This study explores the influence of sustainable business practices (SBP) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on brand loyalty among consumers. In an era where environmental and social consciousness is rising, businesses are increasingly adopting SBP and CSR to differentiate themselves and build customer trust. The objective is to examine how these initiatives affect consumer loyalty and brand advocacy. A descriptive research design is employed, collecting data through surveys from 200 consumers across various industries. Analytical methods include descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis using Excel to establish relationships between variables. Expected findings suggest that companies actively engaged in sustainability and CSR initiatives experience higher levels of brand loyalty, driven by enhanced customer trust and emotional connection. The study highlights practical implications for businesses aiming to leverage sustainability to strengthen market position and long-term customer relationships.

The building industry is a major cog in India's economic wheel. Additionally, it is a crucial metric for a nation's progress. Quick production and building of housing units for affordable construction facilities is something that India is frantically preparing for. The use of formwork allows for the casting and construction of structurally critical features and components that must be strong enough to sustain the building. Mivan is a relatively new piece of construction equipment that will be useful for finishing large-scale, repeated projects. In this project, we will examine Mivan Shuttering from every angle: its parts, production, assembly, pros and cons, and comparison to traditional formwork. With respect to time, money, and quality, Mivan technology is light years ahead of the competition. The fundamentalists get to a firm verdict on which of the two methods is better.

Buccal route is an attractive route of administration for systemic drug delivery and it leads direct access to the systemic circulation through the internal jugular vein bypasses drugs from the hepatic first pass metabolism provides high bioavailability. Buccalbioadhesive films, releasing topical drugs in the oral cavity at a slow and predetermined rate, provide distinct advantages over traditional dosage forms for treatment of many diseases. This article aims to review the recent developments in the buccal adhesive drug delivery systems to provide basic principles to the young scientists, which will be useful to circumvent the difficulties associated with the formulation design

The bamboo and cane-based products in the north-eastern States of India, are important part in the tribal culture of the region. India's North Eastern Region where Bamboo plants are abundant and generate some jobs and economic well-being for villagers while contributing to some rural development. This region is dominated by the ethnic tribals and the bamboo products are available in more or less every place. Tribals have the particular skills for preparing the products which they learned from their forefathers. Bamboo have the multipurpose uses that increases its significance. It is conserved as an important cash crop considering the income generation for the cultivators. Bamboo products has more future prospects, because bamboo crafts are eco-friendly, light weight, relatively cheap, and presentable. Bamboo-based crafts have occupied an important place in the handicraft industry in the north-eastern region of India. Also, today when sustainability is a major concern cane and bamboo products are the ultimate heroes. Despite being so efficient, the cane and bamboo sector remain underdeveloped. Lack of technological innovations along with inadequate policy support has resulted in the steady stagnation of this industry. The present study indicates that development of efficient marketing channels the problems of the handicraft industry. This paper will focus on designing and creating a full scaled model of contemporary book shelf using sustainable materials like cane, bamboo and Jute.

Gulamgiri (Slavery), published in 1873 by Jyotirao Phule, stands as a cornerstone of resistance literature in India, heralding the birth of Dalit literary expression against Brahminical hegemony. Dedicated to American abolitionists, the text reinterprets Hindu myths to expose caste as a form of enslavement akin to chattel slavery, subverting Puranic narratives to empower Shudras and Ati-Shudras. This paper analyses Gulamgiri as the inaugural manifesto of Dalit literature, employing postcolonial frameworks like Homi Bhabha's hybridity and Edward Said's counter-discourse to examine its themes of Aryan invasion, cultural resistance, and calls for education and gender equity. Through the dialogic structure between Phule and Dhondiba, the work critiques Brahmin supremacy, drawing parallels with global anti-slavery movements. Phule's inversion of myths--portraying Baliraja as a benevolent ruler oppressed by Vamana--fosters Dalit agency, influencing later figures like B.R. Ambedkar. This study contributes to Dalit studies by positioning Gulamgiri as a proto-manifesto that anticipates 20th-century Dalit writings, challenging caste's epistemic violence. In 2025, amid resurgent caste atrocities, Phule's text underscores literature's role in dismantling structural oppression, advocating for a pluralistic canon.

The study investigates how customers behave and retailers operate in physical stores when their behavior is affected by self-service Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled retail kiosks. Systems that use computation to adapt themselves to the needs of their users can realize remarkable improvements with respect to custom indicators such as waiting time, transaction speed, frequency of purchase customer satisfaction store staff workload after/ following error control for personalization. Study findings indicated that IoT-enabled self-service kiosks had an impact on perceived waiting times (-42%), purchasing frequency (+28%) and operational efficiency in terms of reduced pressure on support staff (-31%); lower queue time. Interface design clarity also was highly related to satisfaction (r = 0.67, p < 0.001)., and error-reducing task that reduced transactional errors fivefold (from 14% to 5%) as well as user frustration. But the users wished to add also more personalization and dynamism in the interface options, so there is room for improvement. Our findings together call attention to the opportunities IoT kiosks offer for enhancing both customer service and store management, and point toward exciting new possibilities for novel kiosk systems.

In the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic, hygiene and sanitation have become integral aspects of daily life. Frequent hand sanitization has proven to be one of the most effective measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. However, the use of manual sanitizer bottles involves physical contact, which may lead to cross-contamination

This study explores the challenges fisherfolk face using manual processes for market linkage, price negotiation, and knowledge sharing, revealing significant inefficiencies and information asymmetries that weaken their economic position and sustainability. Using qualitative research, it examines how traditional methods limit access to timely market and technical data, affecting decision-making and livelihoods. To address these issues, the study developed AQUA-LINK, an AI-powered fisheries linkage system that enhances real-time data management, market connectivity, and decision support. Evaluation through usability testing yielded an overall System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 91.25, indicating excellent usability. Performance metrics showed very satisfactory results in efficiency (4.6/5), AI recommendation accuracy (4.7/5), system reliability (4.5/5), and decision support effectiveness (4.8/5). Comparative analysis confirmed that AQUA-LINK outperforms manual methods by providing faster, more accurate, and consistent guidance, significantly improving fisherfolk's decision-making and economic outcomes. The findings demonstrate the system's capacity to reduce information gaps and promote sustainable fisheries management, recommending further development to enhance accessibility and incorporate advanced predictive analytics.
