness in addressing contemporary cyber threats posed by AI-enabled systems and interconnected IoT devices. Through qualitative content analysis and comparative policy review with updated frameworks from the EU and USA, this paper finds that while NCSP 2013 laid foundational principles, it lacks adaptability to emerging technologies. The study concludes with targeted suggestions for policy renewal, enhanced institutional capacity, and public-private partnerships.
