In today's digital landscape, social media influencers play a pivotal role in shaping consumer perceptions and purchase decisions. This study titled "The Impact of Influencers' Trust in Shaping the Purchase Decisions of Cosmetic Products among Working Women in Coimbatore City" explores how the trustworthiness of influencers affects cosmetic buying behaviour among working women. A structured questionnaire was distributed through Google Forms to 15 respondents, and data were analyzed using percentage analysis, Chi-square, ANOVA, and correlation techniques. The findings reveal that while occupation significantly influences the frequency of cosmetic purchases, income level does not determine brand preference. Furthermore, trust in influencers is not related to online shopping frequency. Key trust factors such as authenticity, clarity, knowledge, and transparency were found to be interrelated and crucial in building influencer credibility. The study concludes that influencers who maintain honesty and transparency can effectively influence consumer decisions, emphasizing that trust is the cornerstone of successful influencer marketing in the cosmetic industry.

In an era where the dynamics of global power are rapidly evolving, the tools and tactics of diplomacy are also undergoing a significant transformation. Traditional notions of power--rooted in military strength and economic dominance--are no longer sufficient to build sustainable international relationships or to influence global discourse. Instead, nations are increasingly turning to soft power, a subtler yet profoundly effective form of influence that derives from culture, values, ideology, education, and the ability to inspire and attract rather than to impose. The concept of Soft Power, first articulated by American political scientist Joseph S. Nye, emphasizes a nation's ability to shape the preferences and behaviours of others through non-coercive means. In the interconnected, digitally driven, and multipolar world of the 21st century, soft power has emerged as a strategic asset for building long-term partnerships and enhancing a country's image and influence on the global stage. At the heart of soft power lies public diplomacy--the practice of engaging foreign publics directly to inform, influence, and build mutual understanding and trust.

There is a lot of interest in nature-inspired nanocarriers because of the increasing need for effective and biocompatible medication delivery systems. Milk-derived extracellular vesicles (mEVs) and microbe-inspired platforms are two new bioinspired approaches that have shown great promise for therapeutic delivery. Because of their intrinsic stability, biocompatibility, and capacity to encapsulate a wide variety of bioactive compounds, mEVs are desirable options for transdermal, intravenous, and oral delivery. Their low immunogenicity and natural origin make them even more suitable for clinical translation. In parallel, biological processes like adhesion, motility, and molecular recognition are used by microbe-inspired microneedle arrays and nanosystems to enhance tissue targeting and regulated drug release. By imitating microbial efficiency, these technologies can get beyond physiological barriers and provide minimally invasive site-specific delivery. The basic characteristics, design ideas, and most recent developments of delivery systems based on milk vesicles and microbes are thoroughly examined in this paper. Their manufacturing processes, modes of action, therapeutic uses in cardiovascular disorders, cancer, and regenerative medicine, as well as the difficulties with scalability, safety, and regulatory approval, are highlighted. Combining these bioinspired strategies is a possible first step towards patient-specific, next-generation treatments. Future advancements are anticipated to concentrate on intelligent delivery systems and hybrid micro-nano architectures that integrate manufactured and natural elements for improved clinical efficacy.

This paper on Bapsi Sidhwa's Ice-Candy-Man, Vidiyadhar Surajprasad Naipaul's A Bend in the River and Jean Rhys's Wide Sargasso Sea would undertake a comprehensive study on the three marginalized voices and problematizes the concept of homeland. Although the characters and situations are entirely different from each other, they share the same common problem-. They belong to the minorities and are not adequately represented. Lenny, Salim and Antoinette underscore how the voices of minorities are often heard but not paid a heed to in a crowd of Eurocentric and local voices. Lenny, a young Parsi girl with a limp, lost her closest companion Ayah and felt a revolt bubbling inside her but the Parsi society didn't let her express it, in fear that it would cause a rift between them and the other community. Their family observed the horrific violent acts during the ethnic warfare between two major communities in undivided India. The Bend in the River is the story of Salim, who being a Indian Muslim in Africa always felt a nag behind him as he could never fit into either category, a struggle to survival marked his existence. In Wide Sargasso Sea, Antoinette lost her mental sanity, never really accepted by the people she considered as her own, lost her mother and her autonomy and finally got betrayed by her white husband who even fetishized her beauty and never trusted her black companions. Her voice was curbed due to imprisonment and because of the English narrative style in the preceding novel which branded her as the madwoman in the attic. However there always lies a sense of solidarity binding these communities together in the form of strategic essentialism. The problems faced exclusively by the minority community and a struggle to thrive is often neglected in narratives. Problems of identity crisis have always affected minorities no matter the place they settled or the time period they concerned themselves with.

