Human monkeypox is a zoonotic infection caused by an orthopoxvirus, and in many ways its symptoms resemble smallpox. This similarity often makes it hard for doctors to clearly distinguish monkeypox from smallpox or even from varicella (chickenpox) just by looking at the patient. Because of this, laboratory tests remain the key method for confirming cases and keeping track of outbreaks. The problem with monkeypox testing is simple: the tools we have right now are often too slow and not always accurate. That means there's still a big gap in how quickly we can confirm cases, and better tests are badly needed. Most of the infections are still seen in Central and West Africa, usually in rural areas where hospitals and labs are limited, making tracking even harder. Still, health workers have found that simple guides and training materials can make a difference in spotting and reporting cases. Another issue is that since smallpox vaccination stopped years ago, people have lost the natural protection it used to give against related viruses. This has left whole communities more open to outbreaks. To understand how things are shifting, researchers are turning to new epidemiological studies to map out how monkeypox is spreading and what burden it carries.

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, often about something that is going to happen in the future. And it can be associated with several issues of human beings viz., personal, professional or health issues. Certain medical conditions, including heart problems, diabetes, thyroid issues, respiratory disorders, and neurological conditions, can cause or exacerbate anxiety symptoms. Apart from these, gynecological issues also playing a major role in the occurrence of anxiety among women. Gyna ecological issues such as infertility, PCOD, endometriosis, hormonal imbalances, etc are the major problems associated with anxiety in women. Anxiety in endometriosis patients can be associated with the chronic pelvic pain (CPP) it causes which can affect well-being of a woman both personal and professional. Hence, the current study aims to understand the link between anxiety and chronic pelvic pain associated with endometriosis through surveys. Outcome of the study indicates that the anxiety levels are significantly high in the endometriosis patients when compared to the control group which is negatively affecting their wellbeing and career. These results form a scientific basis for designing and developing endometriosis specific counselling methods/therapies to manage the anxiety symptoms and providing a stress-free life for the endometriosis warriors.

In a variety of industries, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a disruptive force that is changing conventional business models and facilitating previously unheard-of levels of productivity, creativity, and decision-making. AI is becoming a useful tool integrated into everyday corporate operations, from automating repetitive tasks to providing predictive analytics. AI is utilised in the healthcare industry, for example, in drug research, diagnostic imaging, and customised treatment planning. It drives chatbots for customer support, algorithmic trading, and fraud detection systems in the financial industry. Similar to this, AI improves customer experiences in retail by estimating demand, managing inventory, and creating recommendation engines. AI-driven changes in supply chain optimisation, robots, and predictive maintenance are even transforming manufacturing and logistics.

Background: Frozen shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) is a painful condition characterized by progressive stiffness, restricted mobility, and functional disability of the shoulder joint. Conventional therapies often provide symptomatic relief but fail to address the chronicity and metabolic basis of the disease. Scientific Reversal Detox Process (SRDP), developed at Parasnath Speciality Clinic, is an integrative protocol that combines Ayurvedic and modern diagnostic perspectives with a standardized treatment plan. Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of SRDP based Ayurvedic therapy in the management of frozen shoulder. Methods: This clinical study was conducted on patients diagnosed with frozen shoulder who underwent the SRDP protocol. The treatment was structured into four sequential stages: (1) Detoxification - local oil massage, pottali swedana, nadi swedana, lepa, basti, leech/cupping, and taila dhara along with Vardhman SRDP powder (Guda, Shunthi, Haritaki) to eliminate vitiated Doshas, reduce inflammation, and improve metabolism; (2) Strengthening - gentle oil massage, taila dhara, lepa application, and physiotherapy to improve joint mobility and muscular support; (3) Root Cause Removal - administration of specially developed polyherbal formulations to correct Dhatvagni and address metabolic disorders; (4) Regeneration - research based regenerative medicines for restoring synovial fluid and enhancing joint integrity. Both take home medicines (polyherbal tablets, oils, lepa) and in house therapies were included. Results: Patient undergoing SRDP therapy demonstrated significant reduction in pain, stiffness, and inflammation, along with marked improvement in shoulder mobility and daily activity performance. Progressive improvement was observed across all four phases, with better tolerance and compliance compared to conventional therapies. No major adverse effects were reported. Conclusion: SRDP based Ayurvedic therapy provides a holistic and effective approach in the management of frozen shoulder by addressing not only symptomatic relief but also the underlying metabolic and structural pathology. The staged protocol of detoxification, strengthening, root cause correction, and regeneration demonstrates promising potential as an integrative care model.

