This project presents an IoT-enabled, low-cost Vehicle-to-Local load (V2L) system using the ESP32 microcontroller, designed to utilize electric vehicles (EVs) as both energy consumers and distributed energy storage units. The system automatically switches between charging the EV from the grid and discharging stored energy back to the grid during power outages, ensuring uninterrupted supply. A reverse parking detection mechanism enables seamless connection, while sensors, relays, and an inverter manage AC-DC conversion under ESP32 control. Real-time monitoring is provided via an LCD and IoT dashboard. This setup offers an affordable and sustainable alternative to traditional backup systems, improving energy utilization and grid resilience. Despite challenges like battery wear and regulatory constraints, the system demonstrates strong potential for integration with renewable energy sources, AI-based control, and community micro grids--paving the way for smarter, cleaner, and more efficient energy management in the future.

The present study focus on the formulation and evaluation of a herbal face scrub prepared from Oryza sativa (rice). Oryza sativa is rich in bioactive compounds such as vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that help nourish the skin, remove dead cells, and promote a natural glow. The rice powder acts as a gentle exfoliating agent, effectively cleansing the skin without causing irritation. To enhance the scrub's efficacy, natural ingredients like honey, aloe vera gel, and turmeric may be incorporated for their moisturizing, healing, and antimicrobial properties. The herbal formulation is safe, eco-friendly, and free from synthetic chemicals, making it suitable for all skin types. The study aims to develop a cost-effective and natural alternative to synthetic exfoliants, providing a smooth, radiant, and healthy skin appearance.

Elections are critical to any democratic institution -- from national governments to student unions and residential societies. However, even at small scales, concerns such as voter impersonation, vote rigging, and lack of transparency can compromise the fairness of elections. This research proposes a blockchain-based e-voting system enhanced with artificial intelligence (AI) verification, specifically designed for small-scale, localized elections such as in colleges, universities, housing societies, and community organizations. Blockchain ensures secure, transparent, and tamper-proof vote recording, while AI strengthens the system by verifying voter identity, detecting anomalies, and preventing fraud. Unlike complex nationwide voting frameworks, this model is lightweight, cost-effective, easy to deploy, and scalable for use by institutions and local bodies. It supports remote voting, real-time authentication, and full auditability, thereby fostering trust and encouraging higher voter participation within communities.

This article examines how Nelson Goodman's theory of worldmaking provides a productive framework for understanding the construction of fantastic worlds in J. R. R. Tolkien's The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Drawing on Goodman's notion that worlds are created through symbolic operations the study explores how Tolkien's narrative practices systematically transform linguistic invention, mythic tradition and narrative structure into a coherent and meaningful fictional world. By analysing the symbolic systems, narrative patterns and mythopoetic strategies embedded in Tolkien's texts, the article demonstrates how Middle-earth exemplifies the philosophical principles of worldmaking. It reveals fiction's capacity to construct alternative realities that illuminate and enrich our own reality. Through this synthesis of philosophy and literature, the study highlights the creative and epistemic significance of Tolkien's legendarium within the broader discourse of world construction.

THIS STUDY EXAMINES THE INFLUENCE OF FINANCIAL LITERACY AND BEHAVIOURAL BIASES ON THE FINANCIAL BEHAVIOUR OF INDIVIDUALS IN MUMBAI. AS FINANCIAL DECISIONS BECOME INCREASINGLY COMPLEX IN AN EVOLVING ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT, UNDERSTANDING THE FACTORS THAT SHAPE PERSONAL FINANCIAL CHOICES IS ESSENTIAL. USING A DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH DESIGN AND DATA COLLECTED THROUGH A STRUCTURED QUESTIONNAIRE, THE STUDY EVALUATES FINANCIAL LITERACY LEVELS AND IDENTIFIES COMMON BEHAVIOURAL BIASES SUCH AS OVERCONFIDENCE, HERDING, LOSS AVERSION, MENTAL ACCOUNTING, AND PRESENT BIAS. THE FINDINGS REVEAL THAT WHILE FINANCIAL LITERACY AMONG MUMBAI RESIDENTS IS MODERATE, BEHAVIOURAL BIASES ARE WIDESPREAD AND SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT SAVING AND INVESTMENT DECISIONS. A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP IS OBSERVED BETWEEN FINANCIAL LITERACY AND HEALTHY FINANCIAL BEHAVIOUR, WHEREAS BEHAVIOURAL BIASES NEGATIVELY INFLUENCE DECISION-MAKING. THE STUDY CONCLUDES THAT IMPROVING FINANCIAL OUTCOMES REQUIRES NOT ONLY ENHANCING FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE BUT ALSO ADDRESSING PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS. THE RESULTS PROVIDE VALUABLE INSIGHTS FOR POLICYMAKERS, FINANCIAL EDUCATORS, AND INSTITUTIONS SEEKING TO PROMOTE INFORMED FINANCIAL BEHAVIOUR.

Nutricosmetics are a distinct category of products and bioactive ingredients that serve as dietary supplements aimed at the maintenance of skin, hair, and/or nails while promoting beauty from within. Unlike cosmetics, which sit on the surface, nutricosmetics work from within providing support for essential nutrients that can influence the way we look. This approach has become the booming trend in the global beauty industry, reflecting consumer demand for treatment that is advocated as all-rounded and sustainable. Today's consumers have become more cautious than ever in pursuit of safe natural and functional food-based compounds that contribute to beauty by further boosting their health. It is this cultural revolution that has helped nutricosmetics gain greater traction.Collagen, peptides, proteins, vitamins, carotenoids, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and a broad spectrum of botanical extracts are commonly used in nutricosmetic formulations. These bioactive compounds have anti-inflammatory, photoprotective, and antiaging effects that improve skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles, and give strength to hair and nails.
