Purpose- The objective of this research is to explore and give a frame to Work-life balance literature and identify different variables that affect gender and determine avenues for future research. Design/methodology/ approach- The study involves a systematic review, and determine 92 significant journal publications from 1987 to 2016 on work life balance. Findings- This research determines 11 variables that affect gender among which dominance of work-family conflict. The studies suggest a high prevalence of conflict while balancing work and like in women than men. Limited data were available in how to manage this imbalance among which organization policy played a very important role. Research limitation/ implication: Research-based on men and women was only covered so it cannot be generalized. Originality/ Value-This research provides the first systematic review to determine and analyse the literature on Work-life balance. This review identifies the various variables of Work-life balance that affect gender.

As corporates are profit making organizations basic assumption is that they should be sensitive to the needs of communities or society at large in which they operate, similarly their products and services should not bring negative impact on people and planet. The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has wider scope. The banks are one of the major stakeholders in the finance sector. Through its huge network of branches and profit the banking industry is one of the major corporates in India. The banks can have wider socio-economic impact in the society through their financial products and services. Considering this Reserve Bank of India has issued guidelines to banks regarding CSR, sustainable development and non-financial reporting and advised that the banks should frame their policies on CSR. To have demonstrated effects implementation of CSR is crucial. The present paper is based on the analysis of CSR activities undertaken by public and private sector banks during three financial years. The paper will throw light on the social issues focused by banks, strategies adopted to implement CSR and social development, involvement of staff, sustainability of such activities etc. The paper will also take review of overall CSR and Social Development and nonfinancial reporting by banks in Tirunelveli district.

Ayurveda holds a holistic view regarding life. It emphasises on prevention of diseases by observing daily routine, i.e. regulation of diet, exercise, sleep, sex etc. and by observing seasonal conducts round the year. Ayurveda and Health tourism are related to each other. Kerala health tourism plays a big role in the world tourism. The specially noticed in Kerala i.e. 365 days has a good climate, beautiful sceneries, good place in arts and climate, Ayurveda etc. Ayurveda Therapy in Kerala has a sound acceptability in present health tourism . In Kerala, the only place on earth where Ayurveda ia practiced with absolute authenticity and declaration over the centuries this ancient system of medicine has proved to be not only the cure for illness but also the 100% natural way to perfect health.

World Wide Web corpus such as social networks, forums, review sites and blogs generate large volume of data in the form of emotions, opinions and arguments about different social events, government policies, political events etc. The social network sites and micro blogging sites are considered a very good source of information nowadays because people share and discuss their opinions about a certain topic freely. With the increased use of technology and social media, people proactively express their opinion through social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Emotion analysis of social media can help decision makers to understand how people react to policies and events. The unstructured data from the social media is needed to be well-structured for this purpose. This is a challenging task due to the complexity of natural language processing of social media language. Often these messages reflect the emotion, opinion and sentiment of the public through a mix of text, image, emoticons etc. We cannot use standard natural language processing tools to analyze the emotion. People use popular emoticons like smiling face (?), angry face (?) etc., to express emotion instead of words. These statements are often called electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and are much prevalent in business and service industry to enable customers to share their point of view. Labeling the emotion as angry, happy or sad is a classification problem. We propose to use a two-step approach to identify the emotion of social media content. Without getting into the complexity of understanding the eWOM, we use machine learning algorithm to solve this classification problem.

OFDM is an appealing modulation and multiple access technology for channels having a non-flat frequency response because it eliminates the need for complicated equalisers. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing In terms of bandwidth efficiency, resistance against multipath fading, and cost-effective implementation, it can deliver excellent results. There are a few downsides to this method, including its high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR). Because of its adaptability and scalability, OFDM is a viable option for CR systems. A non-contiguous OFDM (NCOFDM) technique is proposed in this dissertation, where the implementation achieves high data rates of noncontiguous subcarriers while avoiding any interference. DFT precoding and Gaussian minimum shift keying (GMSK) pulse shaping are used in an unique modulation strategy proposed in this research to lower the PAPR of OFDM-based VLC systems. In addition, to deal with the increased complexity of the DFT precoding system, the notion of group precoding is added. As compared to DFT precoded O-OFDM and O-OFDM counterparts, the findings reveal that different variants of the proposed system provide superior PAPR, symbol error rate (SER), and power-saving performance Furthermore, the proposed system's PAPR analysis, computational complexity, and spectral efficiency have been studied and reported in this research.

Quantum computing, nanotechnology, optical computing, DNA computing, digital signal processing (DSP), quantum dot cell automata (QCA), communication, and computer graphics all use reversible logic. To achieve quantum computing, the introduction of reversible logic is needed. Reversible logic can reduce quantum costs, circuit depth, and the number of trash outputs. As these circuits may generate separate responses from specific inputs and vice versa, no information is lost. CMOS architecture can be used for a wide range of applications, including optical information processing, quantum cryptography, quantum computation, and nanotechnology. Design of a Flip-Flop Flip-Flop Counter and Universal Shift Register is presented in this paper. In the sequential circuit family, the universal shift register is essential. This research presents a universal shift register that is optimised in terms of quantum cost, delay, and garbage outputs.

This paper presents the poetic contribution of Mahmoud Darwish. He is one of the renowned poet among the Arabic language Poets for national identity and patriotic literature. He has an outstanding contribution in modern Arabic poetry as he is the first poet who paid attention towards the issues of Palestinian. Along with patriotism, national Identity, he has also considered the agendas of gender consideration, Islam and safe identity. His poems reflect his concern for the homeland, woman, self identity and land of Palestine. In this paper I convey his expression towards Palestinian social issue which has left a deep imprint in his writing. His approach in writing the poetry was novel way that is famous in Arabic literature.

This paper is an endeavor to explore human feelings and emotions through the poems of Louise Gluck and Chaucer which I have chosen for my paper. As I read the poem PARABLE of Louise Gluck it immediately reminds me of the CANTERBURY TALES of Chaucer, though it is not comparable in terms of structure and constructive analysis, in terms of emotions, people do not forget their past experiences of life in the same way people tend to dream of their future, their journey of emotions, nostalgia and future illusions. Nostalgia in Canterbury Tales and vision, imagination, and fantasy in Parable. Writers write their creativity either to persuade, explain or to convey real or imagined experiences to share and many a time for our own self. Let us talk about narratives, these can be true, like personal essays, like short stories or most often they are a mixture of both. The motive of narratives is to convey an experience to the reader. Parable and The Canterbury Tales are both kinds of narratives. Poetry is a type of literature that conveys a thought, describes a scene, or tells a story in a concentrated, lyrical arrangement of words, however, poetry has changed so much in the last century alone that it's almost near impossible to match any poetry of the late 1900s and 2000s to any of that pre nineteenth century poetry . But human emotions don't change. By reading the poems of different eras I found that human feelings and emotions are the essence of any creation. Poets portray their thoughts in various forms in their poetry.
