As businesses increasingly invest in digital transformation, the demand for effective privileged access security (PAS) has become even more urgent. Privileged accounts, which provide elevated access to sensitive information and systems, are significant targets for cyberattacks. Conventional security measures tend to lack the proper oversight and control of privileged access, offering potential vulnerabilities. In response to this issue, AI-based solutions have emerged as a viable solution to privileged access security automation. AI-driven technologies are based on machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics to actively monitor, analyze, and enforce security rules in real-time. Yet, even as AI possesses significant advantages regarding scalability, effectiveness, and reaction time, its integration into PAS is accompanied by inherent risks. One key area for research remains the balance between AI-driven automation and human oversight, as well as the ethics of AI-driven decision-making in security applications. The risk of adversarial attacks on AI systems and the effect of model bias on access control policies are also additional risks that require attention. This research seeks to explore the potential that AI-based approaches provide in PAS automation, along with the threats and risks that are involved in their adoption. With a focus on the intersection of AI, security, and ethical concerns, this research seeks to offer an adequate framework for the use of AI in order for organizations to best leverage its benefits while maintaining the integrity and security of privileged access management systems.

Credit risk assessment is essential for financial institutions in determining the likelihood of borrowers defaulting on their obligations. Traditional credit scoring models, such as logistic regression, have been the backbone of credit risk assessment for decades. However, with the increasing availability of large datasets and advances in machine learning techniques, new models like Gradient Boosting Machines (GBMs) are emerging as powerful alternatives. This paper presents a case study on the application of GBMs for credit risk assessment using a real-world dataset. The study details the data characteristics, model architecture, training process, and evaluation metrics. Results show that GBMs significantly improve the accuracy of credit risk predictions compared to traditional methods, making them a valuable tool in modern credit scoring systems.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) has emerged as a pivotal discipline in managing and enhancing the reliability, performance, and scalability of complex systems. For large-scale retail enterprises, where uptime and seamless customer experiences are crucial, implementing robust SRE practices can significantly improve operational efficiency and service reliability. This paper explores the methodologies and strategies for enhancing SRE practices specifically within large-scale retail enterprises. It emphasizes the unique challenges these enterprises face and presents tailored approaches to overcome them. Large-scale retail enterprises operate in highly dynamic environments with high transaction volumes, varied customer interactions, and complex supply chains. The criticality of maintaining a stable and responsive IT infrastructure in such environments cannot be overstated. Traditional IT operations often fall short in addressing the scale and complexity of modern retail systems, leading to the adoption of SRE practices. SRE focuses on automating operations, measuring reliability through Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, which are vital for large-scale retail settings. One significant challenge for retail enterprises is managing the vast amount of data generated from various sources, including online transactions, in-store activities, and supply chain interactions. Implementing SRE practices helps in managing this data effectively by ensuring that systems are designed to handle high loads and can recover quickly from failures. Key strategies include the use of advanced monitoring and alerting systems, efficient incident response processes, and the implementation of chaos engineering to test system resilience. Another challenge is the need for constant innovation and rapid deployment of new features to stay competitive. SRE practices facilitate this by promoting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, which streamline the deployment process and reduce the time to market for new features. This approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also ensures that updates and changes do not compromise system reliability. Scalability is a critical concern for large-scale retail enterprises, particularly during peak shopping seasons and promotional events. SRE practices address this by employing strategies such as auto-scaling, load balancing, and capacity planning. These practices ensure that systems can handle increased loads without performance degradation, providing a consistent and reliable user experience. Furthermore, SRE emphasizes the importance of building a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams. This cultural shift is essential in breaking down silos and fostering a shared responsibility for system reliability. The three basic necessities of human beings are food, shelter and clothing which we get from plants. Nowadays many multipurpose tree species of great genetic resources are on the verge of extinction due to anthropogenic activities. As population increases the demand of human also increased which led to exploitation from all ways such as land clearing for human settlement. It leads to global biodiversity loss. The present study is on conservation of endangered medicinal tree - Adansonia digitata L. well known as African Baobab and Kalpvriksha, through reliable and cost efficient approach that is vegetative propagation. The stems of length 20-25 cm were harvested from mother tree and were experimented for rooting and axillary shoot buds emergence.

Rajata Bhasma is one of the herbo-metallic preparations used in Ayurveda, a traditional Indian system of medicine for treatment of various ailments. Rajata in itself is comparatively less explored and best advocated in classical texts. It needs to undergo various classical procedures like Shodhana and Marana to make it assimilable for the body. In present study Rajata Bhasma was prepared by classical method and physicochemical characterization through classical as well as modern analytical tools and techniques such as X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy - Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy Analysis (EDAX).

Product refurbishment is one of the most profitable and environmental benefit processes, drawing more and more attention from both product manufacturers and customers. Reverse Logistics (RL) is the basis of the process that returning products from their consumer destination to capture their value or proper disposal. The RL process is inherently a value-added activity in which the values of previously shipped parts, materials and products are recaptured. The RL operations, therefore, add significantly to the value chain by considering the reverse flow that is capable of adding value to the products and generating a competitive advantage for companies. This research project focuses and optimizes the process of product refurbishment, considering inventories and uncertainties. A multi-period model is established. To deal with the uncertainties, an innovative fuzzy controller embedded with a quality indicator is proposed. Fuzzy controllers have been proposed for physical systems which do not lend themselves to easy and accurate mathematical modeling and crisp variables, and therefore, cannot be tackled by traditional strictly analytic control design techniques. Instead, control variables are represented by fuzzy variables which let the level of uncertainty of the variables be modelled in a systematic way. Numerical experiments have been carried out to test and demonstrate the optimization quality of the proposed method. The generic model prepared is further taken into apply in a selected industry. The objective in this paper is to give a comparative review of these resources and techniques, and introduce the reader to the state of knowledge in fuzzy controller design research and education in subjects such as fuzzy set theory, fuzzy logic, fuzzy ruled based expert opinions. The results of numerical experiments proved the effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy controller that can deal with the uncertainties of supply and demand in an efficient way. Hence to suggest an effective way to optimize the total cost, this framework helps to determine the total cost and factors and how the return process of products/parts works. Also the managerial implications and future research directions are provided.

Severely overweight and obese people are more prone for risk of illness and reduced life expectancy. The Body Mass Index has direct impact upon the resistance in airways and pulmonary mechanics. The higher the BMI the lower will be the thoracic lung volumes. So, have done this study to observe the effect of walking on finger oxygen saturation. In this study we include the subjects and give the rest for 15 minutes prior to testing. During that time, demographics and weight and BMI are calculating. The arterial oxygen saturation is measured from the fingertip. Subjects then walked on the treadmill and saturation and heart rate are measure. The walking was done on a treadmill and the treadmill was adjusted to 4.8 kmph at an angle of 3 degrees. The spo2 was calculated after the 5 minutes of the walking. If saturation dropped below 60% or heart rate above 140 beats per minute, the walking are terminate. The readings after the 5 minutes of the test is taken and noted. The BMI affects the oxygen saturation at rest and during the mild walking. The number of population included in the study was eighty one. All the participants was examined and correlated the BMI, atrial oxygen and body fat and the arterial po2 after the rest. All the subjects did a 5 minutes of walking on a treadmill with a speed of 3 miles per hour at an incline angle of 3 degrees. Every participants included were free from all types of cardiovascular diseases and pulmonary diseases and also all the participants had an normal blood pressure. The study showed that there is some sort of negative relationship in fingertip oxygen saturation in the participants having the BMI above 25. The conclusion of the study was that the excess body fat can impair the ability to breathe.
