This study has been undertaken to improve the searching methodologies for text, images and Multidimensional Datasets in modern search engines using Projection as well as Hashing For these datasets, study queries that ask for the tightest groups of points satisfying a given set of keywords. Here we propose a method called Projection & Multi-Scale Hashing that uses random projection, hash-based index structures which would achieve high scalability and speedup. We also propose a deterministic version of the Projection & Multi-scale hashing.

This pandemic period act as a master for the school/colleges to develop and upgrade their self and expert in online education. Virtual or online learning provides various channels such as mail, online chat and video conferencing through which students and teachers can interact with each other. Virtual learning is opted these days due to shut down of schools and colleges. This study compared the effectiveness of online teaching vs traditional teaching and also to find out the preferred method of education according to their gender.

The main aim of this paper is to conservation, performance and scholastic achievement of tribal and non- tribal students in relation to school background. The sample of the present study was obtained in two different phases. In the first phase 8 (eight) different schools (2 English medium central schools & 6 Kannada Medium Govt. Schools) from Mysore District of Karnataka were purposively selected taking into account the availability of tribal and non-tribal students. "The conservation task on Mass, Volume & Weight" developed by Piaget & Inhelder (1941) tool was used. Tribal non-tribal variable is found to be a significant factor to influence the conservation performances of students on mass, volume, weight and total conservation. The non-tribal students are significantly better than the tribal students in respect of all the conservation tasks.

RP-HPLC method was developed for the estimation of Candesartan cilexetil and Hydrochlorothiazide in tablet dosage form with the help of Quality by Design (QbD) approaches. In this method concentration of each drug was obtained by using the absorptivity values calculated for drug wavelength 262 nm and solving the equation. The RP-HPLC method was performed C18 (250mm x 4.6 mm,) 2.5 ?m particle size in gradient mode, and the sample was analysed using Acetonitrile 25.0 ml and 75.0 ml (pH 2.7 0.1% OPA with water) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.7 ml/min and detection at nm. By the retention time for Candesartan cilexetil and Hydrochlorothiazide found 3.046 and 6.161 min respectively. Validation related the method is specific, rapid, accurate, precise, reliable, and reproducible. Calibration plots by both HPLC were linear over the 16-80 and12.5-62.5 ?g/ml for Candesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide respectively, and recoveries from tablet dosage form were between 99.02 and 100.00 %. The method can be used for routine of the quality control in pharmaceuticals. The degradation profiling of Candesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide were also carried out.

ABSTRACT The present study deals with prevailing biodiversity of micro and macro algae of the coastal areas of Arabian Sea near Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd. (KMML), Chavara, Kerala. The study mainly aimed at assessing the impacts of environmental changes and the marine ecology on flora of the Arabian Sea especially on algal population. Different study locations were fixed at the seacoast such as three sites for Lithophytic algae, benthic algae and periphytic algae (KM1, KM2 and KM3). In addition to these, General plankton was also identified. The study was carried out during January to March 2020. The air temperature of the area ranged between 330 C to 340 C, and the water temperature was between 310 C to 320 C. Highest number of Phytoplankton were observed at KM2 (18) and the lowest was at KM3 (14). Highest number of periphyton was observed at KM1 (9). The highest number of Benthic algae was observed at KM2 (7) and the lowest was at KM1 (3). More number of Lithophytic algae was observed at KM2 (10). About five species of planktonic algae were observed at KM1, three species each at KM2 and KM3. Navicula, Nitzchia, Oedogonium and Tabularia were the most prominent microalgae observed. The results from the present study indicate that the Arabian Sea coast is an important algal hotspot. As a hotspot of phytoplankton, greater numbers of algae were existing there; it needs to be investigated in detail to understand the influence of effluents discharging to the Sea near Kattil Mekkathil Coast.