The Apparel Industry is a major part of the world economy, involving the design, production, marketing, and distribution of clothing or apparel. It is one of the biggest and most labor-intensive industries, adding billions of dollars to the world economy and employing millions, especially in developing nations such as India and Bangladesh. As fashion trends and consumer demand change rapidly, the industry keeps evolving through supply chain changes, technological innovation, and sustainability efforts. Despite its economic importance, the Apparel Industry in both nations has some challenges. The Apparel Industry is an economic mainstay worldwide, but it is also one that is routinely characterized by systemic labor issues that compound mental health issues. The same trend can be seen across the supply chain, from apparel workers in low-income countries to retail workers in high-income ones. This paper focuses on these concerns, the responsible factors for these issues, and how more holistic as well as psychological interventions could help to alleviate the mental health issues among workers in the Bangladeshi and Indian Apparel Industry. Improving the mental health of workers in the apparel industry requires structural changes, including the integration of corporate responsibility, policy development, and community care, as prioritizing workers' mental health is both ethical and essential for sustainable industrial development.

Background :Hamstring tightness--where one cannot completely extend the knee while the hip is flexed is prevalent in 40.17% of young college students. Flexibility for this muscle can be improved using two primary methods: Static stretching is the most common technique that directly lengthens the muscle, while the Muscle Energy Technique (MET) uses the muscle's own energy through gentle isometric contractions to achieve relaxation and subsequent lengthening via the mechanism of autogenic or reciprocal inhibition. Aim :To compare the immediate effect of static stretching with Kinesio taping vs muscle energy technique with Kinesio taping on hamstring flexibility in athletes. Methodology : Participatnts were briefed about the nature of the study and the intervention. Their informed written consent were taken. 116 participants were selected based on criteria. Pre and post treatment outcome measures, passive knee extension test and NPRS were measured. Participants were randomly divided into two groups with n=58 in each group. Group A is Static stretching with KT and Group B is MET with KT. Result : Result proves that both the groups were clinically significant but MET with KT was the better effect than static stretching with KT. Conclusion : MET with KT and static stretching with KT were significant in terms of clinical outcome ,hence the study concluded that the Static stretching with KT as well as MET with KT are effective , but the higher the Effect size better is the clinical improvement post treatment. It is simple and easy to apply on hamstring tightness subjects.so it can be implemented clinically as well.

The archetypal mythical figures renowned for their mischievous features are called tricksters. This paper entitled "Nanabush on a Motorcycle: Trickster Tale in Drew Hayden Taylor's Motorcycles & Sweetgrass: A Novel" is an attempt to trace out the characteristics of the trickster figure. Specifically, the paper endeavours to point out the intricate similarities and features of the mythical trickster figure Nanabush, and John, a character in Taylor's novel. One feature leads to another which is one of the peculiarities of these mythical beings. Tricksters are well known for their shape-shifting abilities, which they utilise to play tricks upon others. Certain tales present tricksters as comical, cultural-heroes, and even as saviours of culture. Trickster tends to challenge and question societal norms as they are entitled as taboo-breakers and boundary-crossers. By drawing parallels between the trickster figure Nanabush and the selected literary character, the analysis delves into their shared attributes, for instance, cunningness, shape-shifting, and roles as cultural carriers. Merging ancient myth and contemporary narrative, Taylor gives the trickster a position of renewal, resilience and cultural commentary in the present society