The exponential rise of social media and digital news platforms has accelerated the dissemination of information, which often includes a substantial portion of misleading or fabricated content, widely known as fake news. This study proposes an integrated framework for misinformation utilizing machine learning methodologies. Through the application of (NLP) techniques and supervised learning models, the system efficiently classifies news articles as authentic or deceptive with notable accuracy. To extract semantic and syntactic characteristics from textual data, approaches such as (TF-IDF) and word embeddings are incorporated. The research further analyzes the performance of diverse machine algorithms, including logistic regression, random forest, and (LSTM) networks, on benchmark datasets. Findings indicate that learning approaches, particularly LSTM, surpass conventional models in capturing subtle patterns linked with fake news. Overall, this work emphasizes the importance of AI-based strategies in addressing misinformation and fostering trustworthy information sharing in the digital landscape.

The Nayahat Pan Market, a traditional trading center located in Nayahat, Puri district of Odisha, which plays a significant role in the socio-economic life of local vendors, farmers, and consumers. Panholds a unique cultural and commercial importance in Odisha, being widely consumed and used in social, religious, and ceremonial practices. Despite its significance, the marketing of pan continues to remain largely unorganized, facing several challenges such as price fluctuation, lack of proper storage facilities, credit dependency, and transport delays. The study was conducted using both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were collected from 140 respondents including wholesalers, retailers, small sellers, and transporters through questionnaires, interviews, and field observations. Secondary information was obtained from government records, published reports, and previous research studies. A descriptive research design with random sampling was used to ensure representation of all categories of market participants. Data were analysed with the help of tables, percentages, charts, and thematic grouping. The key findings reveal that while wholesalers record the highest per-vendor sales, retailers constitute the largest share of the market, contributing nearly half of the estimated daily turnover. Price fluctuation and credit issues were reported as the most pressing challenges by vendors, followed by storage and transport problems. The estimated daily market turnover was found to be approximately INR 2.6 lakh, with retailers contributing the major portion due to their larger numbers. The study concludes that the Nayahat Pan Market is a vital hub for local trade, but its efficiency is reduced due to infrastructural and financial constraints. Interventions such as improved storage methods, collective marketing, better price information systems, and accessible micro-credit facilities can significantly enhance the sustainability and profitability of the market. The findings are useful for policymakers, local authorities, and stakeholders seeking to strengthen traditional markets and improve livelihoods in rural Odisha.

This study highlights the importance of assistive technology (AT) in special education to improve learning outcomes for students with disabilities, while also acknowledging the critical role that teachers play in effectively integrating these technologies. This study aimed to analyze special education teachers' perceptions of their knowledge and competence in using assistive technology, assess their interest in professional training, and determine their preferred methods of learning about assistive technology. This study adopted a quantitative design, using an online survey to collect data from special education teachers in the Jaipur district, and analyzed the data through descriptive statistics using SPSS. The study found that teachers had a basic understanding and moderate competence in assistive technology, had a strong interest in further professional development, especially in communication-related tools, and preferred workshops, conferences, and self-directed learning. This study highlights the need for targeted, hands-on professional development and a comprehensive assistive technology strategy to improve teachers' practical skills and use of assistive technology, especially during the summer vacation. These findings suggest that improved professional development and strategic support can significantly improve teachers' effectiveness in using AT, leading to better educational outcomes for students with disabilities, and call for future research to explore the impact of specific training interventions on AT use.
