In the rapidly evolving corporate landscape of Mysuru, managing human capital through effective performance management and appraisal systems (PMAS) has become a strategic imperative for organizational success. This comprehensive study explores the design, implementation, and perception of PMAS within corporate entities, emphasizing their role in aligning individual performance with organizational goals, fostering continuous improvement, and enhancing employee motivation. The article highlights how modern performance management transcends traditional appraisal methods, incorporating ongoing goal setting, regular feedback, coaching, and data-driven decision-making enabled by digital transformation and HR analytics. The global shift precipitated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which brought remote and hybrid working models to the forefront, has fundamentally changed appraisal dynamics, focusing on output-based evaluation and augmenting the importance of trust, communication, and flexibility. The literature review underscores challenges such as bias, employee engagement, and the need for cultural and contextual adaptation to optimize PMAS effectiveness. Based on survey data from 40 corporate employees, the study reveals that while formal appraisal systems and perceived fairness are prevalent, gaps remain in communicating appraisal objectives clearly, delivering effective feedback, linking appraisals transparently to career progression, and leveraging rewards to motivate staff. The findings advocate for organizations to enhance clarity, feedback quality, and transparency to transform appraisal systems into vital tools for talent development and organizational excellence. The article concludes that successful PMAS necessitate employee involvement, managerial commitment, and continuous adaptation to technological and contextual changes. By fostering alignment, accountability, and motivation, organizations can unlock the full potential of their workforce, ensuring sustained competitive advantage in an increasingly complex global economy. This abstract synthesizes the article's comprehensive research, key themes, and tangible recommendations, offering a precise reflection of the work with a focus on its applicability in contemporary corporate environments. Abstract: Plants are the major biotic components of Biodiversity. They play a key role in supplying living gas and providing nourishment to all living things on this earth in addition to these possessing huge medicinal qualities. Since Rig-Veda, Many plants have been used as medicinal plants in various traditional systems such as Ayurveda, Homeopathy, others. Not only this, several plants are associated with our Indian festivals directly and indirectly. As a priority many plants were included in our fests such as Vinayakachavthi puja, Holi, Dussahra, Pongal, Bathukamma, Mahashivaratri, Telanaganku Bonalu, etc and linked to various Gods and Goddess worships. This tradition has been continued by our ancestors. These plants are described as sacred plants. In view of these plants conservation, our ancestors had a trend to grow these in Holi places and reveal their significance in completion of various worships and pujas. The present article describes that there are 36 plants belongs to various families have been associated to traditional Festivals and Pujas of Gods. All these plants are used as medicinal plants to cure different diseases such as urinary tract infections, Fever, Viral infections, infertility, Digestive problem, diarrhoea, Asthma, Jaundice, kidney infections, Skin diseases, Hormonal imbalance in women's, liver infections, others since long ago. These plants have various properties and these are identified with using Floras, local Floras and Framed in sequence of local Name, Scientific Name, Family, medical values and used in our Fests.

Electronic voting systems face challenges such as security vulnerabilities, lack of transparency, and trust deficits. This paper proposes a blockchain-based voting system to address these issues by leveraging the decentralized, immutable, and transparent nature of blockchain technology. The proposed system ensures voter anonymity, vote integrity, and auditability while maintaining scalability. A detailed methodology, including smart contract design and cryptographic techniques, is presented. The system is implemented using Ethereum and evaluated for security, efficiency, and usability. Results demonstrate that the proposed system enhances trust and security in electronic voting. Future enhancements include scalability improvements and integration with biometric authentication.

Ocular drug delivery is one of the most challenging tasks faced by Pharmaceutical researchers. Major barriers in ocular medication are the ability to maintain a therapeutic level of the drug at the site of action for a prolonged duration. The ophthalmic preparations are available as sterile, buffered, isotonic solution. Several types of dosage forms are applied as the delivery system for the ocular delivery of drugs. The most prescribed dosage form is the eye drop solution as drops are easier to administer. Suspensions, gelled systems, ointment are also used for prolonged therapeutic action. Solvent casting technique was used to prepare the ocuserts. Ten formulation were prepared by using propranolol drug, cocos nucifera as biopolymer . The ocuserts were physically examined for colour and various other physical parameters were evaluated. Based on the physical parameters further studies were carried out like stability, invitro release studies. The therapeutic efficacy of an ocular drug can be greatly improved by prolonging its contact with the corneal surface. Newer ocular drug delivery systems are being explored to develop extended duration and controlled release strategy.

This paper examines the shift from traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) toward AI-driven optimization models such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO). With the rise of generative and conversational search technologies like Google SGE and ChatGPT, users now receive synthesized answers instead of browsing search results. The study uses a qualitative literature review and comparative framework to evaluate how these models affect digital marketing strategies, user behavior, and content creation. Findings show that AI-powered engines prioritize semantic accuracy, structured data, and authoritative content. The paper identifies best practices for marketers to adapt in this new search environment.

This article provides a comprehensive examination of Cauchy's principle in the context of special and general relativity, tracing its origins from classical partial differential equations to its modern role in the formulation of deterministic spacetime evolution. We review the mathematical structure of the Cauchy problem, including PDE classification, constraint equations, and well-posedness criteria, before applying these concepts to relativistic field theories. In special relativity, the principle manifests in Lorentz-invariant hyperbolic systems, ensuring consistent propagation of initial data across inertial frames. In general relativity, the interplay between the Einstein field equations, foliation techniques, and gauge choices defines a more intricate Cauchy problem, where spacetime geometry itself is a dynamical variable. We analyze the ADM decomposition, constraint propagation, and the implications of local versus global hyperbolicity, emphasizing the physical significance of domains of dependence and Cauchy horizons. The discussion connects these mathematical results to the principles of relativity, determinism, and cosmic censorship, situating Cauchy's principle at the core of modern theoretical physics.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has evolved into a transformative technology capable of analyzing and forecasting human behavior across multiple sectors--ranging from marketing and healthcare to social media, security, and psychology. With access to extensive datasets and powerful learning algorithms, AI systems can recognize behavioral trends, predict future actions, and even personalize responses with remarkable precision. This study reviews the current progress in AI-driven behavior prediction, focusing on methods like neural networks, natural language processing, and behavioral analytics. It also examines their effectiveness, ethical considerations, and limitations. While AI demonstrates high accuracy in certain scenarios, issues related to bias, privacy, model transparency, and human unpredictability continue to restrict absolute precision. The research concludes by discussing future prospects and the importance of maintaining ethical, explainable, and human-centered AI development. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Behavioral Prediction, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Data Privacy, Ethics in AI, NLP, Human-Centric Systems, Algorithmic Bias, Predictive Analytics.
