In today's educational system, educational technology is highly beneficial. The adoption of new terms like "Blended Learning" or "Hybrid Learning" has elevated the significance of educational technology. The usage of blended learning has increased dramatically over the last ten years, particularly since the pandemic. It is a hybrid of online and offline learning where students can learn at their own speed and professors can instruct. The goal of the current systematic review is to identify future trends in blended learning within the current educational environment. In a blended learning setting, students may attend in-person classes a few days a week and do the remainder of their schoolwork online using learning management systems (LMS) like Canvas, Moodle, or Google Classroom. This approach promotes a more engaged and independent learning process in which technology is used to supplement teachers rather than to take their place.

Priority Sector Lending (PSL) between public and private sector banks in India from 2019-20 to 2023-24. PSL is a crucial policy initiative by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure adequate credit flow to critical sectors, such as agriculture, small enterprises, and weaker sections. The study employs statistical methods, such as Mean, Standard Deviation, Coefficient of Variation, and Compound Annual Growth Rate, to analyze lending patterns across various PSL sub-sectors. Correlation tests are conducted to evaluate the relationship between public and Private Banks' lending activities. The findings reveal that private-sector banks exhibit superior growth rates across all PSL categories compared to public-sector banks. However, public-sector banks extend greater credit amounts in absolute terms. Private Banks demonstrate higher lending variability, whereas public banks show relative stability. Significant positive correlations were identified between the lending activities of both bank types across all the PSL categories. This study highlights the increasing involvement of private sector banks in PSL, although public sector banks maintain a predominant role. These findings suggest that future policies should leverage the strengths of both bank types to build a more inclusive and efficient PSL system in India. Ongoing monitoring and flexible regulations are crucial for ensuring that PSL effectively promotes inclusive growth and development.

Storytelling is one of the oldest and most effective forms of teaching that connects knowledge with imagination and emotion. In primary education, it serves as a dynamic pedagogical tool to enhance listening, comprehension, moral understanding, and creativity. This paper explores the educational impact of storytelling in developing linguistic, cognitive, and socio-emotional skills among young learners. Drawing on Vygotsky's Social Constructivist Theory and Bruner's Narrative Theory, it examines how stories create meaningful learning experiences. Empirical studies show that storytelling improves vocabulary, retention, and empathy while fostering cultural awareness and critical thinking. The paper concludes by recommending strategies for integrating storytelling into classroom teaching to promote holistic child development.

The evolution of digital communication has transformed the marketing landscape, with social media emerging as the primary channel for consumer engagement. Generation Z, born between the late 1990s and early 2010s, represents the first truly digital-native cohort whose preferences and behaviours are significantly shaped by technology. This research paper investigates how brands can effectively engage Gen Z audiences through social media marketing. Using a quantitative approach based on a public survey of approximately 500 respondents, the study examines their media habits, content preferences, and trust in influencer marketing. Findings indicate that Gen Z values authenticity, personalization, and interactive experiences more than traditional advertising. Platforms such as Instagram and YouTube dominate their online attention, while influencer credibility and short-form video content significantly affect their purchasing behaviour. The study concludes with actionable recommendations for brands to enhance engagement and loyalty among Gen Z consumers.

The increasing environmental impact of the fashion industry has led to a rise in sustainability practices among brands. However, it is unclear to what extent these sustainability efforts influence consumer purchase decisions in urban India. This research aims to assess how sustainability initiatives by fashion brands affect the purchase intentions of urban Indian consumers. Using a structured survey, data was collected on consumer awareness, attitudes, and reported behaviours regarding sustainable fashion. Basic descriptive statistics and correlation techniques were applied to identify significant relationships. The findings suggest that while there is high awareness of sustainable fashion, factors like price and style continue to dominate purchasing priorities. Managerial implications point towards a need for clearer communication and value demonstration by sustainable brands. The research offers actionable recommendations for marketers and retail managers to bridge the attitude-behaviour gap.

A land survey was conducted using a Total Station, an advanced digital surveying instrument that integrates angle measurement, distance computation, and data recording within a single system. The objective of this study was to provide practical exposure to modern surveying techniques and digital data processing. The work involved essential operations such as horizontal and vertical distance measurement, angle observation, area determination, and preparation of a topographical layout of the site. The use of the Total Station significantly improved accuracy, efficiency, and reliability compared to conventional surveying methods by reducing human errors and enhancing data quality. This practical exercise successfully linked theoretical knowledge with field application, emphasizing the importance of digital surveying technologies in contemporary civil engineering and infrastructure development.

Moral and value education plays a vital role in shaping the character, ethics, and personality of young learners. Primary education marks the formative years of moral development, where children begin to distinguish right from wrong and develop respect, empathy, and responsibility. This paper explores the significance of moral and value education in primary schools and its impact on holistic child development. Drawing from the theories of Kohlberg, Piaget, and Gandhian philosophy, it highlights how integrating moral instruction with academic learning promotes ethical awareness, discipline, and citizenship. Empirical evidence shows that schools that emphasize value education experience improved student behavior, cooperation, and emotional intelligence. The study concludes with recommendations for effective implementation of moral and value-based programs in the curriculum.
